I've lived in the area nearly my whole life and had never stopped in until this week. Wish I could say I was missing out all of these years, but our dinner was nothing special. Three of us had burgers, one had a chicken sandwich and the other had pizza. The burgers didn't have any flavor and my husband's chicken was dry, very thick breast that probably should've been pounded thinner. My daughter had pizza and that was pretty good. Staff and atmosphere was good, may stop in for a drink in the future, but likely won't eat here again. read more

Man did we love this place. The inside reminds me of a beach shack mixed with an up north Wisconsin bar. The food was top notch. The best pizza I've had in the LG/Delevan area. We were there around 3:30 when we got pizza, so it wasnt packed, but it only took 10 minutes to come out. Our waitress was great. My wife and I had the smash burger. For a smash burger, it still retained some juiciness. The service was excellent and the wait staff were appropriately attentive. The pub was clean. Not as good as past experiences but it's still good food. Kinda turning into a tourist trap rather than a local dive bar. $20 for a burger is outrageous. Lastly the server was not great, that could improve. She did not stop by the table often enough, or remember what we asked for each time. Then once we closed out our tab, it's like we didn't exist! Never checked back to see if we wanted more drinks, and there was a live band. So we would have spent more money had she offered. But the food was good, not the problem. read more

Great local pub with fun Wisconsin decor and good bar food. The signature margarita is tasty, and this time around I tried some of the food too during lunch. The chicken ceasar salad was delicious but on the smaller side - I got my chicken grilled but blackened also seemed like a great option. The hot chicken wings were also delicious. This is a classic spot in Williams Bay after some time on Lake Geneva. My wife and I came here for dinner on Saturday and were able to get a table right away. They have a good selection of beers, wines... we ordered some calamari, a hamburger and the seared tuna sandwich. We had a mixup on our drinks, but our server sorted it out for us quickly. The food was tasty and came out quickly. The decor is purposely touristy/ tacky and there are lots of tvs with sports on. read more

My son and I had such a wonderful experience at Harpoon Willie's. Honestly it's been awhile since we'd eaten there. We sat in their heated indoor patio. It was comfortable and quiet. It was heated so we weren't cold. We started off with the cheese curds accompanied by ranch dressing. My son had a spotted cow & I had a Moscow Mule. Robbie was our server and his suggestions were honest and wonderful. My son had the blackened tuna accompanied by homemade potato chips. I had a bowl of chili topped with melted cheese and homemade cornbread. I ended up taking some home. Robbie was attentive making sure we were having a wonderful experience. This will be our go to lunch spot. I'm so glad we had the opportunity to relax and have a great lunch. read more

I really wanted to like this place. The hostess and waitstaff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was lively. Unfortunately, the food fell far short of expectations. Had it been even average, I'd say the prices were fair, but sadly, that wasn't the case. The half broasted chicken was disappointing: it had very little meat, and what was there was dry and leathery--even the breast, which typically offers the most meat, was tough and barely edible. My daughter's Geneva burger was also underwhelming--basic and dry. I will say, however, the onion rings were excellent. read more

Stopped in to grab some dinner. Typical bar menu with all the classics. Ended up going with the bowl of chili and a Caesar side salad. The chili was really good and had crushed tomatoes in it that made it that much better. The cornbread was out of this world. Honestly some of the best I've tasted and I don't say that lightly. Incredibly moist and just sweet enough. The Caesar salad on the other hand was extremely bad. Everything from the bagged lettuce, to the shaved Parmesan, to the dressing that resembled ranch and didn't necessarily taste like Caesar. I honestly don't know what it was. I also ordered a Negroni that tasted off as well. I didn't watch them make it but I'm guessing they don't have sweet vermouth and used something else as a replacement. Came here with some friends after a day of boating on Lake Geneva. My group was pretty big but we didn't have to wait. The employees were all friendly upon arrival. This place definitely gives off your typical American pub. Their menu isn't that extensive. The menu items are your typical American foods - burgers, bbq, etc. I felt very limited in my choices. Cheese curds: Me and my boyfriend shared cheese curds as an appetizer. These were actually really good! The serving size is pretty big, even for 2 people. Me and my boyfriend couldn't even finish it. They also give you a big cup of what seems to be ranch. These weren't as greasy as I was expecting. Chicken BLT: This sandwich was terrible. It was SOOO dry and SOOO bland. I couldn't eat it nor did I want to. I took one bite and that did it for me. Even after putting sauce in it, I couldn't do it. And I'm not one to waste food either but it was just unacceptable. The sandwich itself wasn't hot - the cheese wasn't melted at all. It just looked like someone just threw it together. You get an option of chips or can upgrade to waffle fries. I opted for the waffle fries which were good - however, there was only like 5-7 fries on my plate. It was so sad. read more

I will not return to this restaurant. I watched half my table finish their food before I received my food. The server and manager both defended that process stating then the kitchen doesn't get backed up. I was so hungry by that point I would have eaten anything. They need to decrease portion sizes and prices. We threw away half our food because we were traveling and no way to keep the food. Heads up automatic 20% tip for parties 6 or more. Also 3% service charge for using credit card. Neither of these charges were communicated before I received my bill. I did not have the cash with me. read more

Nice place overlooking Lake Geneva with a bit of a "biker bar" feel. There are 3 areas; a large bar area, 8 or so tables, and a screened patio. A handful of standard pub-like appetizers including Wisconsin cheese curds. A handful of choices for salads, burgers, sandwiches (including a wrap), tacos, and entrees. These choices go beyond standard bar fare in that there is a guacamole burger, tuna melt, and pulled pork tacos as well as the more "typical" food you'd expect here. They even offer sweet potato fries. Very reasonably priced. read more

Impressed! Well I'm back- Sausage and fresh basil deep dish pizza! Best I have ever had.... well worth the wait...if your from CHICAGO you will be so impressed at how good it is! Not joking- I love Pizza and was a Lou Malnati's man till I had this delightful light crusted master piece with Fresh Ingredients! it literally has an addicting taste that makes you want to stuff yourself into oblivion! Blackened AHI Tuna Salad- my wife swears by this salad and I have to say it's pleasing if you love salads- she gets one every time we come here-EXCELLENT! The food was great, the liquor was great, service was good... topped off by desert! I can honestly say I have a new favorite place- the music was good and the place is easy going! Over the last few years, this spot has upped its game substantially. We came in on a Saturday night were able to be seated right away at the cozy indoor patio area. Recently, they reintroduced pizza to their menu and I noticed three of the four tables we passed were enjoying it. My plan to get their excellent ahi sandwich evaporated and I ordered a sausage and mushroom pie. It was exquisite, my new favorite pizza in the Lake Geneva area by a wide swath. Well, this place is located in Wisconsin. That means Green Bay Packer country. On Dec 5th, the Packers were playing the Detroit Lions in a BIG game. This place had a live band at the same time of the game. They had it on the TV. If you are stopping in this place for sports, don't. Also, tried to order pizza at 9:02pm. The kitchen closes at 9pm so don't expect to catch a break. read more
