Horrible, This was the worst experience ever. I used rental for 3 days, at Disney world. The scooter would not hold a charge longer than 2 hours. When I called 3 different times to their troubleshooting line, speaking to 3 different agents, they told me I was either too heavy (I weigh 135) or I was going up too many hills, and I'm expected to charge the scooter when I goon each ride. I was notable to use it while standing through lines to rides at all. I told them there are not that many electrical sites within the parks, I was told I should have asked staff, like I was an idiot and never thought of that. I did go to staff and was told there was only one location at each park and they keep them pretty well hidden. Please note, my need to charge the scooter at 3 different parks, 2-3x at each, I never came across another scooter getting charged. Even the key says to charge overnight for a full days use. This was a terrible experience, please don't put yourself through it. read more

The scooter I received did not hold a charge and left me with a dead battery twice on the first 2 days. The first day when I called in I was told it was my fault for not charging it throughout my day in the park, the second day we looked for outlets everywhere we went and plugged it it often and it still died. The second day I called and after being on the phone for 25 minutes, they brought a new scooter to the resort however at the time we were stranded with a scooter that wouldn't move at the far end of Epcot. The bottom line is that this first scooter could not hold a charge and it disrupted the first two days of our vacation. The second scooter I received worked better however after the first experience we still were charging it throughout the day for fear of it dying like the first day. We saw a lot of scooters at WDW and we were the only ones we saw plugging in our scooter. Renting from ScooterBug was a huge disappointment and it disrupted our vacation. Don't do it!! We rented 4 scooters on 2 different reservations. We had scooters for 7 days. We had breakdown on 2 of the scooters 3 seperat times. We booked with scooterbug for the convenience of not having to meet the delivery people. They drop it off at the bell hop. Great idea if your equipment is in good working order. One scooter stopped moving in Magic Kingdom and basically ruined that day for everybody. Not worth it!! Amazing experience. I wasn't able to get the drop off time I needed online so I called the customer service number and they were able to accommodate. It was so convenient to have it dropped off and picked up at the hotel. This was my first time renting and operating an ECV. It was very easy to operate and it was very user friendly. I lost over 2 pints of blood and received 7 stitches after being EMS ed to the hospital from the Magic Kingdom. It was the first park day of our family vacation for our granddaughters 4th birthday. It was embarrassing and ruined the rest of our trip. I now have a permanent scar as the hospital struggled to stitch it because it was so bad. This happened March 3rd, today is April 10 and I have yet to hear from Scooterbug. They won't even talk to Disney where an adjuster has been trying to help me. I email customer service and they say they forward it to legel department. I ask if they plan on contacting me and they reply thats up to them. I had help with my reservation and when I needed a new scooter, one was sent to our resort the same day. The scooters themselves...welll...first scooter I had ran very very slow, going up the incline to the monorail I could have run faster. We received a very old and ultimately broken scooter. The wheels fell off twice one time injuring my son photo attached. Three Disney cast members were unable to get the scooter, running the second time. When we called customer service, we were advised we needed to bring the scooter back to the hotel from Disney's Animal Kingdom And at some point they would replace it, but could not commit to a time. Remember, we had someone who needed a scooter. We asked to speak with a manager none was available. Refused to refund our money. Thank you to Buena Vista scooter for immediately providing a replacement scooter. This is the worst experience I have ever had at Disney and I have been here more than 50 times. The equipment was the problem. The 1st one they delivered had a broken seat, well had no time to wait for another and so I had to deal with this all day. The scooter was good and ran all day on 1 charge mid day. But, when they swapped this one out the new one was a nightmare. It showed full charge but several times I was stuck with no power. I must have called customer service 4 times and they told me to charge it and head to resort, uh it was only afternoon and that was not an option. This went on randomly all night. I have rented from Scooterbug for three Disney World trips over the past two years, following the same process each time. On our most recent trip, I completed the reservation in September, received an email confirming that my request was received, and even provided the payment information as instructed. Yet somehow, Scooterbug never processed my payment or issued a proper confirmation. When we arrived at our resort on Thanksgiving Day, the stroller we had reserved months in advance was nowhere to be found and Scooterbug refused to deliver it. Calling customer service was even worse: the representative could not explain why the reservation failed, could not say if it was a technical glitch, and had zero guidance on how to prevent this in the future. Instead of offering solutions, the employee was indifferent, borderline cocky, and seemed to place blame entirely on me, despite following their instructions and process perfectly. This company cannot be trusted. Their process is broken, their customer service is nonexistent, and their attitude is unacceptable. After three trips, I am done with Scooterbug. I really liked how all you had to do was pick up and drop off your scooter at the bell desk that was very convenient and very efficient. Never had a problem with the battery running out or even running real low and we would spend a lot of times park hopping from park to park during the day and traveling far distances. I'm not gonna lie. The scooter that I received was being up a little bit, but what do you expect from people renting these scooters and banging into things I even banged into a couple of poles when I was in line for rides I would rather have a scooter that had some dings in it than a scooter that didn't have enough battery that is for sure. This was our 4th trip using ScooterBug and every trip the quality of the scooters have went down. We rented 2 for 3 days and had to return twice. The 1st one stopped cold within minutes of picking it up. Bell Services at the Grand Floridian was great and checked what they could. 2 hours later we had a replacement. The next day, this scooter quit functioning on the ramp up to the monorail at Magic Kingdom. Waited 45 minutes for a call back, while explaining what happened the customer service said, "If you would just stop talking and let me speak" I was floored and the monorail CM was also. Was told to leave it on the ramp and they'd bring yet another one. The convenience of having the scooter waiting is great but their quality shows what happened in a monopoly situation. I have rented scooters at Disneyland through One Stop Mobility without issue. Unfortunately Scooterbug does not compare. The earliest they deliver to the Disney hotels is 9am and the latest pickup is 6pm. How does that make any sense? Basically it's a way to charge you double by requiring you to pay for two days. ScooterBug - This information is related to ScooterBug and Disney World in Orlando, Florida. All in all, this was a positive experience - particularly delivery and pick up of the ECV. But some comments to set expectations for future renters: I've rented an ECV from DW thirteen times over three years, having it from park opening until after the fireworks, and I have never run out of battery life. I rented from ScooterBug directly this time. DETAILS: 2023 - 5 times, 2024 - 7 times, 2025 - 1 time (I rented an ECV at the park one day, because the elevator was down in the hotel so my rented ECV was "trapped" on the fourth floor. When I told the hotel, they reimbursed me.) The ECVs available in the parks are from ScooterBug, but the ECVs directly from ScooterBug are not the same. COSTS: ScooterBug is less expensive. * DISNEY WORLD - currently costs $65 a day. You pay $85 but get $20 back when you return the ECV. (It's incentive to not abandon your ECV somewhere else where they'll have to go find it.) * I paid $257 to rent from Monday to Sunday - seven days (although I didn't use it on Sunday). That works out to a little under $37 a day The ECVs have an array of lights indicating battery life. There are five green lights. As the battery life wears down, the lights start switching - first between four and five lights, then between three and four lights, then between two and three lights. And if you're going up a hill, it can go very low and go back up a few indicators once you're on level ground. It's a little nerve-wracking. The ECVs direct from ScooterBug come with instructions to charge it in the middle of the day - which is annoying because you spend all day watching the battery life and worrying. I only charged it once during the daytime - for about an hour - and it made it through the day the other days - from park opening to park closing. But I turned it off every time I was waiting - even if it was only for a minute. Others have reported ECVs running out of battery charge but I had no problems with that at all. PROs * ScooterBug delivers the ECV to the hotel at the date and time you request, and pick it up at the end of the rental period. You do NOT have to be there for either. Very convenient! * You can drive it onto the Skyliner (gondolas) - that's pretty easy - just straight in and straight back out. There's room MAYBE for four other people to ride with you. * You can drive it onto the buses (not so easy but the bus drivers are happy to steer it and parallel park it for you while you sit on it). TIP: Have your group stand all together at the bus stop Handicap area so that you all end up on the same bus. * I don't know about the monorail. I'm sure you can drive it on - it's probably just like getting on the Skyliner. CONs * No high back/head rest so not as comfortable as the ECVs you can rent in the parks * No beeping when the ECV is in reverse unless you hit the horn manually with one hand while trying to steer backwards with one hand. * If you bring the ECV to your room and the elevator goes down, you're not going to be using it that day. * The lights on the indicator are quite bright - so if you drive it into a ride, your eyes don't adjust to the darkness* and you could run into a wall or something. I drove with one hand and covered the display a lot. *Per Mr. Google: "As you age, your pupil becomes smaller and less responsive to light, leading to difficulty seeing in dim conditions and a greater need for ambient light." COMMENTS * You may have to "convince" the bell services at the hotel that yes, they will store and charge your scooter overnight. Some Cast Members take the ECV and just deal with it. Others didn't know they could do that and had to be talked into it. * There is a big difference in maneuverability between the three wheel and four wheel ECVs. I wish I'd gotten the three wheeler when I rented direct from ScooterBug. Lesson learned. (ECVs at DW are three-wheelers.) read more

You have been warned. Before renting from this company please read: During our recent 5 day ScooterBug rental to the Orlando area, we were left stranded not once but twice and replacements had to be sent. We stayed at a Disney resort and visited both Disney and Universal theme parks using the Resort Lite ECV for ease of transportation. Two scooter breakdowns in a 5 day period is unacceptable, and each came with a cost. To start, let me state that we lost precious time. When you call customer service with an issue, you will be placed on hold waiting between 5-15 minutes to speak with a customer service representative. Just as we were about to be connected our call was dropped by their system and I had to start the process over again. This happened during both breakdowns. The next cost was additional time, effort and problem solving on our part. The customer service representative will ship a replacement scooter to you, however, be advised it will not be sent to the park at the time and place you need it most. The new scooter will be delivered to your resort by 8:00 AM the following day. That leaves you up a creek without a paddle having to find your own scooter replacement (at your own cost) for the rest of your park day and/travel back to your hotel room. This naturally leads to the third cost of peace of mind and family memories. If you are like me, you probably spent hours and thousands of dollars planning and preparing for a "once in a lifetime" vacation. We lost between 1.5 and 2 hours each breakdown. That is time lost that we should have been making memories, riding rides/watching shows and enjoying dinner reservations. It was stressful to be stranded with no immediate assistance on the part of ScooterBug customer service. We lost our peace of mind and trust in the product and company. Being told to simply "abandon the ECV" as we were instructed to do from the representative, doesn't work because we could not leave our location without a replacement. If we could walk away from it, we would not have needed an ECV in the first place. We were grateful for helpful cast members at Guest relations in each park that gave us helpful direction as to the best way to move forward given our circumstances. In all, we used 3 Resort Lite ECV scooters. The first scooter was defective and never should have passed quality control let alone rented to guests. Fully charged it moved slowly and struggled to go up hills. It drained the 2 supplied battery packs within a 3.5 hour period of time. (Our experience with the other two replacement scooters tells us that this is not normal nor acceptable. The other 2 scooters held charge for the full 16 hour day on 1 battery and had plenty of "speed" to outpace any speed walkers you may have in the party.) Be advised that customer service will state "it is your responsibility to take a charger with you, find an outlet and recharge the battery during the day if needed." I don't know about you but I cannot and do not want to spend my entire (vacation) day at the parks stationary having to charge the 2 battery packs every 3 hours. They do not charge quickly. I do not normally post negative reviews because I understand that problems happen in life. However, what needs to be told, is how the company/customer service responds to these problems when they occur. I want to help others make an educated decision when using this company and renting this scooter if under consideration. At the end of our trip we were left with entertainment/experiences lost, added stress and time spent away from our family. Due to breakdowns, our family separated to reduce the effects on the larger group. A high cost that in no way can be replaced or compensated for. After our trip I reached out to ScooterBug management to give them a chance to make things right, they refunded what they define as 1 day for our troubles and losses. $25.00 is what they consider fair compensation for their defective scooters. read more

Walk away. We have been using this company for 2 years, and the final straw was today. We have had issues with scooters looking like they had been through war as well as breaking in the past. Often it was rectified fairly quickly, although we noticed a pattern of quality getting worse and worse. We are Florida DVC-owning people who come to disney 8 to 10 times per year. Since recent major ankle reconstruction, I have needed to use a scooter. We use scooter bug only because it is the only company that could drop off at bell services. Despite the crappy scooters and sketchy customer service, the convenience won. No more. Today my scooter died in the back of World showcase. It took 30 minutes to get them to answer the phone and then they said they were "going to call back". This never happened. After 4 more calls and my husband having to get stern on the phone we finally got word that they were leaving their warehouse 30 minutes away. We asked to be refunded as this took up over 4 hours of our park day, and they were going to "put in a request". That is NOT the correct answer. We managed to limp the scooter up to the front of EpCOT, stopping every 50 feet to let the battery attempt to recharge. We are actually still sitting here waiting for our apparent replacement delivery. At this point I want to abandon the scooter but am afraid of being charged and also am not sure my reconstructed ankle can make it back to the hotel. Scooterbug, shame on you. Currently at Disney World for a 12 day trip and used this company as they partner with the Disney resorts and first day using (after charging all night) my first scooter died after less than 4 hours usage..,then wouldn't charge, at all!! They replaced it with the same model but an older scooter, and the scooter could barely move and didn't stop safely..:even on a low speed it would take a full car length to come to a stop. Then, after wasting more than 1/2 day waiting for another replacement they delivered one with the exact same issues...and they never texted or emailed any communication about delivery as they promised they would. I never leave negative reviews; I always give lots of grace to any company as I know issues can happen but this company could not and would not deliver a safe mobility device. This is our first time renting & first time using a scooter/ECV. I rented for my 82 year old mother while we were in Disney World. Renting a scooter/ECV thru ScooterBug, Orlando was the best thing we ever did for visiting Disney World! Their staff is extremely friendly & helpful. Do yourself a favor & call them with questions. I booked the portable Resort Lite ECV scooter online for my mother after reading all ECV descriptions. I called to add a shade to our reservation. The rep asked me a few questions about our expected usage. I reserved the portable scooter for the included 2 batteries figuring double the battery life would get us thru the day. The rep/manager (sorry I forgot your name) explained that the 2 batteries equal the total charge of 20 mile range not a total 40 mile range. Since we were staying on Disney property, she explained that we didn't need the portability & would be better off renting the Resort ECV & turn off the scooter whenever we weren't moving. Turning it off & on worked like a dream. The battery lasted all day & never went into the red/low battery zone. We had a hiccup when we arrived at our Disney Resort Hotel. The scooter wasn't there. After calling & complaining to ScooterBug, I then called to apologize as it was Disney that dropped the ball. We changed Disney Hotels & the Disney Hotel rep said they would notify ScooterBug of our new hotel location & never did. ScooterBug was able to get the scooter to us the next day & I even got a text notifying me of its arrival. Our hotel's Bell Services showed us how to use the scooter. Mom adapted quickly & easily to using it. I even rode it a few times as she had trouble navigating the theme park turns in the line queues. I found the queues easy to navigate. The scooter can make the tightest of turns! We used the basket on the front to hold our water bottles & bags. Our bottles & bags made it easy to find our scooter amongst the sea of scooters in Disney World. We used the scooter in Magic Kingdom, Epcot & Hollywood Studios. The scooter gave us a magical experience at all 3 parks. If you ever need a Scooter/ECV while in the Orlando area, ScooterBug is the one to rent from! read more

I'd never used this company before, but I needed one that didn't require a meet & greet for delivery and pickup, and this is the only company that Disney (unfortunately) contracts with for that. For starters, they're more expensive than the other ECV companies because they can be since it's the only company that is allowed to drop off at Bell Services without the person being there. But that's not the worst part of dealing with this company. It's the scooters! They're HORRIBLE! The first one I got kept moving, even when it was turned off. It was a nightmare at the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween party waiting in the trick-or-treat lines. It ran into my granddaughter's foot. It almost ran into the guy behind me when it started going backwards. I twisted my wrist trying to quickly grab hold of something to keep it from rolling into him. Besides it moving when it was turned off, I went to turn the light on when it got dark at the party and the knob came right off in my hand. The light didn't turn on, either. And the cover for where you plug it for recharging also came off. The scooter was a piece of crap. So, the next day we had to cancel our park plans because I have to have a scooter, and this one just didn't work properly. They exchanged the scooter and the next one wasn't any better. This one didn't move when it was turned off. Quite the opposite. It barely moved at all. It had charged all night long and we had to leave Epcot early because it was dying. I was afraid we wouldn't even make it to the monorail before it died. The light didn't work on this one, either. The next day we got yet another scooter. This one finally worked, mostly. It stopped when it was turned off and moved faster than the dying snail we had the day before. Light didn't work on it, though. Neither did the reverse warning signal. It also wasn't the scooter I'd ordered, so I had to adjust to having one different from what I was used to operating. There's no way a company should charge over $200 for crappy, faulty equipment. As several scooter bug employees have said "they are too big for their britches." They are greedy and just want more. Ore more money. The scooters are old and falling apart they do not maintain them at all. I had to get three different scooters over the course of my trip. This all takes away from my time as they don't deliver when or where you need it. You can be stuck at a theme park and they don't seem to care. I even had a scooter with exposed wires and it would start and stop on it's own. Very dangerous. They weren't in a hurry to replace it at all. Told me it would be about 5 hours and I would have to go back to the resort. I have rented from other scooter companies and they will always meet you at the park if you need help or have an issue. Not ScooterBug. And to think they are the only ones allowed to be left at the resorts. Kinda crazy that the one company Disney backs is the one with zero customer service or support and the one that will not go to the parks if you have issues. Not impressed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. LASTLY THE SCOOTERS ARE UGLY TOO. if you rent somewhere else they have phone chargers and fans and look well maintained. These things are not maintained and look like they are going to fall apart. I rented from here because I thought it would be easier since they were on property but the convenience was not worth the hassle at all and honestly I think other companies are a lot more convenient when they meet you at the resort and make sure everything is what you want and need. Make sure you know how to use it and make sure you know how to get ahold of them. ScooterBug you pick up at the bell desk of the resort and don't ever see a ScooterBug employee unless you hope. The only thing that was positive about our experience of renting scooters from this company for a Disney vacation was that the scooters were there when we arrived. We rented two scooters for our stay. One of the scooters did not hold a charge well. We were forced to seek out outlets to charge my husband's scooter in each of the parks. We called the company for help after the first problem and were not able to reach anyone. We called again the next morning only to be told that the scooter would only hold a charge for five hours and they could not replace it because a replacement would be the same. However, my scooter operated all day, every day and it was the same make and model. This company's customer service is poor to say the least. Had it not been for some wonderful Disney employees who assisted us to recharge his scooter our trip would have been completely ruined. As it was, we spent valuable time in the parks waiting for the machine to charge so that we could continue with what we had planned. If you are planning a Disney World vacation this is not a company to use. The inconvenience of having to wait for a scooter to be delivered is much less than the inconvenience of one that does not operate half way through the day. read more

They called me two days before the trip to tell me that they couldn't deliver to where we were staying (even though I clearly listed it when I booked and they delivered there previously). Wow - what a terrible experience. I would hesitate from recommending this rental location to anyone. My friend rented a scooter for two days in Epcot at Disney world. The first day using the scooter we noticed the wheel making a loud rubbing noise plus the tires were literally falling apart. Big chunks of rubber were being dislodged. It wobbled and was just an awful experience to use. We immediately called the customer service number but "no one can help on the weekend" is the response we received on the phone. After several additional phone calls(taking away precious time from our vacation) we finally got a "manager" who suggested we talk with Disney about replacing this scooter and using one of theirs. Disney had no problem getting us one of their scooters - for $70! We had four hours left in the park until closing and dining reservations in two hours. After plenty of back and forth calls and arguments absolutely NOTHING was done to help my friend who ended up using the wobbly unsafe scooter the remainder of the night. ScooterBug DID replace the scooter the NEXT morning and that one was okay. Still not in perfect condition, but they are rentals after all. My friend received a credit for the scooter rental due to the issues she experienced the day before. But NOW just as we returned ScooterBug charged her AGAIN and we are back to square one. So as we thought they were giving a gesture of good will and crediting her for her trouble, that was temporary to satisfy her until we got home. This is why I'm writing this review. Otherwise it would have sounded more positively. I've been with someone who has rented scooters in the past and they have never had trouble getting their scooter fixed or replaced but this was utterly ridiculous. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! read more

Over all, use another mobility scooter company. Placing rental order: Scooter Bug was very easy to place a rental on line and pay. No phone calls were needed. I was sent an email confirmation along with contract and instructions on how the scooter (I placed a rental order for) worked. Resort: We arrived at our resort and the scooter was waiting for me at Bell Hop. This is a great start. Scooter: Then the scooter comes out, not the model I ordered. Has a huge seat. Ok. I can deal with that since they may have run out of the other model. As soon as I sat in this large seated scooter I noticed the seat was wobbly and it leaned to the left. Then after about 10 mins my back started to hurt. I went to adjust the back but it was permanently locked at an uncomfortable angle. The back is adjustable but the pin was replaced with an bolt and nut so I could not adjust the back to an angle that would be comfortable for me. Customer service: We were never able to get someone on the phone and emails were not returned to help me with my problem or replace this scooter. Very disappointed with Scooter Bug rental company. In the park I saw much nicer, smaller, rental Scooter from a well known company in the Orlando area. Found out for the same price I paid I could have had a more comfortable and in better working condition scooter. The people I talked to loved their scooters. It wasn't very clear on Scooter Bug's web site that not all scooters broke down. The scooter I got didn't break down so we needed to use the bus vs a private car. Also, the scooter looked to me to be visible dirty. Not going with COVID. I do not recommend Scooter Bug because if you need customer service support good luck. read more

We use scooterbug every trip. They already have the units at our Disney resort bell desk on arrival, so pick up and return are quick and convenient. We were in the parks about 8-10 hours a day without any issues. The units were a little scuffed and worn, but the price was better than some competitors. Price and convenience were our priority. read more

We booked a scooter for the full length of a stay for a week in February in Florida. The scooter had issues running the first day we tried to use it, just bringing it to the room. We called the buisness and told them it was having issues starting. They said to call back if we wanted to replace it but it probably wasn't an issue if it is working, even with issues. We did call back after talking it over and asked to replace it. Only then did they look up our booking, and since they saw we bought insurance for broken equipment, they changed their tone and said only if it fully breaks down that they will replace it. Next day simply taking it from the room down to the front of the hotel, it full broke down. Took a full day for them to replace it for them to then not leave a key, so couldn't use if for several hours after they replaced it. A nearly 2 days we were charged for equipment rental that we couldn't use. Scooterbug should have changed it when we told them within the first hour we got it that it wasn't working right... instead my partner went a full day in Magic Kingdom without a scooter. He has a broken foot, and we were depending on them to provide a working scooter. They did not. When we asked about a refund for the dates we couldn't use it, the representative said management would contact us. Several months later and no contact. Not dependable. Unreliable. Would not recommend to anyone who needs a scooter booking. The worst part is this company was recommended by a family member. We will not be using this service again, and I recommend you don't either. For some reason, the last time I reviewed this, it was taken down. I reserved a Double City Mini stroller and Resort Plus ECV (to accommodate my 70 year old mother) in March 2022 for my October 2022 family vacation. Since I stayed at an air bnb off Disney property it would not be delivered to me. I was assured that Disney Springs was a convenient pick up location. When I arrived on my vacation and went to pick up the items I was told to park in the Orange garage which is still quite far from the pick up store (which I later discovered is not a Scooter Bug store). I assumed that since I was picking up large items I would be able to drive up near the pick up location since I would need assistance getting the ECV into my van. Unfortunately this was not the case. There was no assistance for helping me lift this extremely heavy ECV into my van. It was a horrible struggle for me to do so. I also realized that the stroller I reserved is not the stroller I received. I was told by the staff at the pick up location that they ran out of the stroller I resevered so I was given a similar item. No one bothered to inform me of this ahead of time. I called Scooter Bug customer service to let them know my exerpience was not going great. I asked for alternate (convenient) return options. That call proved useless as the representative seemed as though I was being unreasonable. No accommodations were offered to me. The manager callback I was suppose to receive I never got. I made the best of the situation so my family could enjoy their vacation. With the assistance of my son I was able to get the items returned a day early. If we ever come to Disney again I will not use Scooter Bug. read more

They get two stars for delivering a stroller to my hotel at the agreed upon date/time. The stroller was a piece of junk and not the model I rented and paid for. I rented a BOB jogging stroller (receipt attached) and ended up with some off brand stroller that you absolutely could not jog with. It had plastic wheels! The stroller I rented was more expensive per day and I contacted them immediately upon receiving the stroller and never heard back. At the very minimum I should receive a refund of the extra cost of the BOB I never got. The stroller I rented had a higher weight limit and was larger and my child barely fit in the other one. Very disappointed that Disney has an agreement with this company to deliver into their hotels. Next time I will meet Kingdom Strollers out front to accept a nice stroller that I actually reserved. read more

We rented a double stroller for our week at Disney World. Our Disney planner booked for us. The first stroller arrived in very poor condition with several holes in the bottom, holes throughout other areas, and dirty. I was shocked at the condition, so I contacted our planner. Luckily another was delivered. But the second was also in poor shape, the canopy was broken, it was SO dirty, and it didn't steer well at all. Very disappointed!! Would not recommend. Rent from some one else. wish i read reviews before i rented from them for disney and universal visits. disney scooters were in disgraceful condition. I rented 2 scooters for 2 weeks no discounts Nothing. when i switched disney hotels i had to move scooters myself. no transportation between hotels. so we took scooters from one hotel on a bus then a boat to next hotel. left them there. then i pushed my travelling partner in a wheelchair, borrowed from disney. from my next hotel to a boat then to a bus then to the hotel to retrieve my vehicle. I'm 76 years old. Scooter bug wanted more money . it was considered a new rental. Never again!!!!! read more
