    Amazing experience. I wasn't able to get the drop off time I needed online so I called the customer service number and they were able to accommodate. It was so convenient to have it dropped off and picked up at the hotel. This was my first time renting and operating an ECV. It was very easy to operate and it was very user friendly. The hardest part was navigating through the insensitive patrons at Disneyland. I'd use them again in a heartbeat

    Had a great experience with Scooterbug. Brought my mom to Disney for the first time and I wasn't sure how to book online so I called the day before arriving to Orlando thinking they wouldn't have any available scooters at that point but to my surprise they did! Informed them I was staying at Coronado Springs. Arrived and went to bell services and my moms scooter was there, super easy to use and very clean and good quality (mind you this was her first time ever using a scooter she usually uses a walker) easy upon checking out had an early flight so left the scooter super early at the bell desk and they picked it up without me having to meet them at a certain time. Very convenient and forgot to add that we didn't have to charge it once in the 2 days we were there. Went to Magic kingdom and Epcot and it did great!

    Decided to go with ScooterBug this year to try them out. I liked the idea of them dropping scooter off and me not having to meet them. Price was lower than previous place I rented from before, but it's true when they say "You get what you pay for." Customer service here was great. I had help with my reservation and when I needed a new scooter, one was sent to our resort the same day. The scooters themselves...welll...first scooter I had ran very very slow, going up the incline to the monorail I could have run faster. Swapped that one out for a new one and while that one's speed was better, it was a little in need of some TLC. Pieces were broken off, it was a little dirty.

    We received a very old and ultimately broken scooter. The wheels fell off twice one time injuring my son photo attached. Three Disney cast members were unable to get the scooter, running the second time. When we called customer service, we were advised we needed to bring the scooter back to the hotel from Disney's Animal Kingdom And at some point they would replace it, but could not commit to a time. Remember, we had someone who needed a scooter. We asked to speak with a manager none was available. Refused to refund our money. Thank you to Buena Vista scooter for immediately providing a replacement scooter. This is the worst experience I have ever had at Disney and I have been here more than 50 times. I understand this is the only scooter rental facility that will drop off without requiring the customer to meet them. But it is not worth it.

    Seamless process. Delivered to Disney campground as promised. Equipment was clean and well maintained. Using them again on my next trip.

    No problems. Ready when I arrived and no problem with drop off. I'll defuse them whenever I return to Disney.

Clearly stated on the contract both of us signed. In my house that he came to. Just to give me a quote. Instead I felt pressured and I gave him my CC which he charged 305.00 dollars to the break down was 255.00 dollars for a permit and the 50.00 was an equipment fee deposit. He told me roughly 3 days it would take for the process of the permit. After he left I got my summary of benefits for my Medicare advantage plan and found out that they would not pay for it. So first thing on Monday morning 04/13/2026 I text message Darin and told him to stop the permit process because I just couldn't afford it. I know Darin read the text message because my phone showed me that he had. As time passed I thought that he was working on canceling the permit process. Instead he called me over 3 hours later and told me that the permit was ready and he said he didn't expect it to happen that fast. So he gave me the office number to call and the woman who I talked to said I was too late and there was nothing I could do. My text message went out to him at 6:23 am on 04/13 /2026 . He had enough time to stop and refund me my money. I believe he did it on purpose to keep me locked in the deal with him and his company.
