Sell Your Auto Fast - Joel was amazing! - Used Car Dealers Near Me - Orlando, Florida

DO BOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. We discovered a major problem before taking possession that the speedometer and gas gauge did not work. Despite me being fearful that the car wasn't legal to drive they refused to fix the panel and refused to cancel the transaction. We were bullied into taking possession of a vehicle where there was no working speedometer or gas gauge and THEN before driving away the side mirror fell off. When I mentioned being disappointed they said "you bought as is and if you have a problem, the GM will be here in a week". Most used car lots will fix cars that have safety issues (even if bought as-is). This car lot cares more about money than the customer's safety. UPDATE: the day after we bought the car the tire pressure was low and when we went to fill it with air the valve stem broke off. Had the car towed to a mechanic and while the tires were fine there was nearly $800 worth of problems they said the dealership's mechanic would have easily known were problems. Like I mentioned before the update, a reputable dealer makes things right even on an "as is" car. This dealer never once tried to make this car safe to drive! read more

The place gave us the runaround on the shipping of the used Toyota Highlander V6 and took 6 days to deliver. They offer no test drive upon delivery and no cash on delivery,or returns for problems. . .strictly sold as-is.The delivery man was very nice and drove it from the truck to the driveway. He earned a good tip. Lucky for us it is high enough off the ground to simplify fluid changes and basic maintenance. The car has a built in anti theft system in the steering column that acts as a jammer or locks up the key if triggered. Believe me,we're not trigger happy that way. read more

Bought car online. Salesman sent video talking about how good vehicle engine and interior was It was all a bunch of bs!! Soon as we received the vehicle the check engine light and other lights lit up the dashboard like a Christmas tree!! The windows let down but wouldn't let back up!!! Took vehicle to shop we was told they wouldn't touch it due to it needing a new transmission!! I should of read the reviews before I bought that damn piece of garbage!! Now im outta $4000 dollars plus gotta replace the transmission & whatever else!! They need to shut that dealership down Robert & Nelson are snakes. read more

Heard them talking about scamming an elder woman, smoking inside while on the clock, insanely dirty floor and bathroom , Seller (Mike) lied about potential price, and was also being ridiculously inappropriate with language and talking, and called a random woman a "Cr*ck Wh**" who he did not even know. They will scam you and talk about it in the open. Do not buy from this place. read more

This review will be for a company in the state of Florida called Sale your auto fast, the individuals that I dealt with were Jerome Armstrong, Robert Velasquez, Ambar Costanzo, I purchased a car on August 7 2026, my sales representative was Jerome, in the beginning of the sales process he was respectful and professional but when the sale was completed he turned opposite of that. With lies and he started taking forever to call me back, I would ask him simply questions and he would give me half of the answer back if any, Robert his supervisor was from Chicago and we related about some things, Robert he even helped with lowering the actual cost of the car for me, but when I finished with the purchase he went out of his way, to make it hard for me to physically pick up my car. Lastly Ambar she was the one to handle my title paperwork, meaning Sale your auto fast wanted to send my title in the mail through first class certification letter, which I opposed because it made no sense, when I came 832 miles from home to pick the car up in person. Ambar sent my title through the mail and it took almost 30 days for me to receive it because she put the wrong zip code for my address on the letter and also I had to call and open a case with the post office because the letter was lost because of the wrong zip code. Before I purchased this vehicle everything was good, but when I actually bought it everything went bad and unprofessional, it's like Robert and Jerome plus Ambar went out of there way for me to have a horrible experience, the car needed immediate work on it, I even showed Jerome the car had a bad tire and the company wouldn't change the tire, and I had to drive home 832 miles. Robert knew I was taking a plane to Florida to pick the car up, and he made me have to wait an additional day overnight at the airport to get my car from there place of business, Ambar had all the information correct on the paperwork but when it came to one vital zip code, she was able to mess that up. Furthermore I am a mechanic so I was able to repair and replace the numerous things that needed to be corrected on my car myself, and I must say it was time consuming with some research involved, I did read some bad reviews about this company but I went ahead and took the chance with them, but I definitely wouldn't do anymore business with them. Sale your auto fast is selling consumers bad vehicles and unsafe vehicles, this company has no regards about someone's safety and there hard earned money, I would caution anyone from buying a vehicle from this company unless you like to be lied to and in a unsafe vehicle that possibly needs many repairs done, my professional opinion is Sale your auto fast needs to be took out of business and there dealer license revoked and sued. read more

Iwould strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle from Sell Your Auto Fast, especially if dealing with Ali. The vehicle was completely misrepresented. I was led to believe I was purchasing a reliable, drivable vehicle, but that couldn't have been further from the truth. On the very first day, the radiator hose blew, leaving the vehicle undriveable. After having it inspected, I learned the radiator was completely rotted and required replacement, along with numerous other significant mechanical issues that were never disclosed. The condition of the vehicle was nowhere close to what was represented during the sale. Had these problems been honestly disclosed, I never would have purchased it. A dealership's reputation depends on honesty and transparency. In my experience, neither was demonstrated here. Selling a vehicle in this condition without disclosing major defects is unacceptable and has resulted in significant unexpected repair costs and inconvenience. I would not purchase another vehicle from Sell Your Auto Fast or from Ali, and I encourage prospective buyers to have any vehicle independently inspected before signing any paperwork. read more

On 4/29/2026 we purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer from Sell Your Auto Fast 5300 S Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando Florida for $7404 cash. At the time we didn't have no transportation and no way to look for a vehicle. I found a Explorer that was listed as good shape with no problems. The mileage was 156882 and now it has 156904 a difference of 22 miles. I had no way to get to Orlando so I had it delivered after I was assured it was in good shape. I took there word for the condition of the Explorer, that was a big mistake. It was late afternoon when the Explorer arrived and it sat till the next morning. My wife and I went to McDonalds and ate breakfast then to Walmart to buy groceries in the same shopping center about 2 miles from my home. It was running a bit hot so I checked the water and filled it up. Later my daughter had errands to run and left with the Explorer. A little wile she called and said the car shut off. After getting it back home I checked it out and it had no water in the radiator. When I checked the oil the first time I could see the oil was new but now it was full of water. The engine was frozen and won't run anymore. I tried to speak to the sales manager but he kept hanging up before I could say anything. I am sure they changed the oil and didn't put water in it to cheat someone. I am 79 years old and they took all of my savings and I can't buy another. So I am stuck with the old car that took $759.59 to get it to run again so I will have something to drive. I then found them on Yelp and all but one post was bad. It is obvious that they continually take advantage of people. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU LIKE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY. read more

I am putting together a case against this business ANYONE WITH A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE LOOKING TO SUE PLEASE CONTACT ME VIA INSTAGRAM @forrest_wilson_art, I'm not listing my phone number just yet. Crooked sales, selling bad cars with jacked up sales and conditioning fees. Had a car 5 days then check engine light. Right now repair is $1400 but could need a new transmission if this fix doesn't save it. I've been trying to reach sales manager for a week but kept getting fake excuses like he's on vacation etc but finally I got through today to be told they won't negotiate a trade for another car, partial refund, nothing. I truly believe they knew the car had issues. That or they are not checking these cars for issues before selling! Please beware read more

0 stars! RUN from these crooks! They lie. They disable or remove the engine light and hide all kinds of things wrong with the cars. They wipe all the codes so you can't tell what is wrong. They wipe off the leaked oil, spray the engine with something to shine. They ripped off the luggage carrier on the car we purchased. We got home and it rained and flooded the car! A mechanic told us they hid all kinds of things. The car had many issues and needed lots of repairs. I called to complain or get a refund or another car. They refused to do anything. Total rip off scam deceptive liars! Do NOT be their next victim. read more

This place is a joke. False advertising to say the least. After being passed around to multiple people and being sent the paperwork 3 times before they knew what they were doing finally bought what I thought would be a good car for my mom. The description went on about how nice the car was with cold A/C, Navigation, etc. Well the A/C doesn't work, half the screen has lines through it so you can't see it. Part of the dash was just sitting in the back seat when it finally arrived. We paid for delivery which was 3 days after it was supposed to arrive. Now of course it's crickets trying to get someone to respond. Avoid these scumbags at all costs. They literally are just looking to take advantage of the elderly. read more

I purchased a used 2018 Ford Escape from Sell Your Auto Fast on January 27, 2026. The salesperson, Jose Vazquez, told me the vehicle had a minor coolant issue that had already been repaired by their mechanic and that it was safe to drive. He said it was a small hole in the hose, and it had been replaced. Based on these representations, I purchased the car. Immediately after leaving the lot, the engine overheated and I had to pull over. Jose saw me outside the dealership so he came over, checked under the hood, added coolant, and again assured me the vehicle was safe to drive. Within minutes of getting back on the road, the same issue happened again--this time on the highway. I contacted the dealership and spoke with another employee, Yasir Sye, who initially offered options including a repair, exchange, or return. I clearly stated to Yasir that I wanted to return the vehicle as I no longer trusted it or their repair work. I also messaged Jose telling him what i discussed with Yasir. Based on my call with Yasir, I had the vehicle towed back to the dealership so I could arrange a return and full reimbursement the next day. However, the following day , when I spoke with the manager, Mohammed, he refused to honor what I had been told. He stated that because the vehicle was sold as-is, they would not accept a return or provide repairs. I was also told I needed to remove the vehicle from their lot or I would be charged a storage fee. Since the car was not drivable, it had to be towed, the dealership offered to tow it to me for $200. To avoid their storage fee I paid the money for them to tow it. I had it towed to an independent mechanic who later confirmed that the vehicle had not been properly repaired.  Hoses were not attached, components were left loose, and the radiator cap was nonfunctional. Since the dealership had firmly refused a return, I requested reimbursement for the towing cost and for the dealer fee, which was described as covering maintenance that clearly had not been properly performed. After significant back-and-forth, the dealership agreed to reimburse $850 for these costs. However, when they sent the paperwork to sign, it was not a simple reimbursement. It was a 17-section settlement agreement that included a full release of liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and a non-disparagement clause. I declined to sign because this was not what we agreed to. I was not comfortable giving up my rights or agreeing to terms that would prevent me from speaking about my experience, especially for such a limited reimbursement. The dealer refused to reimburse me anything unless I signed it.    Overall, this was a frustrating and unsafe experience. I cannot recommend this dealership based on how this situation was handled, and I would strongly encourage others to proceed with caution when considering a purchase here. Based on my experience I filed complaints with the Florida Attorney General, FLHSMV and the BBB. If others have similar issues those may be options worth looking into. read more

Sell Your Auto Fast - The car I purchased - Used Car Dealers Near Me - Orlando, Florida

Sell Your Auto Fast sold me on a 2022 Toyota GR86. Per their request, I added the vehicle to my insurance policy and sent them proof (insurance binder) as a requirement for the auto loan. David assured me they would hold the vehicle and I could leave with it that day. No deposit required. After driving 2.5 hours from Jacksonville, they texted mid-trip that it was sold to someone else, claiming the buyer had already left and paid cash. When I arrived at Mint Auto Sales (their affiliate), the car was still there--the buyer was inside completing paperwork (financing, not cash). They had every chance to stop the sale but didn't. Spent nearly 4 hours looking for alternatives at Mint, but nothing came close to the unique GR86 I came for. Wasted an entire day. Avoid at all costs. These people are sleazy scumbags. read more

I was lied to by these crooks, I was told I could make an even trade for another vehicle so I drove from Palm Coast Fl to Orlando Fl just for the guy to get in my car, drive it like a maniac and then tell me he would only give me $1000 for my car which was in better shape and had lower miles than what I was trying to trade for but yet I was told no deal for no reason. Stay away from this place, that's a warning read more

Horrible, deceptive scam company who sold me a severely disabled used car without warning, and when confronted with everything, took no responsibility, and refuse to provide a proper solution. They actually keep trying to turn it around on me when the car was delivered to me already unusable. It nearly caused an accident literally within the first half an hour after it was delivered to me and I tried to drive it. It also died and left me stranded in the middle of the road at this same point, again, less than an hour after being delivered. And then the warning symbol and alerts in the car started shortly after. Transmission failure. I have called/visited several places to inquire about fixing this car's transmission issue, but it is an outrageous amount of money to fix. I have been having to then waste more money on ubers just to get around as I have a child and a busy schedule. Meanwhile, the car I bought weeks ago has been sitting there. I had no way of getting to the dealer, and repeatedly asked about the condition of the car. They failed to mention some things. Just kept using the typical customer service type of language as a distraction. They took my close to $4000, but cannot provide a solution. Keep telling me that someone will get back to me, but no one does, and I keep getting the run around every time I call/ go there. I need my money back. I understand some repairs for a used car (and there are a number of things to be repaired on the car) but not undisclosed repairs costing around $5000. I am stuck, and have no clue what to do now. I am so tired of people who take advantage of others. So sad. read more

We purchased a car that was missing its original roof antenna. We were promised that the dealership would install the original OEM antenna, and we relied on that promise when deciding to buy the vehicle. After the sale was completed, they changed their mind and tried to install a cheap aftermarket antenna that does not have the same features or functionality as the original. We feel we were misled into buying the car and are very disappointed with this experience. read more

Warning: DISHONEST dealership!!! What started as a happy purchase turned into a nightmare. The dealership sold my friend a "perfect" car, and the check engine light came on the same day we drove off. A full inspection and report showed it needs a new engine -- over $13,000 in repairs, more than double what he paid for the car. When we went back, the manager was dismissive and said "That's the NATURE of our BUSINESS." Now my friend is forced to take legal action because they refuse to take responsibility or even try to make things right. This dealer should be prohibited from doing business. read more

Liars and cheats without a single moral bone in their miserable bodies. if you buy a used car here, you're guaranteed to be paying way over the odds for a car which has had half-assed, quick fix repairs done on it to mask far greater problems. Take if from someone who has suffered at their hands, paying $4.5k for a car which, the first time it was taken into another shop a few months and only a few thousand miles later, was found to need $6k-worth of repairs. Absolute scumbags. Avoid iike the plague. Oh, and also note the flood of blatantly fake Google reviews which follow every genuine bad one. read more

The Front passenger side wheel was cambered in like crazy and the alignment was off bad and the front passenger side wheel was also bent! Here is the list of things that the shop found wrong with the suspension and needs to be replaced! 1.right front tie rod 2.right front control arm (upper) 3.right front control arm (lower) 4.right front strut 5.right cv axel 6. Left cv axel! Totaling $2,186.76 with labor! The clear coat is also flaking off and the body lines on the front end are off pretty bad! The shop deemed the car unsafe to drive until suspension is fixed properly! If anyone wants to see the breakdown I have it all paper direct from the shop! It's just really bad business and shady work! All I got from them was (we're not going to fix everything that's wrong( u got a great) this isn't just some light scratch or simple issue! ZERO for my rating of this scam car business! I'm an idiot for not looking at the reviews of this place. I was assured that the car that I was interested in was reliable and had a good engine. Unfortunately for me, I bought it at $4600 and took it straight to a mechanic. There were nails in two of the tires, bad battery (found that out when the battery died just after the purchase buying gas), multiple problems at the cost of $5,200 just to get it road worthy. Literally, it was a piece of crap! I had to go to a legit dealership the next day, and they would only give me $500 for the piece of crap, only because they felt sorry for me. It went straight to auction. Please, please, do NOT buy a car from this place! read more

This whole company is full of crooks and liars! They sold me a vehicle on December 15, 2025, and lied about everything pertaining to the car! This car has so many issues that were never disclosed even after I asked if there was anything wrong with the vehicle that I would have to get checked out and fixed. I was told that nothing is wrong with the vehicle. I asked the seller if he had scanned the vehicle and he told me yes and that no codes had come up. Literally the very next day the engine light came on and I took it to get scanned and multiple codes came up, which signifies that the codes were erased by the sellers of this fraudulent company. It even showed that there was 0% oil life in the car. On top of that they had me pay for the detailing of the vehicle that wasn't even my responsibility to pay for as well as pay for a tag that I still have not yet received on February 21st of 2026, even though I told them I had my own plate that I would like transferred. All in all, never buy a car from this company. They are liars, they give false information, and they put lives in dangers by placing you in vehicles that are entirely messed up. Even the window tint on the vehicle they sold me, I was informed by an officer of the law, was illegal. It was a complete waste of my money and I am extremely upset because I am a single mother without a job and they knew this because I informed them, and I even had my daughter with me along with a friend of mine as a witness, while purchasing this vehicle. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS! They will lie to you just to make a quick buck. I am extremely disappointed. I could not even get the brakes and rotors fixed on the vehicle because the bottom of the vehicle I was informed by my mechanic is completely rusted, which put me and my daughter at a very dangerous risk and also forced me to buy another car from somewhere else. read more

In hopes that I can help someone to not make the same mistake that I made by trying to buy a car from this dealership, here is my experience. I live in Memphis, TN, and so was not able to visit the dealership in person. I inquired about a car early on Friday June 27, 2025; The car was priced very well. I was contacted by a sales agent that same day and began sending the requested information. I then did not hear back from them until the next day. They said things got very busy. I accepted that and we continued the negotiation. I asked for a video of the car since it looked like a different color than what was listed. I then did not hear back from anyone until July 8. I was told that the agent's phone broke and they were not able to get back to my number until that day when everything loaded back. I had already begun looking at another vehicle and working to get the new vehicle approved through a bank. I accepted the agent's reason as to why I had not heard back from them. They did send pictures and I had the car inspected by a third party that informed me that the AC did not work, some upholstery was loose, a tire had some cupping, and the air filter was filthy. None of these things was disclosed to me by the dealership (especially the AC not working). I attempted to negotiate the price with the dealership and they were willing to bring the price down by $350, but no more. Because of the price of the car I was willing to accept this. I expected my bank to have a decision on financing this vehicle quickly, so I sent a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle (still July 8). I asked if the security deposit would be returned to me, not a bank, and if the return would be done quickly; I was assured that this would be the case. My bank took more than 2 days to give me an answer regarding financing, so I asked to agent to return the security deposit, understanding that this meant that if another person got to the car it would not be held (July 10). It is now July 18 and the dealership has still not returned the $500 deposit. The manager was supposed to call me and has not (although he has had his agent enquire if I have heard from my bank). I have repeatedly asked for the return of my security deposit and for whatever reason, the dealership will not return it. I cannot strongly enough urge to not do business with this company. The agent that I worked with was pleasant enough, though the communication issues should have been enough warning to me to never have sent a deposit; I was lured by the low pricing of their vehicles, and that was my mistake. I am still being asked about what my bank has said to me about the vehicle while keeping my deposit. If anyone has done business with them and been impressed, I am happy for you. My experience has been the worst of any car buying experience I have ever had and taught me my lesson about buying from a private dealership that I cannot visit in person. I am hoping that this review, and perhaps some legal options, might allow me to recover my security deposit without the cost being more than the deposit. read more

I purchased an auto from Sale your auto fast in Orlando Florida on an online dealership site called I see cars. I purchased it as is. I understand what as is means . I also understand that if you are going to sale a vehicle sight unseen you should be honest. I was told that it was mechanically sound with no issues, good tires and good air. It was delivered to me with a shredded tire and leaking oil. I took it to a mechanic and found out that it had a cracked engine block. I had it towed home, and it now sits in my yard and a 6000 dollar yard art because the dealership said I bought it as is. This is so wrong. I live on a fixed income and can't afford to throw away 6000 dollars. Please do not consider buying a vehicle from Sell your Auto fast in Orlando Florida.
