She is/was a bit rude as well (I have encountered her on other visits). My snow cone was terrible because she didn't make it the way that I asked her (flavors etc.). Plus, she charged me extra and once I questioned why she was charging me extra she ignored my ask for an explanation. I just paid, then left. I was very disappointed. I have known Sandy's since childhood and this was not a great experience. This is not what I was/am used to from there. I am sad to make this review. I would actually like to speak with Sandy to rectify my visit. It was absolutely terrible.

I am a fan of paella and travel frequently to Spain and I will say their paellas are just spectatcular. 1/5 Terrible experience with Paellas Boca. This is now the second time I've placed an order and they simply failed to deliver it. Once could be an honest mistake, but having this happen twice shows a serious lack of organization and responsibility toward their customers. It is extremely frustrating to place an order, plan around it, and wait for food that never arrives. After experiencing this twice, I definitely would not order from them again. I will be attaching a photo as proof of my order and what happened. I truly hope they improve the way they handle orders and customer service so other customers don't have to go through the same experience.

BEST SNOW CONES IN TOWN!! No place compares…read more I love it here. My family has been coming here for years, even after they switched from their original location. We are from Katy, and we gladly make the 30 min drive for these Snowcones. What stands out about this stand are 2 things 1. Quality 2. The Flavors The Machine they use to shave the ice is perfect. The ice is so clean and pillowy. Literally melts in your mouth, no crunchy ice. And they are not stingy with the syrup. I love that they layer the syrup and ice so the syrup distributes evenly throughout the cup. I also love that with each snow cone made, they make sure the cup is clean before handing it over. They have a great variety of flavors and toppings. My favorite being flavor is "Leche." Leche is one of their original flavors; no other stand has it. It's a creamy strawberry milk flavor, similar to Nesquik but SOOOO MUCH BETTER. You need to try this flavor at least once when coming out here. Little tip: To make it even richer/creamier, I would suggest adding condensed milk as a topping! Another favorite of mine is their specialty snowcone, " Diablito." Fresh lime juice, yes FRESH! lime juice, salt, and chili powder. Yeah, I know your mouth is watering just reading this. It sounds crazy, but if you love lime and Tajin, this snowcone is for you. In addition to snow cones, they have snacks for sale. Nachos, hot dogs, corn in a cup, etc. Plenty of parking, but it can get busy depending on the day and time. This place is pretty popular with the locals; people love it! FYI, there weren't any tables, just a couple of chairs for sitting. It can get hot depending on the time of day. While the tacos and quesadillas are small, they pack a huge punch in terms of flavor and taste. There's no bad protein they serve, all are delicious in those corn tortillas with the onions and cilantro packed in. Drizzle it with that green salsa and squeeze that lime to take it to another level. Favorite proteins are the trompo, barbacoa, campechanos, boss, and tripa. The quesadillas are basically the tacos with melted cheese; worth paying the extra 50 cents for it. I enjoyed the tacos so much I came back every day while I was in the area. And I'll keep coming back whenever I'm in the vacinity. Cash only, they are packed nicely in small paper trays and wrapped well. Near a gas station so you can use the ATM there if you are cashless. Well worth it, added to the rotation!

No confusion when ordering, which makes the experience smoother, especially if it's your first time there. The environment had a good vibe--Latin music playing, relaxed energy, nothing overdone.
