They do not have one posted in the photos? I will mention it to them when I go but they are pretty moderate. No chip is $30 regular mani-pedi combo is $35 , I would say they are comparable to other places in the area.

I showed a reference photo of the exact design, color, and nail shape I wanted, but the final result looked very different from what I requested. The shape was uneven, the color did not match the reference, and the design details were not executed well. I understand that inspiration photos may not always turn out exactly the same, but this set missed the mark in several ways. Another part of the appointment that made the experience uncomfortable was the overall conversation during the service. The technician spent much of the time talking about very sad and angry situations happening in her personal life. While I understand that everyone has difficult moments, a nail appointment is usually a place people go to relax and de-stress. Listening to a lot of negative personal issues throughout the service made the atmosphere feel heavy rather than relaxing. Between the disappointing nail execution and the overall environment, I left feeling very unhappy with the experience. I hope Level Nail Bar takes feedback seriously and focuses on both the quality of the work and creating a more positive, relaxing experience for clients.

I walked in on a Friday afternoon and it was empty, I was greeted and asked if I wanted to upgrade to a gel manicure after I told her I only wanted a regular manicure. I sat down on chair number nine and the manicure started, it wasn't anything special but she was very soft and didn't hurt me or pluck any blood which I'm OK with. Overall let's just say that I'm glad this isn't my go to salon! My nails chipped after three days and I already have cuticles growing back, and they didn't have that many color options for regular manicures either. I understand that it's an incentive to Innoway push the customer to get acrylics, gel, and or others but I woulda appreciated more options.

Unfortunately, my most recent interaction with the owner was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. After raising a legitimate concern, instead of addressing or resolving the issue, the owner chose to block me from booking future appointments. At no point have I been disrespectful or rude to the nail technicians; in fact, I have always been courteous and have even tipped generously during the holidays. What is most troubling is being dismissed rather than heard. While I had no intention of continuing services, I simply wanted to schedule an appointment to have my no-chip polish removed to allow my nails to recover. Being denied even that basic request felt unnecessary and disrespectful. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this salon to anyone seeking professionalism or customer care. When issues arise, clients are not supported, and concerns about nail damage are met with blame rather than accountability. I am disappointed by how this situation was handled and by the owner's lack of professionalism
