There are a couple gripes I have but they are small and over all, I was treated with respect and the people are friendly, even when I came in and thought I was going to change my mind and exchange my vehicle for something cheaper, they were nothing but nice to me. Khaleed, Dallip and Omar were the ones who helped me. And they were thorough with everything including the loan process and the price. Prices for vehicles are higher than ever so that in it self was stressful but that has nothing to do with the service and the people I worked with. The only thing I would have loved is if the process was sped up a bit (but that was no ones fault and it comes with the territory) and if they changed the music. They played house music all day. So for 7 hours that's what I listened to. It might be a sales tactic to try to get people to buy a vehicle. Who knows. Overall, this place is worth a look.

They actually keep trying to turn it around on me when the car was delivered to me already unusable. It nearly caused an accident literally within the first half an hour after it was delivered to me and I tried to drive it. It also died and left me stranded in the middle of the road at this same point, again, less than an hour after being delivered. And then the warning symbol and alerts in the car started shortly after. Transmission failure. I have called/visited several places to inquire about fixing this car's transmission issue, but it is an outrageous amount of money to fix. I have been having to then waste more money on ubers just to get around as I have a child and a busy schedule. Meanwhile, the car I bought weeks ago has been sitting there. I had no way of getting to the dealer, and repeatedly asked about the condition of the car. They failed to mention some things. Just kept using the typical customer service type of language as a distraction. They took my close to $4000, but cannot provide a solution. Keep telling me that someone will get back to me, but no one does, and I keep getting the run around every time I call/ go there. I need my money back. I understand some repairs for a used car (and there are a number of things to be repaired on the car) but not undisclosed repairs costing around $5000. I am stuck, and have no clue what to do now. After going through 3 different dealerships, we came to Enterprise and they couldn't have made the process easier and simpler. On my first round with them, Jose helped me find a vehicle. He went above and beyond to work with me and my foot hadn't even hit the door yet. Over the course of a week, he scoured the inventory across several locations and worked with a very picky Yelper finding him vehicle after vehicle. We landed on a Chevy Spark that, while it seemed nice, I just wasn't sold on. At that point, I needed a break from car shopping, so I thanked him for his time and told him I'd let him know when I get back to it. Flash forward a month. I get to a decent point and hop back onto the hunt. Unfortunately, Jose wasn't available the day I walked in. John was the first rep to greet me and was just as helpful, friendly and professional. It's clear that Enterprise treats you like a genuine person and there's no pressure for anything. They make sure everything is clear from the beginning and will work with you on getting car payments as low as they can for you. I walked away with a 2019 Nissan Sentra with 60,000 miles and I couldn't recommend Enterprise more.
