Prices for vehicles are higher than ever so that in it self was stressful but that has nothing to do with the service and the people I worked with. The only thing I would have loved is if the process was sped up a bit (but that was no ones fault and it comes with the territory) and if they changed the music. They played house music all day. The mileage was 156882 and now it has 156904 a difference of 22 miles. I had no way to get to Orlando so I had it delivered after I was assured it was in good shape. I took there word for the condition of the Explorer, that was a big mistake. It was late afternoon when the Explorer arrived and it sat till the next morning. My wife and I went to McDonalds and ate breakfast then to Walmart to buy groceries in the same shopping center about 2 miles from my home. It was running a bit hot so I checked the water and filled it up. Later my daughter had errands to run and left with the Explorer. A little wile she called and said the car shut off. After getting it back home I checked it out and it had no water in the radiator. When I checked the oil the first time I could see the oil was new but now it was full of water. The engine was frozen and won't run anymore. I tried to speak to the sales manager but he kept hanging up before I could say anything. I am sure they changed the oil and didn't put water in it to cheat someone. I am 79 years old and they took all of my savings and I can't buy another. So I am stuck with the old car that took $759.59 to get it to run again so I will have something to drive. I then found them on Yelp and all but one post was bad. Over the course of a week, he scoured the inventory across several locations and worked with a very picky Yelper finding him vehicle after vehicle. We landed on a Chevy Spark that, while it seemed nice, I just wasn't sold on. At that point, I needed a break from car shopping, so I thanked him for his time and told him I'd let him know when I get back to it. Flash forward a month. I get to a decent point and hop back onto the hunt. Unfortunately, Jose wasn't available the day I walked in. John was the first rep to greet me and was just as helpful, friendly and professional. It's clear that Enterprise treats you like a genuine person and there's no pressure for anything. They make sure everything is clear from the beginning and will work with you on getting car payments as low as they can for you. I walked away with a 2019 Nissan Sentra with 60,000 miles and I couldn't recommend Enterprise more.

In less than 3 years i went through 2 transmission replacement. 2 turbos booster because they didn't install the first replacement correctly. Now a month after the turbo replacement I have do repair for the valve cover and the oil fan to reseal, that repair was denied by the extended warranty. First of all, i use to get my car fixed at CarMax Orlando and realized that they don't hire competent mechanics that it why the repairs fail. Also, they don't use new part but remanufactured parts, that is also another problem. I ended up going to the dealership when my car stays about a week before maxcare send an inspector, in the meanwhile they did not give ne e loaner or a rental, so I had to cover my own transportation. 7 days later the inspector denied the dealership claim. Now I have to pay over $1000 out of pocket . Do yourself a favor stay away from CarMax and Max care their extended warranty.
