I was notable to use it while standing through lines to rides at all. I told them there are not that many electrical sites within the parks, I was told I should have asked staff, like I was an idiot and never thought of that. I did go to staff and was told there was only one location at each park and they keep them pretty well hidden. It's now only June, and I needed to cancel due to an unexpected change in vacation plans. I contacted them via email (I don't like using phone because then there's no documentation) to cancel the order. When I didn't hear back from them, I emailed a second time about four days later. When I didn't hear back AGAIN, I contacted them through their online chat service. That was ignored, too (and if they're unable to chat at the time, they'll answer in the chat box when they can AND send an email, neither of which were done). After that was ignored, I opened a dispute on PayPal to get the money I'd paid refunded. They've also ignored that. Ten days since I cancelled, and they've still not refunded me the money or even answered my emails, online chat, and PayPal dispute. UPDATE: I finally got my order canceled. It only took two weeks, four emails (two to the owner's email accounts) that they never answered, one online chat that they never answered, two voicemail messages, disputing it through PayPal (which they never answered), AND a threat to hire an attorney (that's when it finally got canceled).

The scooter was delivered to our hotel before we arrived and was there waiting for us. When we were done, we just left it at the hotel where we picked it up from. That's it! So much cheaper then renting from the parks. One rental had a loose tail light cover, but we just kept it in the back pocket of the scooter chair. No big deal. And the people that own/run the business are wonderful to speak with. Very accommodating. You always speak to a live person over the phone. Highly recommended.

A complaint for fraud on the elderly has been filed against this company with the Alabama Attorney General and the FBI. They charged my credit card twice and claimed I had rented a lift chair for one day, and then charged my card again for one month for a total bill of $709.99 . I have turned them over to law enforcement, my lawyer, and also contacted my credit card issuer. After I posted my Yelp review they issed a partial refund of $224.99 which was fraudulently charged on June 5, 2026. So far they have kept $485.00 for two days rental of a lift chair. They are extremely dishonest and unethical and I look forward to seeing the owners of this fraudulent outfit put in jail where they belong. The problem for law enforcement is finding them. They are in hiding and refuse to disclose their location so that an arrest warrant can be issued. If the fraudsters and outright thieves want to have their day in court theY will furnish their whereabouts so that that can face an arrest warrant and be interviewed by the FBI. Meanwhile the pubic is being alerted to their crimes perpetrated against the senior citizen, of which we believe there are many, many more victims of their fraud and deception. In Alabama, crimes against the elderly (individuals aged 60 and older) are strictly prosecuted under the Protecting Alabama's Elders Act. The law covers physical and emotional abuse, criminal neglect, and financial exploitation. Penalties range from misdemeanors to Class A felonies, which can carry penalties of 10 years to life in prison. BUYER BEWARE!
