Khaleed, Dallip and Omar were the ones who helped me. And they were thorough with everything including the loan process and the price. Prices for vehicles are higher than ever so that in it self was stressful but that has nothing to do with the service and the people I worked with. The only thing I would have loved is if the process was sped up a bit (but that was no ones fault and it comes with the territory) and if they changed the music. They played house music all day. So for 7 hours that's what I listened to. It might be a sales tactic to try to get people to buy a vehicle. Who knows. Overall, this place is worth a look.

Despite me being fearful that the car wasn't legal to drive they refused to fix the panel and refused to cancel the transaction. We were bullied into taking possession of a vehicle where there was no working speedometer or gas gauge and THEN before driving away the side mirror fell off. When I mentioned being disappointed they said "you bought as is and if you have a problem, the GM will be here in a week". Most used car lots will fix cars that have safety issues (even if bought as-is). This car lot cares more about money than the customer's safety. UPDATE: the day after we bought the car the tire pressure was low and when we went to fill it with air the valve stem broke off. Had the car towed to a mechanic and while the tires were fine there was nearly $800 worth of problems they said the dealership's mechanic would have easily known were problems. Like I mentioned before the update, a reputable dealer makes things right even on an "as is" car. This dealer never once tried to make this car safe to drive!

Over the course of a week, he scoured the inventory across several locations and worked with a very picky Yelper finding him vehicle after vehicle. We landed on a Chevy Spark that, while it seemed nice, I just wasn't sold on. At that point, I needed a break from car shopping, so I thanked him for his time and told him I'd let him know when I get back to it. Flash forward a month. I get to a decent point and hop back onto the hunt. Unfortunately, Jose wasn't available the day I walked in. John was the first rep to greet me and was just as helpful, friendly and professional. It's clear that Enterprise treats you like a genuine person and there's no pressure for anything. They make sure everything is clear from the beginning and will work with you on getting car payments as low as they can for you. I walked away with a 2019 Nissan Sentra with 60,000 miles and I couldn't recommend Enterprise more.

In less than 3 years i went through 2 transmission replacement. 2 turbos booster because they didn't install the first replacement correctly. Now a month after the turbo replacement I have do repair for the valve cover and the oil fan to reseal, that repair was denied by the extended warranty. First of all, i use to get my car fixed at CarMax Orlando and realized that they don't hire competent mechanics that it why the repairs fail. Also, they don't use new part but remanufactured parts, that is also another problem. I ended up going to the dealership when my car stays about a week before maxcare send an inspector, in the meanwhile they did not give ne e loaner or a rental, so I had to cover my own transportation. 7 days later the inspector denied the dealership claim. Now I have to pay over $1000 out of pocket . Do yourself a favor stay away from CarMax and Max care their extended warranty.

After checking in my vehicle, my wife and I went into the waiting area which was very reminiscent of restaurant style seating with multiple tables and chairs around. Unfortunately there was no complimentary coffee or snacks. The did have a cafe where you could by food that looked sub-par. I was slightly annoyed because after 10 minutes of waiting, one of the salesman came up and tried to buy my car and get me to do a trade in option...I'm just here for service. Typical dealer behavior but I was disappointed by it. They told me it would be 1-1.5 hours but it ended up taking just over 3 hours, which I was OK with because they offered a complimentary shuttle to a nearby shopping center but it was still frustrating that their estimate was so far off. When it came time to pay, the charged an additional hidden $40 "dealer fee". Once again frustrating, I thought that's what I pay for when I pay for the labor hourly rate? They also added another small credit card fee. Things add up and it's frustrating that they aren't up front about their costs. They also tried to tell me my 10 month old battery was bad and needed replacing for over $300. Naturally I declined because my battery is working 100% fine. They definitely were trying to take advantage of me. Overall, I hoped for a better experience and won't be back. I usually always do my own maintenance for this very reason but was short on time. I will use another private shop next time.
