Kim was a great resource in helping to review the best and most cost effective way to purchase the generator and how the whole process would evolve. Unlike other providers, they are straightforward and do not offer a bunch of other unnecessary add ons. Their goal was to provide a quality and cost effective finished product. Parco staff call you or text you back promptly responding to a question or request. When they made a commitment to schedule the installation, they stood by it. They explain what they are going to accomplish and why they are doing it that way. Aaron and his crew showed up on time and the installation was complete in about 4.5 hours. They do not take shortcuts and use high quality materials. Parco and the subcontractors were very professional and helpful. Even more important they have a rock solid maintenance and emergency response plan following the installation. Aaron and Wayne arrived on time and worked hard all day to install two lanterns and six can lights. To install the lanterns, they had to cut through drywall and brick to run electrical cable from the attic. Despite all the work to install the lights (on a hot November afternoon, none the less!), they left without a mess, and even swept and mopped the area they were working. It still had the old tube and knob wiring and due to this, I could not get insulation installed because that would be a fire hazard. I had three companies come out to bid the job. A-pros were priced in the middle but they offered the best warranty out of the three and one of the companies didn't even plan to pull a city permit. Rene knew exactly what was needed to bring the house up to code. I provided them a list of the existing electrical and the items I wanted changed or added. They followed my list of requests and came with innovative solutions for many of the requests. One example would be the lighting added to my closets. They used can LED lights with motion sensors to avoid open element lights with cords or switches. They were able to use the electric panel I had replaced several years ago and did not try to make me replace it when it was not necessary. The whole job took two weeks to complete with a couple of short trips to finish up items like putting the outdoor lighting wires into conduit and installing dusk-to-dawn lights in the backyard that were on backorder. Every night Rene asked if I had any questions or concerns. Any concerns or questions were always addressed. The whole team was very professional and courteous. They were onsite when the city inspector came out and the job passed inspection on the first pass. They put a lot of work into this job and I appreciate a job well done.
