The repair was completed in early September, but within three weeks the dishwasher was still leaking at the final walk‑through. They were contacted again on September 16 under their labor warranty. GH Appliance Repair came out on September 17 and claimed the leak was fixed. After closing on September 18, I inspected the appliance myself and found the dishwasher was still leaking exactly as before. I reached out once more on September 24 to have the issue corrected under their labor warranty. At that point, the company told me that because I was now the "new owner," they would not honor the warranty--even though the original repair was never successful. The dishwasher was never fixed, the issue persisted through multiple visits, and the company refused to stand behind their own work. I cannot recommend GH Appliance Repair based on this experience.

They came by to let us know what the issue was, then, after we had the flooring ripped up after a leak detection company marked off where it was, they came with the jackhammer and tore up our cement. Unfortunately, the leak wasn't where detection had marked it. I'm grateful Stephen was find enough to come in on what was supposed to be his day off the next day to continue after we took up the rest of the wood overnight. They did a great job at locating the leak, fixing it, explaining what might have happened to cause it, filling the hole back up and covering it with cement. The service guy actually asked my Tenants to pay for the repair while he was there and told her they wouldn't fix it otherwise. She gave in + paid the tech $50.That was embarrassing. The young couple who run the business couldn't have been nicer. They were prompt and did an excellent job on the rugs as well as some tile floors. It is a little bit embarrassing, but they did such a good job they wanted to take pictures of the "before and after" to show the results.
