Shout out Jamie. I have never had a server so ready with water and it was much appreciated! Shout out Willie's happy hour.

Party of 8 Burgers overdone. Asked for a medium rare burger and showed the hockey puck to the waiter. the waiter he said we try our best. Other than that was told could upgrade to a fry but it's really an entire side which shouldn't be confusing but waiter explained it wrong. read more

The bathrooms ate freezing. The bartenders are RUDE. Don't bother. No food after reasonable hours.

I've lived in the area nearly my whole life and had never stopped in until this week. Wish I could say I was missing out all of these years, but our dinner was nothing special. Three of us had burgers, one had a chicken sandwich and the other had pizza. The burgers didn't have any flavor and my husband's chicken was dry, very thick breast that probably should've been pounded thinner. My daughter had pizza and that was pretty good. Staff and atmosphere was good, may stop in for a drink in the future, but likely won't eat here again. read more

Man did we love this place. The inside reminds me of a beach shack mixed with an up north Wisconsin bar. The food was top notch. The best pizza I've had in the LG/Delevan area. We were there around 3:30 when we got pizza, so it wasnt packed, but it only took 10 minutes to come out. Our waitress was great. I think it's especially nice because it's not the tourist area of downtown lake Geneva. It was a nice little getaway for a late lunch with brews read more

My wife and I had the smash burger. For a smash burger, it still retained some juiciness. The service was excellent and the wait staff were appropriately attentive. The pub was clean. We sat in what would have been a 3 season area that had heaters installed for year round seating. The room looks out over northern Lake Geneva. read more

Great local pub with fun Wisconsin decor and good bar food. The signature margarita is tasty, and this time around I tried some of the food too during lunch. The chicken ceasar salad was delicious but on the smaller side - I got my chicken grilled but blackened also seemed like a great option. The hot chicken wings were also delicious. The waffle fries were a nice tasty side as well. Will have to try some of the other grub next time! read more

Not as good as past experiences but it's still good food. Kinda turning into a tourist trap rather than a local dive bar. $20 for a burger is outrageous. Lastly the server was not great, that could improve. She did not stop by the table often enough, or remember what we asked for each time. Then once we closed out our tab, it's like we didn't exist! Never checked back to see if we wanted more drinks, and there was a live band. So we would have spent more money had she offered. But the food was good, not the problem. read more

This is a classic spot in Williams Bay after some time on Lake Geneva. My wife and I came here for dinner on Saturday and were able to get a table right away. They have a good selection of beers, wines... we ordered some calamari, a hamburger and the seared tuna sandwich. We had a mixup on our drinks, but our server sorted it out for us quickly. The food was tasty and came out quickly. The decor is purposely touristy/ tacky and there are lots of tvs with sports on. read more

Very friendly service and good food. Our waitress was so nice and very fast. The burgers and cheese curds were great! Looking forward to visiting again. read more

My son and I had such a wonderful experience at Harpoon Willie's. Honestly it's been awhile since we'd eaten there. We sat in their heated indoor patio. It was comfortable and quiet. It was heated so we weren't cold. We started off with the cheese curds accompanied by ranch dressing. My son had a spotted cow & I had a Moscow Mule. Robbie was our server and his suggestions were honest and wonderful. My son had the blackened tuna accompanied by homemade potato chips. I had a bowl of chili topped with melted cheese and homemade cornbread. I ended up taking some home. Robbie was attentive making sure we were having a wonderful experience. This will be our go to lunch spot. I'm so glad we had the opportunity to relax and have a great lunch. read more

Great food great service fair prices...I had the fish tacos and my wife had barbecue tacos the barbecue tacos.

Stopped in to grab some dinner. Typical bar menu with all the classics. Ended up going with the bowl of chili and a Caesar side salad. The chili was really good and had crushed tomatoes in it that made it that much better. The cornbread was out of this world. Honestly some of the best I've tasted and I don't say that lightly. Incredibly moist and just sweet enough. The Caesar salad on the other hand was extremely bad. Everything from the bagged lettuce, to the shaved Parmesan, to the dressing that resembled ranch and didn't necessarily taste like Caesar. I honestly don't know what it was. I also ordered a Negroni that tasted off as well. I didn't watch them make it but I'm guessing they don't have sweet vermouth and used something else as a replacement. Menu is hit or miss but staff is cool and it's convenient to the lake. read more

I really wanted to like this place. The hostess and waitstaff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was lively. Unfortunately, the food fell far short of expectations. Had it been even average, I'd say the prices were fair, but sadly, that wasn't the case. The half broasted chicken was disappointing: it had very little meat, and what was there was dry and leathery--even the breast, which typically offers the most meat, was tough and barely edible. My daughter's Geneva burger was also underwhelming--basic and dry. I will say, however, the onion rings were excellent. read more

Came here with some friends after a day of boating on Lake Geneva. My group was pretty big but we didn't have to wait. The employees were all friendly upon arrival. This place definitely gives off your typical American pub. Their menu isn't that extensive. The menu items are your typical American foods - burgers, bbq, etc. I felt very limited in my choices. Cheese curds: Me and my boyfriend shared cheese curds as an appetizer. These were actually really good! The serving size is pretty big, even for 2 people. Me and my boyfriend couldn't even finish it. They also give you a big cup of what seems to be ranch. These weren't as greasy as I was expecting. Chicken BLT: This sandwich was terrible. It was SOOO dry and SOOO bland. I couldn't eat it nor did I want to. I took one bite and that did it for me. Even after putting sauce in it, I couldn't do it. And I'm not one to waste food either but it was just unacceptable. The sandwich itself wasn't hot - the cheese wasn't melted at all. It just looked like someone just threw it together. You get an option of chips or can upgrade to waffle fries. I opted for the waffle fries which were good - however, there was only like 5-7 fries on my plate. It was so sad. read more

Actually family friendly. The kids ate chicken wings and had kiddie cocktails. Parents had the rum punch, highly recommended. The lobster soup was watered down with little meat in it. Would not order that again. Desserts were good. read more

Food was hot, small menu, was here in 2022 and it was much better then with many different options. Very disappointed as of 2025

Not bad but not great. Expensive for a hamburger . Forgot I already had tried it . Service very slow. Bill was wrong and beware of service charge. read more

The atmosphere and food were enjoyable. The area where the waiters hang out was right next to us. They were loud, throwing ice cubes and one kid was asking the other how he pees?? They need to move this area. There were 5 people standing around doing nothing. As a patron this was very annoying. read more

Staff was casual and friendly. Food was good. Ambiance was nice and relaxed with a view of the water from the enclosed patio. The only complaint i had was the patio was pretty muggy and warm as there were no fans or ventilation to the outside. I would come back I just probably wouldn't sit in the patio area on a warm day. read more

I will not return to this restaurant. I watched half my table finish their food before I received my food. The server and manager both defended that process stating then the kitchen doesn't get backed up. I was so hungry by that point I would have eaten anything. They need to decrease portion sizes and prices. We threw away half our food because we were traveling and no way to keep the food. Heads up automatic 20% tip for parties 6 or more. Also 3% service charge for using credit card. Neither of these charges were communicated before I received my bill. I did not have the cash with me. read more

Great food and casual atmosphere. The service is always really good too. They use to have some of the best pizza around and it was my main reason for going there. The last couple times it was different and I was told they changed the way they make it. It is still a good pub pizza, but not what it used to be. read more

Was in there on Saturday afternoon. Ham & Swiss sandwich. Tasted ok. Came with THREE French fries. THREE! They weren't out of potatoes, because we got waffle fries with another order. I mean, come onnnn... this is just laziness. And bad service. And this is the 2nd time in a row where instead of asking if we wanted another drink, the server asked us if we wanted the check. No, we want to stay and enjoy the day. Quit hurrying us along. You'd get a much better tip if you didn't hurry us. read more

Nice place overlooking Lake Geneva with a bit of a "biker bar" feel. There are 3 areas; a large bar area, 8 or so tables, and a screened patio. A handful of standard pub-like appetizers including Wisconsin cheese curds. A handful of choices for salads, burgers, sandwiches (including a wrap), tacos, and entrees. These choices go beyond standard bar fare in that there is a guacamole burger, tuna melt, and pulled pork tacos as well as the more "typical" food you'd expect here. They even offer sweet potato fries. Very reasonably priced. read more

The ambiance was quaint.... the service was excellent.... Was a quiet night.... The food was just okay.... Harpoon Willie's cheese curds appetizer had the pepper Jack cheese missing from the top. While making a smoked ham and cheese is relatively easy. It was a good meal. Wished it was more "smoked" but I did enjoy it. The staff was good and great service. Over the last few years, this spot has upped its game substantially. We came in on a Saturday night were able to be seated right away at the cozy indoor patio area. Recently, they reintroduced pizza to their menu and I noticed three of the four tables we passed were enjoying it. My plan to get their excellent ahi sandwich evaporated and I ordered a sausage and mushroom pie. It was exquisite, my new favorite pizza in the Lake Geneva area by a wide swath. Our server could not have been any more helpful and friendly either, the entire experience was outstanding. read more
