Both nights we called the orders in and they said they'd call us when complete - didn't receive a call either night. Instead we went down to for pickup, hoping it was ready. I thought the grilled chicken sandwich was honestly very tasty, but it was cold enough that it felt like it was sat under the heat lamp in the kitchen for quite some time. Same with my husband's crispy chicken sammie, and our son's cheese burger & fries. Definitely a bummer!
