At the time she was the primary care giver for my paraplegic aunt as well as my grandfather who had advanced Alzheimer's. She had excellent credit and put $30,000 down. These crooks financed the remaining $32,756 over TWELVE YEARS!!! (Car dealerships make money off of financing, so it's best to have that lined up beforehand.) Additionally, they promised to install an easy lock. Lo and behold, it couldn't be done, so now she struggles with manual tie downs. While visitng my dad in Orlando and since he is in a wheelchair I called vans of America. Being that I have no car to get to there place, to my surprise there offer drop off service! Very reasonable cause if I had to take a cab to the location would of cost me the same... The young lady drop off the van and explain how to put him in.. Made sure I understood!!! Van very clean ! Would never recommend this place to anyone. My daughter, who has twin handicapped boys, and I went to Mobility to purchase a van. The salesman that we dealt with was Bobby and the van he was trying to push off on us was a 2019 Dodge Caravan that approximately 350 miles on it along with a big scratch on the back. Of course he was trying to sell it as a brand new van. He made my daughter fill out financing forms first and told us that financing had to be approved before there could be any negoiation. I knew that once the financing was approved they would not budge on the price and that is exactly what happened. A few days later, Ray contacted me and I told him I never heard where financing was the first part of the deal and he told me that was not their policy. We went through another dealer, and got 1) 1,500 more for trade in 2) a 1.5% lower interest rate 3) a van with only 7 miles on it and 4) the exact same van and equipment for 9,000 less. I might add that this deal was done all over the phone and once we got there the final paperwork was all prepared and matched exactly what the proposal was. This deal was a 5 minute sign and drive transaction. Their sales departmet is horrible and I will not recommend them and hope that they know they lost a deal because of thier telling us that they did not want to waste their time if financing was not approved read more

I bought a mobility scooter and lift from them in August 2019. Ray and John were extremely helpful. The service department is awesome. Everyone in the place was courteous and helpful. Their new place up the road is shiny and new, a big building with plenty of parking, at least compared to their old place. Since the purchase I've had a few questions and they continue to be helpful. Amen to the earlier reviewer. Prepare for the ultimate price gouge when you go in for service and your vehicle is "out of warranty." I needed a simple ramp side sliding door opener motor replaced on my 2010 Honda Entervan. This is the 2nd motor since 2011 when I got the van brand new. You'd think around $1000.00 right? Try a $2000.00 from formerly Mobility Freedom now known as MobilityWorks!!! Fortunately for me there's another Braunability dealer in Tampa who will replace the motor for $1300.00. MobilityWorks is on the warpath to profits at the expense of the mobility challenged and will crash and burn at some point. I feel bad for the employees who are still with the "New Bigger Better" MobilityWorks. They have to try and keep a straight face as they quote their updated repair prices!
