I never felt pressured to replace until I was ready. When I did decide to replace I got several apples-to-apples quotes and Hartford came in comparable or lower than the others. Their scheduler sets an arrival window for the appointment then calls when the tech is about 20 minutes out, saving me valuable time. All of their technicians have been professional, friendly & courteous--and they try to send the same tech each time! Had a problem with my heater. Called Hartford this morning. My call was answered right away. I got an appointment set up with Manny for the afternoon (between 1-3PM). Got a call at 11:30 saying that the technician could come early! Manny was very professional (well dressed and well spoken) and did a great job. He had the part and the issue was fixed very quickly. We contacted them late afternoon and they were onsite the next morning at 9:15, so great response time! It was commercial A/C and the ductwork around the unit had blown out. They made the repairs by 4pm that day and we were able to open as scheduled and cooled the place down to 73 within 10 minutes of them finishing up! They even put away the heavy ladders for me!!! David and Lawrence knew exactly how to fix the issue and took care of some other stuck water valves. All the supplies needed for the job were on their truck so no having to come back later.
