Iwould strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle from Sell Your Auto Fast, especially if dealing with Ali. The vehicle was completely misrepresented. I was led to believe I was purchasing a reliable, drivable vehicle, but that couldn't have been further from the truth. On the very first day, the radiator hose blew, leaving the vehicle undriveable. After having it inspected, I learned the radiator was completely rotted and required replacement, along with numerous other significant mechanical issues that were never disclosed. The condition of the vehicle was nowhere close to what was represented during the sale. Had these problems been honestly disclosed, I never would have purchased it. A dealership's reputation depends on honesty and transparency. In my experience, neither was demonstrated here. Selling a vehicle in this condition without disclosing major defects is unacceptable and has resulted in significant unexpected repair costs and inconvenience. I would not purchase another vehicle from Sell Your Auto Fast or from Ali, and I encourage prospective buyers to have any vehicle independently inspected before signing any paperwork. read more

On 4/29/2026 we purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer from Sell Your Auto Fast 5300 S Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando Florida for $7404 cash. At the time we didn't have no transportation and no way to look for a vehicle. I found a Explorer that was listed as good shape with no problems. The mileage was 156882 and now it has 156904 a difference of 22 miles. I had no way to get to Orlando so I had it delivered after I was assured it was in good shape. I took there word for the condition of the Explorer, that was a big mistake. It was late afternoon when the Explorer arrived and it sat till the next morning. My wife and I went to McDonalds and ate breakfast then to Walmart to buy groceries in the same shopping center about 2 miles from my home. It was running a bit hot so I checked the water and filled it up. Later my daughter had errands to run and left with the Explorer. A little wile she called and said the car shut off. After getting it back home I checked it out and it had no water in the radiator. When I checked the oil the first time I could see the oil was new but now it was full of water. The engine was frozen and won't run anymore. I tried to speak to the sales manager but he kept hanging up before I could say anything. I am sure they changed the oil and didn't put water in it to cheat someone. I am 79 years old and they took all of my savings and I can't buy another. So I am stuck with the old car that took $759.59 to get it to run again so I will have something to drive. I then found them on Yelp and all but one post was bad. After being passed around to multiple people and being sent the paperwork 3 times before they knew what they were doing finally bought what I thought would be a good car for my mom. The description went on about how nice the car was with cold A/C, Navigation, etc. Well the A/C doesn't work, half the screen has lines through it so you can't see it. Part of the dash was just sitting in the back seat when it finally arrived. We paid for delivery which was 3 days after it was supposed to arrive. I purchased a used 2018 Ford Escape from Sell Your Auto Fast on January 27, 2026. The salesperson, Jose Vazquez, told me the vehicle had a minor coolant issue that had already been repaired by their mechanic and that it was safe to drive. He said it was a small hole in the hose, and it had been replaced. Based on these representations, I purchased the car. Immediately after leaving the lot, the engine overheated and I had to pull over. Jose saw me outside the dealership so he came over, checked under the hood, added coolant, and again assured me the vehicle was safe to drive. Within minutes of getting back on the road, the same issue happened again--this time on the highway. I contacted the dealership and spoke with another employee, Yasir Sye, who initially offered options including a repair, exchange, or return. I clearly stated to Yasir that I wanted to return the vehicle as I no longer trusted it or their repair work. I also messaged Jose telling him what i discussed with Yasir. Based on my call with Yasir, I had the vehicle towed back to the dealership so I could arrange a return and full reimbursement the next day. However, the following day , when I spoke with the manager, Mohammed, he refused to honor what I had been told. He stated that because the vehicle was sold as-is, they would not accept a return or provide repairs. I was also told I needed to remove the vehicle from their lot or I would be charged a storage fee. Since the car was not drivable, it had to be towed, the dealership offered to tow it to me for $200. To avoid their storage fee I paid the money for them to tow it. I had it towed to an independent mechanic who later confirmed that the vehicle had not been properly repaired.  Hoses were not attached, components were left loose, and the radiator cap was nonfunctional. Since the dealership had firmly refused a return, I requested reimbursement for the towing cost and for the dealer fee, which was described as covering maintenance that clearly had not been properly performed. After significant back-and-forth, the dealership agreed to reimburse $850 for these costs. However, when they sent the paperwork to sign, it was not a simple reimbursement. It was a 17-section settlement agreement that included a full release of liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and a non-disparagement clause. I declined to sign because this was not what we agreed to. I was not comfortable giving up my rights or agreeing to terms that would prevent me from speaking about my experience, especially for such a limited reimbursement. The dealer refused to reimburse me anything unless I signed it.    Overall, this was a frustrating and unsafe experience. I cannot recommend this dealership based on how this situation was handled, and I would strongly encourage others to proceed with caution when considering a purchase here. Based on my experience I filed complaints with the Florida Attorney General, FLHSMV and the BBB. If others have similar issues those may be options worth looking into. read more

Horrible, deceptive scam company who sold me a severely disabled used car without warning, and when confronted with everything, took no responsibility, and refuse to provide a proper solution. They actually keep trying to turn it around on me when the car was delivered to me already unusable. It nearly caused an accident literally within the first half an hour after it was delivered to me and I tried to drive it. It also died and left me stranded in the middle of the road at this same point, again, less than an hour after being delivered. And then the warning symbol and alerts in the car started shortly after. Transmission failure. I have called/visited several places to inquire about fixing this car's transmission issue, but it is an outrageous amount of money to fix. I have been having to then waste more money on ubers just to get around as I have a child and a busy schedule. Meanwhile, the car I bought weeks ago has been sitting there. I had no way of getting to the dealer, and repeatedly asked about the condition of the car. They failed to mention some things. Just kept using the typical customer service type of language as a distraction. They took my close to $4000, but cannot provide a solution. Keep telling me that someone will get back to me, but no one does, and I keep getting the run around every time I call/ go there. I need my money back. I understand some repairs for a used car (and there are a number of things to be repaired on the car) but not undisclosed repairs costing around $5000. I am stuck, and have no clue what to do now. David assured me they would hold the vehicle and I could leave with it that day. No deposit required. After driving 2.5 hours from Jacksonville, they texted mid-trip that it was sold to someone else, claiming the buyer had already left and paid cash. When I arrived at Mint Auto Sales (their affiliate), the car was still there--the buyer was inside completing paperwork (financing, not cash). They had every chance to stop the sale but didn't. Spent nearly 4 hours looking for alternatives at Mint, but nothing came close to the unique GR86 I came for. Wasted an entire day. Avoid at all costs. These people are sleazy scumbags. read more

A full inspection and report showed it needs a new engine -- over $13,000 in repairs, more than double what he paid for the car. Recently bought a 2016 BMW 328i xdrive! Pricing was good and customer service was as well...at 1st! The payment process went smooth, even the delivery to NC! Now here comes the bad.... Ive already had to put the car in the shop and I've had the car for less than 2 weeks! The Front passenger side wheel was cambered in like crazy and the alignment was off bad and the front passenger side wheel was also bent! Not one single time did Raphael mention anything being wrong with the car other than 2 small rips in the driver seat! Here is the list of things that the shop found wrong with the suspension and needs to be replaced! 1.right front tie rod 2.right front control arm (upper) 3.right front control arm (lower) 4.right front strut 5.right cv axel 6. Left cv axel! Totaling $2,186.76 with labor! The clear coat is also flaking off and the body lines on the front end are off pretty bad! The shop deemed the car unsafe to drive until suspension is fixed properly! If anyone wants to see the breakdown I have it all paper direct from the shop! It's just really bad business and shady work! All I got from them was (we're not going to fix everything that's wrong( u got a great) this isn't just some light scratch or simple issue! Unfortunately for me, I bought it at $4600 and took it straight to a mechanic. There were nails in two of the tires, bad battery (found that out when the battery died just after the purchase buying gas), multiple problems at the cost of $5,200 just to get it road worthy. This whole company is full of crooks and liars! They sold me a vehicle on December 15, 2025, and lied about everything pertaining to the car! This car has so many issues that were never disclosed even after I asked if there was anything wrong with the vehicle that I would have to get checked out and fixed. I was told that nothing is wrong with the vehicle. I asked the seller if he had scanned the vehicle and he told me yes and that no codes had come up. Literally the very next day the engine light came on and I took it to get scanned and multiple codes came up, which signifies that the codes were erased by the sellers of this fraudulent company. It even showed that there was 0% oil life in the car. On top of that they had me pay for the detailing of the vehicle that wasn't even my responsibility to pay for as well as pay for a tag that I still have not yet received on February 21st of 2026, even though I told them I had my own plate that I would like transferred. All in all, never buy a car from this company. They are liars, they give false information, and they put lives in dangers by placing you in vehicles that are entirely messed up. Even the window tint on the vehicle they sold me, I was informed by an officer of the law, was illegal. It was a complete waste of my money and I am extremely upset because I am a single mother without a job and they knew this because I informed them, and I even had my daughter with me along with a friend of mine as a witness, while purchasing this vehicle. In hopes that I can help someone to not make the same mistake that I made by trying to buy a car from this dealership, here is my experience. I live in Memphis, TN, and so was not able to visit the dealership in person. I inquired about a car early on Friday June 27, 2025; The car was priced very well. I was contacted by a sales agent that same day and began sending the requested information. I then did not hear back from them until the next day. They said things got very busy. I accepted that and we continued the negotiation. I asked for a video of the car since it looked like a different color than what was listed. I then did not hear back from anyone until July 8. I was told that the agent's phone broke and they were not able to get back to my number until that day when everything loaded back. I had already begun looking at another vehicle and working to get the new vehicle approved through a bank. I accepted the agent's reason as to why I had not heard back from them. They did send pictures and I had the car inspected by a third party that informed me that the AC did not work, some upholstery was loose, a tire had some cupping, and the air filter was filthy. None of these things was disclosed to me by the dealership (especially the AC not working). I attempted to negotiate the price with the dealership and they were willing to bring the price down by $350, but no more. Because of the price of the car I was willing to accept this. I expected my bank to have a decision on financing this vehicle quickly, so I sent a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle (still July 8). I asked if the security deposit would be returned to me, not a bank, and if the return would be done quickly; I was assured that this would be the case. My bank took more than 2 days to give me an answer regarding financing, so I asked to agent to return the security deposit, understanding that this meant that if another person got to the car it would not be held (July 10). It is now July 18 and the dealership has still not returned the $500 deposit. The manager was supposed to call me and has not (although he has had his agent enquire if I have heard from my bank). I have repeatedly asked for the return of my security deposit and for whatever reason, the dealership will not return it. I cannot strongly enough urge to not do business with this company. The agent that I worked with was pleasant enough, though the communication issues should have been enough warning to me to never have sent a deposit; I was lured by the low pricing of their vehicles, and that was my mistake. I am still being asked about what my bank has said to me about the vehicle while keeping my deposit. If anyone has done business with them and been impressed, I am happy for you. My experience has been the worst of any car buying experience I have ever had and taught me my lesson about buying from a private dealership that I cannot visit in person. I am hoping that this review, and perhaps some legal options, might allow me to recover my security deposit without the cost being more than the deposit. read more

I purchased an auto from Sale your auto fast in Orlando Florida on an online dealership site called I see cars. I purchased it as is. I understand what as is means . I also understand that if you are going to sale a vehicle sight unseen you should be honest. I was told that it was mechanically sound with no issues, good tires and good air. It was delivered to me with a shredded tire and leaking oil. I took it to a mechanic and found out that it had a cracked engine block. I had it towed home, and it now sits in my yard and a 6000 dollar yard art because the dealership said I bought it as is. This is so wrong. I live on a fixed income and can't afford to throw away 6000 dollars. Please do not consider buying a vehicle from Sell your Auto fast in Orlando Florida.
