Harvest was a nice find! We went because it had availability at the time we needed, and we really enjoyed our meal. We had the pork belly lettuce wraps, which were good--slightly salty but overall tasty. The yellowtail crudo was solid, though nothing out of the ordinary. The star for us was the scallops--they were cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. We got a side of mashed potatoes, which complemented the dish nicely. The staff were okay, though a bit distant, and the space itself was decent. Overall, a satisfying meal and worth a visit if you're in the area.

We made their happy hour and boy was it worth it. We ordered their old fashioned drink along with pork belly lettuce wraps and salt and pepper shrimp. Wowsa! Both were perfectly prepared, presented, and delicious! They even overheard that it was my birthday and I got a treat! Highly recommend this hidden place! Well worth it!

The food and service were absolutely amazing. We had the prime rib and roasted chicken, which were fabulous. We also really enjoy that we could quickly sit down to eat in a nice atmosphere without having to get dressed up in formal wear.

Perfect place to end my vegas trip. We had a big group and got sat at a very nice private table that was by the glass kitchen. For appetizers, we tried a bit of everything. My favorite was the bread and fried shrimp. I had the branzino for my meal which was good, but not great. We shared sides and my goodness, the mashed potatoes are phenomenal. I ended with their coconut, chocolate dessert and it was great

honestly, I couldn't believe the prices when what they gave you for the prices we went there because we were staying in the hotel and it said harvest had a vegetarian menu. We got the spaghetti with vegetables. It had broccoli and pasta noodles and tomato sauce nothing else for $38 !!and also the vegan flatbread which was nothing but pesto sauce a couple tomatoes and some pistachios. You gotta be kidding. Be aware if you're gonna go just know you're gonna get ripped off way overpriced for the quantity quality and even the ingredients save your money go somewhere else

Awesome food and service! We had a bigger party and they were timely in bringing out their food. The bone marrow was not my favorite, but still good. I got the Ribeye and it was undercooked at first, but they recooked it and offered complimentary mashed potatoes which were delicious! The restaurant is dimly lit and spacious. I forgot a shopping bag there, and came back for it...and the nice server set it aside!

Everything at the Bellagio is gorgeous, and this space is no different. We stopped in for happy hour and had a cocktail. The service was upscale, as was the price. The Harvest Spritz cocktail was special, and delicious. It had St Germaine, which I love.

Decent. Healthy options. Service was okay, not great. Hostesses did not make eye contact or able to help out much and failed at finding timely table although several were available. The location and ambience is okay. Nothing to write home about but a decent flavor and healthy-ish options. Service is SLOW.

Gorgeous restaurant with a ton of seating. My favorite dish was the filet mignon. I ordered medium rare and it came cooked well. For sides, I highly recommend the Brussels sprouts, which had a good char and great flavor. The service was great and we enjoyed the overall experience. Definitely recommend getting a reservation in advance.

Oh man. Everything was great. Service was A+++, and food and drinks were amazing too. I have a gluten intolerance and a few other food *issues* and our waiter was amazing in addressing everyone of them with a super helpful attitude. So kind and patient. If you're gluten free, seed oil averse... or just want super delicious food- come to Harvest!

If we could give more stars, we absolutely would! We truly appreciate how everyone took care of us the entire time we were in the restaurant. Our main server (Morgan) was very engaging and made sure we were having a lovely time. The pace of our experience was perfect as well as the ambiance of the space to celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary. The food was absolutely amazing... My filet mignon was prepared perfectly and my husband's scallops were phenomenal. We chose the risotto to share for our side dish and were disappointed we couldn't finish it all. We had the panna cotta and the caramel apple cobbler for dessert, BOTH were fantastic. I had a glass of Pinot Grigio to enjoy at the start of our meal and it was absolutely delicious. 12/10, we had a fabulous visit and highly recommend others stop by and enjoy Harvest as well.

Beautiful vibe to this upscale yet comfortable restaurant in the Bellagio. Prompt and excellent service throughout (although it would have been nice if they had wiped our table in between courses without us having to ask). Loved the lively open kitchen. The food offerings are plentiful and creative. We opted for the yellowtail crudo to start. Delicious, although I was left wanting a different presentation, since there was so much tasty sauce that we couldn't really enjoy since it just slipped through our fork tines and we were not served spoons or any mechanism to get the sauce to our mouths. After having been in San Francisco the previous weekend and served a delightful hamachi dish in four Japanese style soup spoons, we agreed that might have been a better way to serve up this saucy dish. We moved on to a perfectly cooked and seasoned hanger steak with chimichurri and some of the most incredible roasted brussels sprouts we've ever had. Scrumptious! Sadly, the mushroom farro risotto was lacking in flavor ~ even just some salt would have helped. So we improvised and mixed a few bites of the bacon from the brussels and that definitely helped the risotto. The beauty of sharing all of these dishes is that we had plenty of room for dessert ~ so we got two! The farmer's market cheesecake was light, bright and fruity and was the yin to the yang of the sweet and decadent salted caramel apple cobbler. We loved our meal here and would happily return again!

Delicious food, great service, and great ambience. The salad came out nice and crispy with a light seasoning. For appetizers, we got the flatbread and the harvest naan bread - both delicious! The bread is so fluffy. And then I got the scallop dish which was cooked nicely! What made this experience even better was the service. Everyone was so attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Thank you Harvest team!

Is Harvest Hour from 5-6pm daily or 5:30pm-6:30pm Sunday-Thursday? I've seen both timeframes posted online and I'm just not sure which one is accurate. TIA!!

When I visited it was 5-6

Does Harvest have a Happy Hour bar menu (Food and drinks)? If so, which days and times?

I believe they do have a happy hour- I would check website directly!! The food is very fresh and good! Check on it but pretty sure they do have happy hour

Are the snack wagons available every night? When I first dined at Harvest, the snack wagons were only on Wednesdays.

Hi Doriee! We offer the snack wagons as part of our Harvest Hour, served 5-6pm & 9-10pm Sunday through Thursday. Periodically (about twice a month) we also invite guest chefs from other venues around town to come in and take over one of the wagons… Read more

The website stated that it's only open in the evening yet it also said it serves breakfast. So does it serve breakfast? And if so, what are the price range, for full breakfast?

Sorry, Harvest does NOT serve breakfast, but I am sure it would be amazing if they did. The former… Read more

Is the kitchen allergy friendly? I have a variety of food sensitivities. Thanks!

Yes, they make a point of it on their menu so just inform them when you sit and they will accommodate as best they can.

Where can one find menu prices?

Salads tend to be 16-17. Appetizers 25ish with a few outliers. Entrees 50. Sides 15. Think $$$$$.

A buddy really wanted to try this spot as he was recently getting really into the chef David Chang…read more We made reservations and decided to give it a try. It was an incredible dining experience, and I would certainly recommend it The restaurant is located in the lovely Cosmopolitan Casino. We had a couple pre-drinks at the Chandelier Bar while we waited for our reservation. When we arrived we only waited a few minutes for them to prepare our table. The restaurant was packed. There's a surprising number of tables/and seating options. The restaurant is elegant and trendy. The lighting is very intimate, but it adds to the ambiance The menu offers a variety of unique and intriguing Asian-American-style delicacies. David Chang is a renowned chef, and everything we tried was incredible. The pork belly bao buns were one of my favorites. We ended up getting a variety of plates and sharing. For drinks they have signature and classic cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options The staff were incredible. Very efficient, professional, and friendly. Our food and drinks came out in a timely manner, and we were well taken care of Some tips: Definitely get a reservation. There is a chance that you will get a table as a walk-in, but not a 100% chance, and you will probably end up waiting a long time I would recommend doing what we did and grab a drink or two nearby while you wait I will say, there probably isn't a bad thing in this menu, but there also isn't much on here for the "picky eater." This is also a fine-dining Vegas experience, so, I wouldn't expect the most inexpensive prices. I wouldn't worry about any of that and just try as much as you can, share, and you will have an amazing time Cheers!!

Vegas price for dirt flavor food…read more I've had this restaurant 4 years ago and was largely disappointed. I went this time again with my spouse and we both got a Tonkotsu Ramen, Pork Belly Bun, and a Yuzu Lemonade. The ramen tasted like cup noodles but the buns were at least decent. The lemonade was nothing special. The service was good but given the price and the quality of food, I couldn't care even if their service was superb. Save your money and your time, go somewhere else for ramen.
