Called the people at Harold White for a tile repair that I needed done in my kitchen on some old tile. Harold and his partner showed up and did a perfect job in installing some 30-year old tiles in place of some which had become cracked. We are selling the house so it saved me having to replace the counter top. His price was better than reasonable and his work an exact match to the other tiles. Will recommend him to my family and friends. Very nice and friendly people to work with. read more

We had our entire second floor replaced with wood laminate and tile in the bathrooms and carpet on the stairs. They did a fantastic job and the price couldn't be beat! Thank you to Maritza in the office, Harold and Nicole for their work. read more

I just had my main bathroom tiled by this company and am very happy with the job they did for me. Last year I remodeled my master bathroom using a Craigslist guy. I said never again, although I knew I would pay more. I'm so glad I followed Yelp user's reviews. Since HWTC had great feedback, I called them for one of my five quotes. I am now one of those users leaving the same kind of review. This company was reasonably priced, but more importantly, they are extremely professional! A contractor who shows up when promised, completes the job when they said they would, and even helped above and beyond on a couple of issues! (I hope they don't lose their contractor's card, 'cuz I don't think that behavior is tolerated among their fellow contractors). Nichole impressed me with her working knowledge of how a remodel should proceed, and gave me great suggestions. Art and Nick were a pleasure to have at my house and they really did a great job representing their company. They're very experienced and it showed. I'm very happy with the way everything went and recommend them without any reservations! read more

Outstanding work in a small "connecting hallway" that had several doors requiring many cuts to individual tiles. They were on-time, neat, professional and did excellent cleanup afterward. I would use them again and recommend them enthusiastically to others. read more

Great work, reliable and responsibly priced. They have done work for me in the past and will use them again in the future. I will also be referring them to family and friends. Me and my family sincerely appreciate the work you did for us. Thanks again!!! read more

I can't believe I didn't write a review for these guys. Maybe it was during a Yelp break. Harold White Tile did a bathroom floor and enclosure for me about a year and a half ago. It turned out better than expected. Their tile setter Brandon was very meticulous about his work and it shows in the final result. Grout lines are perfectly even and match up, everything looks the way you'd expect to see in a model home. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the work. So happy in fact that we are doing another bathroom, and guess who is getting the call for that job? Harold White. read more

We are really happy with our bathroom remodel. They were very professional. They work hard and followed their schedule. It looks great!

Friendly, well priced, honest. Not really sure you can ask for more. I will absolutely use Harold White Tile again.

Harold and Nicole are top notch! They have the best installers. I just can't say enough good things about this company. I will be using them again for another bathroom and fireplace makeover. Love them! read more

This review is strictly for the customer service over the phone and during the in home estimate/measuring. Very professional, wonderful, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Very accommodating for our schedule as well. I will update review when we are able to get our floors done. Life threw an unexpected and costly curb ball at us. So we'll have to wait on our floors. Definetly will have them come out though. Quote wasn't bad. Pretty good price. read more

Harold has done multiple jobs for us over the last five years....he has done tile work, put in our hardwood floors, painting, carpet installation, built us a carport- helped with kitchen renovations and also did a lot of work on my daughter's new home. He has also done work for my brother in law. He does great work- has a professional work ethic. Shows up on time and is fast and sticks to the agreed on budget. We keep his ph# on our fridge because if we need something done, we call Harold. My husband is an engineer and very picky- he loves Harold. Call him- you won't be sorry. his family is amazing, too- honest, hardworking people. read more

Let's see, have had Harold and crew put in 12 x 24 tile flooring, reface the fireplace, run wires in the wall so that the cords for the TV over the fireplace don't show, replace kitchen cabinets and put in a new quartz counter top, install a new undermount sink and a new faucet with sensors, remove 80-90's style overhead light diffusing panels and put in pot lights in the kitchen ceiling instead, pick up and deliver items that sure won't fit in the car! Shortly we're doing two bathrooms. I am planning to move to OC eventually, so when that happens, I will most certainly ask them to help me remodel the next house. Thanks also to Maritza in the office for her help and to Nicole for having a good eye. My neighbors are stopping by to see their work, and asking for recommendations. read more

I am very Happy with our tile service from Harold White Tile. On the initial install the installers were clean and quick. The outcome was beautiful! Fast forward a few years later and I needed some help with a loose tile I a walkway and they were able to fix it beautifully again. I found Harold White Tile Works on the Yelp. I read the reviews that everyone posted and decided to give these guys a try. I have a home that is quite dated, so I decided to bring my two baths into modern times. Nicole came out and gave me an estimate that was more than fair. When they started the job, all the things that I had read on Yelp was dead on it. There workers were professional, courteous, on time, and respectful to my property. The finished product was absolutely beautiful. I have many other projects to complete and Harold and Nicole have my business. It is refreshing to know that good service and quality work is still available and self employed businessman are still honoring their word. Even though I decided not to go with Harold, I'd like to comment on their excellent customer service. I was able to schedule an appointment for an estimate in such short notice. Nichole came out to my house in the time frame promised and emailed me a quote within a few business days. They were quick and on it!! Since time was not on my side, I was not able to go with them. Prices were reasonable. I will call them again for any future projects. Thank you Nichole! read more

I called Harold White Tile Work because of their reviews on Yelp. Nicole came out and she knew what she was talking about and I was instantly pleased. The work was great. My back splash looks amazing and everyone who walks into my kitchen comments on how amazing it looks. By the way, they cleaned up my kitchen afterwards and it looked better than before. Not many companies out there REALLY clean up after completion of work. Highly recommend. read more

So my wife and I decided to rework our two bathrooms even though we had done new vanities, flooring and granite with decor in 2009. One bathroom had a conventional tub with the usual white tile while the other bath had a fiberglass tub and surround in bone color. After reading the reviews we selected Harold White Tile even though they are based in Moreno Valley. Harold's wife Nicole scheduled the estimate visit and we discussed various options and the process. She was on time and very easy to work with. Answered all my technical questions and we decided to remove the bone colored tub and turn it into a walk in shower. We would retain the other bathtub and have it refinished since it was ok, just a little dull but still white. The end results are spectacular! Art and Nick(the crew) were very professional and did a great job. They arrived on time every day and demo 'd the white tile in one bathroom, installed an inset soap dish, new mixing valve , decorator accent strip and retiled the first bathroom in a few days. All new hardware and a recoating of the bathtub and we were good to go. We scheduled a week or so between bathrooms to allow for contingencies. The removal of the fiberglass surround in bathroom 2 went even faster and the fully tiled stall shower is nothing short of spectacular! We will take a little credit for the color and accent strip selection but the craftsmanship is truly professional. We have a his and hers inset soap dish with accent trim in back, new fixtures, etc. They do the plumbing, fixture mounting, etcetera themselves. They were extremely easy to work with, and attentito any concerns or special conditions the homeowner may have. This makes a huge difference when working with contractors. In summary, there are a lot of contractors competing for your business but if I could give these folks 10 stars I would. Try them. You will be glad you did and beyond the intrinsic appreciation you will experience, the increase in the value of your home is an added plus. Thanks for reading this lengthy review. read more

We just moved into a 20 year old home and the floor plan was beautiful but needed a complete facelift. Harold and his whole crew were absolutely fabulous!!! Harold and his wife Nicole helped design and walk our family through the whole remodel process. His whole staff was professional and very efficient. We ended up putting hard wood floors in, carpet, remodeling 3 bathrooms with major construction and plumbing done. Harold is very meticulous with his tile work and puts his own artistic flare to make the final product unique! The whole house is completely transformed and looks GORGEOUS! We are completely satisfied with everything and don't hesitate one bit to refer him to our family and friends. read more

I am a busy handyman and enjoy my work. Sometimes there are jobs that I need assistance on. I am skilled in many areas, but complete tile work is not one of them. I searched through Yelp looking for help and this company was the answer! Special thanks to Nichole, Harold, and Krystina (super customer service). My customer is very pleased, and now I finally have a flooring/tile company to call. My advice in regards to scheduling, please understand that good companies are difficult to find. I had harold come out because i needed the experts to refurbish my upstairs bath and shower--i only got a run around from my home owners insurance. I got a fair quote and it was done in three days--i felt sorry for what they found behind the walls and in the floor beneath the previous tub. A disaster which they took in stride and now i have a really great bath and shower. If you need some great work and some great company i would recommend them. read more

Harold, Nicole, Justin, the install team, and the Dad could not have been a better fit for me and my wife and our project. When all of the others Best Buy, Lowe's installers and several other contractors all said NO to some portions of the work we needed done. Harold did not hesitate to tackle the work that should have and was not that difficult to do for any tile contractor with experience (in my opinion these other contractors just saw the work at too hard). But not Harold he look at the job and took in on. Oh and by the way.....he had the best price too. I would recommend him to any one. read more

I don't recommend them. The workers were nice enough when they were here. The communication with the office was iffy at best. I asked if they lay out the tile ahead of time. They told me no but that they would make it look professional. I now have a quarter of a tile running through the middle of my great room. It looks horrible. The workers also gave me a bit of grief when I asked them to clean up the joints. There was grout laying well over the tile. Not horrible, but I would never use them again. read more

After dealing with a horrible contractor that abandoned our kitchen remodel, we had the incredible fortune of getting Harold White Tile Work in to finish the tile and electrical work. What a difference! Harold and Nicole White are such professionals. They show up on time when they say they will and keep you informed along the way. After living without our kitchen for six months, they took pity on us and squeezed us in between other work, but still finished in just a few days, Brent came on a Saturday and did an incredible job working until late afternoon. And it was his first wedding anniversary! We really hope his wife forgives us! Harold White Tile Work has renewed our faith that great contractors exist! I know they are really busy and you might have to wait to get on their schedule, but they are worth the wait! The quality of their work is truly exceptional! read more

My wife and I bought a small condo with a friend in Cathedral City. It was in relatively decent shape but had worn and dirty carpeting and walls that needed new paint. We decided to take the carpet up, install wood grain tile and splash some new color paint on the walls. We researched tile companies in the area and hired Harold White Tile Work. Harold White's wife, Nicole, came to the condo, took measurements, and listened to our ideas. She sent us an estimate within a couple of days and, once hired, was available whenever we called. The work started and finished on schedule. The work on the floor was terrific, as was the painting. Harold did extra work when we decided on some changes, and there were no complaints and no objections. Harold, Nicole and his crew did a professional job, and if we decide on any cosmetic changes in the future, Harold and Nicole will be the first people we consult. read more
