He (along with the pharmacist) kindly opened up that register and let me purchase the Sudafed. Thank you Alex for going above and beyond to save me a second trip back to the store.

They also have incorrectly processed a different prescription stating that I need a prior authorization, which was already done and is still good for four refills (was able to fill at Walgreens yesterday). When I asked the pharmacist to check the prior auth status (after telling her I had confirmed with my MD that PA was done/current), her only response was to repeatedly tell me my rx was ready and that I'd be charged full price.

Evidently, the app won't let you change stores on a current Rx. The only way to change stores is to…read more"leave a message" and get a call back from them or drive to the store you need - and then make another trip to the store when the order is ready. As far as getting a call back from CVS, I have left 4 in 4 days with no call back. I truly hate being treated that way. I left one star as there is no way to leave less than one star.

After sharing it was formerly ~$8, he calmly recruited help from another rockstar female team member (receipt says Molly). She confirmed script filled was a 90 day supply in addition to double-checking the insurance info was correct and it was billed appropriately; she also took the time to research what it would cost at other local pharmacies, in addition to what filling it with other public plans ("Good Rx") would total. "At $19, filling it at Costco would def save you nearly 50%." That's stellar customer service. Instead of leaving, I paid the higher price because her time/high level of empathy is not common! Thanks for the extra attention and consideration, not to mention patented mile long receipt!

Today we had the breakfast-eggs, bacon, potatoes and my toddler had the French toast! Delicious as always. They always have their specials posted and they always seem to have fresh cake slices available. I can't say enough how I love the kids/toy aisle! They have toys from when I was a kid, my toddler loves them all and we never leave without buying something! They also have new types of toys as well as puzzles and some large item educational toys. I was surprised to see they had the original pound puppies for sale today! Right now they have a lot of beautiful Christmas items for sale, we love looking at all of the festive stuff and of course we stopped to see the Christmas bouquets. I absolutely love the flower shop inside this pharmacy, you will not be disappointed with the fresh flower arrangements they have.

She decided to call me to say they didn't want my profile because of the medicines that I take. She thinks she is the DEA if you're getting pain medications there be aware that she is a person that thinks if you take pain medications you are a criminal. She tore my prescription up in front of me. No Pharmacist should be able to tell you or your Doctor what kind of Medicine a person should be taking. I take a lot of medicine due to having a lot of surgeries. I feel like if you don't want my profile for prescription the store doesn't need my business.

Second: there are never enough shopping carts at this location. Third: prices are higher compared to other grocers in the area; as a result we almost exclusively shop here for sales. Overall, it's a nicer medium-high end grocery store but it has plenty of room for improvement.

They cradled me and made sure my medications are filled an always on time. They call you, they check and make sure you want to fill them at the same time, they educate you on your medications and possible side effects and interactions. Plus, sometimes? A shortage may be occurring on a particular medication and they will warn you so you can look for it somewhere else until they can get it in. You can feel love here. I was done with "big box pharmacies.!" I was tired of standing in line for hours or sitting out in my car for 45-minutes at a time to just pickup my medications. The staff and pharmacists are absolutely amazing after several visits they were calling me by my name when I arrived, they notify me when they receive my script, it's always ready on time and they always have what we need in stock and even if they don't you won't wait long. I recently had some dental work done and was over by their office, I stopped in just to see if they would fill it before driving home, they had just received the prescription but told me to wait 10 minutes and filled it immediately. If you are tired of dealing with the big box pharmacies which are getting harder and harder to find and deal with, you MUST give them a try you won't be disappointed. I am sure we all have heard of the site people of Wal Mart and I admit that it is a guilty pleasure that when I go I know I will see something where I should look away but feel compelled to watch still. Where else can you get your nails done, get some Subway, do your banking, prepare your taxes, wire money, all before you forget what you actually came in there for. On to my review. This WalMart I will say does an ok job of having items but what is unusual is that there is a WalMart Neighborhood market about three minutes down the street that seems to do a better job of keeping certain grocery items in stock. Don't understand it. I can find items there at the Neighborhood Market I cannot find it the this Super WalMart. The best part of this WalMart is that I will say about 90% of the time the self checkout system is working but when it goes down it goes down hard. Also, it would help that those using it actually know how to use it to keep the lines flowing as it defeats the whole purpose of a speedy checkout with the constant issues or asking "how do I do this" It is appreciated that they are trying to use technology to speed up and make the shopping process more convenient but that is only as good as the technology implemented and those willing to use it. If you need help finding something just use the app and it will point you to which aisle it is in. There seems to be more workers gathering items for online pickups than actually there to help customers who do it the old school way and actually come in the store. Plus many are too busy complaining out loud about working there to anyone willing to listen to offer assistance. I think many of us have come to accept what we will encounter here and I have had more good experiences than bad. This is especially true if you are just going to get some specific items and making an in and out trip.

Four hours later, I emerged like a survivor of a retail apocalypse--battle-scarred, dehydrated, and somehow holding a kayak, three candles that smell like sadness, and a family-sized bag of chips I didn't even want. The employees? I'm convinced they hold staff meetings in an underground bunker where the theme is "Hide and Seek: Advanced Edition." I asked one guy where the lightbulbs were and he pointed upward and said, "We got some in the ceiling," then disappeared like a retail ninja. The aisles are a maze designed by someone who hates humanity. I swear I passed the same crying baby, the same man debating toothpaste brands, and the same giant inflatable holiday decoration at least six times. I'm pretty sure I aged 3-5 years in there. Self-checkout? Absolute chaos. I scanned one item and the machine screamed at me like I was smuggling diamonds. Then it demanded "an attendant" who, of course, was nowhere to be found--probably in the bunker. By the time I checked out, the sun had set, the seasons had changed, and I questioned everything I ever believed in. I entered a customer; I left a philosopher. One star. For being open. That's it.
