She is too tall for typical strollers and when she does walk is very slow, not to mention she will tire easily. We no longer have a stroller that fits her and she is not comfortable in a wheelchair. We had rented a regular stroller the last time we went to Disney and it was definitely worth it. But again, we needed a special needs size for a four foot tall 78 pound girl. Fortunately Orlando Medical Supply had them listed online. They have a decent selection of strollers- we happened to choose the Special Tomato Push Chair which was very clean, and worked perfectly for our needs. I was able to order everything online including filling out the rental agreements and the company called me to verify when I missed checking a box. Their customer service is very pleasant, they respond very quickly to emails as well. They deliver the unit to a resort if you are staying, so we had our stroller delivered to Fort Wilderness. The company texted the day before to verify the time we scheduled the pickup. I adjusted it back an hour as we had to add an extra hour as we seemed to be running slower with everything we did. That wasn't an issue and I met with the delivery driver the next night at the scheduled time. The driver calls 10 minutes before scheduled to verify the meeting time/place. He took the time to show me how the stroller worked and the quirks about the stroller (front wheels sometimes lock and the unit spins). Pickup was just as streamlined as the dropoff. I highly recommend this company if you need to rent a stroller (which I highly recommend doing if you have younger kids!)

We picked it up since this is my first time using an ECV scooter, so wanted to understand the size and other factors. Joseph was extremely helpful and explained in an easier way to disassemble and assemble the scooter. We got a 3 wheel GoGo. With full charge we were able to use it throughout Disney Magic Kingdom park without the need to plug in and charge. It easily fit into our boot (SUV) as well. One part is bit heavy so might need another person to help you out to lift it. But the whole assembly took less than a minute. Joseph was very communicative as well. Would recommend to use their website for price and specific details about the ECV's. They do drop off and pick up as well. I chose to do the drop off and pickup. I preformed a quick test with her in the drive way prior and it seemed fine. The next morning we left early for the airport and upon wheeling into the terminal the front left tire started vibrating. I slowed and it started again. I mentioned it to the Delta Airlines agent and she attempted to fix the issue but to little surprise, wasn't able and went out of her way and offered us a wheelchair as we were just going to be back that night. Upon returning, I mentioned to the clerk and I asked for a refund. She refused and I even offered to push her but she insisted on pushing me, a whole 145 pounds. The chair wheel started to slightly vibrate but not as terrible as when my mother was in it but she refused to acknowledge it. I pointed out the wheel and she slowed and told me to put my head up and completely ignored the situation. She continued to refuse my refund. She insisted it was a brand new chair. Horrible customer service and I hope they fix that chair before somebody else rents it and has a terrible experience!
