They have both indoor and outdoor seating. And depending on how nice the weather is having that option is super nice and Houston weather. There is also a parking lot, which makes things very easy. After the three-taco dinner, I honestly struggled to reconcile what was on my tray with its Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition. The biggest problem was the one thing a barbecue restaurant needs to get right: the meat. It arrived cold and lacked flavor. The tacos fell apart as I ate them, and nothing about the taste made up for that. I've had considerably better tacos from food trucks. At a place with this reputation, I expected much more. The sides didn't rescue the meal. The cornbread was dry, the mac and cheese was mediocre, and the atmosphere felt lifeless during our visit. The meat should have been the star of the show; instead, it was the biggest letdown. The staff, however, were wonderful--warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. They deserve credit, and the service was easily the best part of the experience. This wasn't an inedible meal. It was an underwhelming one from a restaurant I used to enthusiastically recommend. Two stars reflects this visit, and I hope the kitchen gets back to the standard that made me love this place.
