We picked it up since this is my first time using an ECV scooter, so wanted to understand the size and other factors. Joseph was extremely helpful and explained in an easier way to disassemble and assemble the scooter. We got a 3 wheel GoGo. With full charge we were able to use it throughout Disney Magic Kingdom park without the need to plug in and charge. It easily fit into our boot (SUV) as well. One part is bit heavy so might need another person to help you out to lift it. But the whole assembly took less than a minute. Joseph was very communicative as well. Would recommend to use their website for price and specific details about the ECV's. They do drop off and pick up as well. I chose to do the drop off and pickup. A family owned business is what I heard from them. Hassle free and convenient. Would highly recommend this place for your rentals.

My mother was able to try out the scooter we were considering and James helped me learn how to take it apart and put it back together again. I found the pricing at Florida Mobility better than many places and I like that the scooter can be serviced here by Allen, who really knows what he's doing. We did ultimately buy the Pride Elite Traveler 4 wheeled scooter, from them, along with their batteries for life plan. I would definitely recommend buying from this company but I would also recommend that if you don't purchase your product on the day they quote you, get a written quote so you won't have a problem later.

I used them for the first time a year ago to install a lift for my power wheelchair and they were very helpful, knowledgeable and on time with the services. I called the floor sales manager Randy and let him no i would be coming by and would like to discuss a new chair and i was living with a nonfunctional chain and relegated to my bedroom most of the time. When I arrived, Randy had selected a couple of manufacturer products to look at and try. I asked about other chair options, and he said he selected specific chairs for my size and my medical needs. We greed on the purchase and he guaranteed me i would have it by the end of the following week. There was a mix up with the shipping of the chair from the manufacturer BUT the Team at Florida Mobility KEPT THEIR WORD. On the delivery date I was not sure I would see the delivery happen. Stores do a poor job of making sure their battery cells are still good. I just got back from Disney World. My wife rented me a Victory 10 3 wheel scooter from GMS. The battery meter has 2 red lines, 3 orange lines, and 5 green lines. During the seven days we were there, I never used more than two green lines. Six nights I only used 1 green line. I am extremely impressed with the Victory 10 3-wheel mobility scooter I got from GMS. Other places may not do as good of maintenance to make sure their battery cells hold capacity. I'm confident GMS tests those regularly. The drop off and pick up service was easy, the person was very nice. I cannot speak on price because my wife is the one that rented the scooter. But you can be confident that the battery will hold if you get it from GMS. We will use them again.

Although the facility seems fairly small the seem to provide an extensive selection of medical equipment and supplies, equipment ranging from wheel chairs and canes to custom orthotics.
