They have a policy that if you bring a receipt within 3 days, they will fix your chipped nails for free. Well, here I am on day 4 with a huge crack in my nail. They have some sort of "all natural" way of doing gel manicures now. I will never get my nails done here again because their all natural method does not work. What a waste of $30! I have been going to this nail salon for more than 3 years but won't be going back during COVID. They did not enforce masks on customers and one of their staff was walking around the whole place without even a mask around their neck much less their face. Too bad as I have always liked their services. read more

So disappointed with the service and the price gouge here! They charged me double for a half leg wax claiming that it was full because they did front and back BELOW THE KNEES. I went to a different nail salon a week later, and they did my nails how I wanted in that first picture for 50$ and there were no problems. So I looks like you were just trying to scam me. This place is okay. I mean I definitely wouldn't come here to get my nails done but I have come here twice for a pedicure. Downside is that there is literally only 2 people who work here, so my pedicure took an hour and a half. plus side is they are very nice and offer waters and candy! (Which i think is amazing customer service!) the pedicure is mediocre but definitely not $40 worth (i get gel on my toes) overall, the place could definitely use a remodel it's all grey and bland but the people are super nice so I guess that makes it worth it! read more

I went to Lavie Nails to get a classic pedicure and acrylic nails with gel polish. I had an appt. and waited 30 mins to get to the chair for the pedicure, then had my feet soaking in water for another 25 minutes. The pedicure was not relaxing, the person nicked my toe and I was bleeding. Several times hurt me while I was sitting there. The pedicure final result for the polish was ok. The flowers I asked for on my big toes were very uneven. He was nice guy and tried his best. The nails, wow .... the man doing it was in a rush. Hurt me several times. j my pinkie finger is still hurts and is so sore. He was using that nail file like he was mad. He was unable to give me the length and shape I wanted so someone else took over. The end result was ok. Not really happy. Since this I have not had acrylic nails done in 6 years and its was for my vacation, I thought I would treat myself and it was a horrible experience. So I am stuck with what I got. Never Never to here. Oh and there was no ac and I was melting!. Again, never go there. read more

The owner does the best manicures, I only had her for my manicures the past 6-7 months I'd been coming here and I was obsessed every time.. but other than her I have not been impressed with the other employees/her kids that she has work there. One of the last times I went I got a pedicure that looked so bad that I ended up taking the polish off a few days later at home (yes I'm too nice to be outspoken during my appointments), but I didn't think much of it and still went back for my next manicure. This time her son did my sns manicure. I hated it but figured I'd deal with it, but not even a week later my manicure was breaking on every nail and the edges looked so bad that I ended up going to a different salon to get it redone. I probably won't return but if I do I'd be very particular about only being seen by Kim! read more

Nina has been doing my nails for well over a year & had never had any issues- UNTIL YOU TELL HER "Nina" THAT SHE HAS TO FIX SOME THING THAT IS WRONG WITH THE NAILS- my nails were lifting from the underside of my nails less than a week of just having them done- she never removed the old SNS product - HER EXCUSE WAS THAT SHE WAS TRYING TO SAVE ME MONEY -SAVE ME $5.00 not saving me money if I had pay for replacing Like I can control the way that the product is applied- I started out by giving her a call and letting her know that I needed to get in to get them fixed she did not want to talk -she said she was very busy & I said sure I'll call back or she can call me when she was done -she never called me back so before the end of the day I called her made an appointment & came in for my appointment & that's when the problem began- Nina had proceeded to verbally give me a hard time while she was fixing my nails for all to hear in the shop & she complained the whole time I felt trapped!! She had my nails off & I didn't want any problems she said she was going to charge me full price & that was fine with me I told her to do whatever she had to do (Mind you I just have them done &paid full price for them less than a week ago) & I was willing to pay that price again so we went on and she fixed the nails & her husband Jerry notice that I was not happy & he asked me what was wrong & I just shook my head as to not start any problems FYI * I TIP NINA $10.00 EVERY TIME and had GIVEN HER A XMAS BONUS AS WELL I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING *First of all when you get your nails done you want to be relaxed not have any tension or any kind of issues with the process *Second of all I don't pay for someone to treat me badly and then TIP them $10 I'll take my business elsewhere don't value her regular long time customers I suggest you don't use this nail salon read more

Made a 10am appointment, got there at 9:45. Someone sat me down to soak my SNS off, and just left me sitting there and went to start a pedicure. 3 people came in after me, and all of them had their nails started while I was sitting there. I had to speak up and ask who was going to do my nails, and they all acted confused and I was told a lady that just started a manicure would be done soon to start my nails. It would have been at least another 20 minutes until she could have started my nails. But the fact that no one told me what was going on, and that they didn't have anyone for an appointment, and took walk ins before me, made me get up and leave. Thank god I found an amazing salon just a minute away that was able to get me in immediately and take care of my nails. I just moved to this area and wanted to find my new go-to salon. Yours will never be visited again due to your complete inability to fulfill an appointment, or at the very least, communicate that you chose to take walk ins before an appointment. read more

Literally the WORST nail salon I've been to in my life. All the employees are horribly rude and make fun of their customers. I was the only one in there so they tried to charge me extra for every single thing because they were slow. Wanted coffin red powder nails and was told it was $5 extra to do coffin and $5 extra to do red powder. What? I've been to many nail salons and was a nail tech for 2 years and know that is not a thing. He said he was new at doing coffin so he had to charge me extra for his time lolol. He kept joking to all his other employees saying "haha $5 more" a million times because I said wow you sure charge $5 more for everything here. They THEN wrote "$5 dolla more" on a piece of paper and stuck it on the wall in front of me laughing at me... horrible service. I told him I would do short square instead of doing coffin because I wasn't gonna pay extra for something that was totally bogus. Then one of my nails he did was totally crooked and I asked him to fix it with more powder before filing and his response while laughing was "yeah for $5 more". If you want to be harassed at a nail salon by some young new nail tech this is the place for you! Wanted to go here because I went to Bella at her previous salon and she was contacted about it and she didn't care at all. OH AND my friend got a nail fungus from this place also and they kept trying to put a fake nail onto it to hide it instead of taking the right precautions and letting it heal and it's just gotten much worse. Save your money and time and find a salon that actually cares about their customers. read more

They get frustrated anytime you tell them what you want or ask questions and today when i went, they got into a screaming argument in front of all the customers. They both showed immaturity in there work force as they both pouted and then worked harder on my nails hurting me. They also told me when i walked in it would be a 5 minute wait and i waited for 30. I went for a mani pedi and took a long time for my pedicure to be done so I didn't have time for the manicure and when I told the nail tech I didn't have time he got really angry and told another nail tech I had to leave. All of the employees seemed very angry that I couldn't get my nails done. During the same visit I had a friend who wanted a certain style that involved more than 1 color which also upset the guy doing her nails. Definitely won't be back since my requests seem to annoy the people working there. read more

The place had just 1 customer...i said "really?? Appts only?" And the manager stated again, no more walk-ins. Bad business decision.
