This is one of the first available places to grab a bite to eat after leaving the beach area. On a Saturday morning around 8:30am it had a fairly steady flow of traffic both inside and at the drive thru. We waited for 3 cars to order and it was relatively quick. I don't like that an employment ad completely blocks the menu board while you are waiting for the car ahead of you to order. I can't imagine what it does to the traffic when people aren't able to see a menu until it is actually their turn to order at the drive thru. It worked for us though. You can get breakfast items like eggs, hash rounds, yes rounds (think tater tot wheels), sandwiches, coffee and more. The eggs are not really scrambled, they are folded, but taste okay. The coffee isn't bad. Decent for fast food and reasonable prices for what you get. read more

Undeserving of any more than 2 stars but the burger was fresh, at least. Typical Hardee's -- except for the poor customer service and attitudes. I stood at the inside counter for 3 minutes -- yes I timed it. I wasn't acknowledged until I spoke in an elevated tone and asked "is someone gonna take my order?!" The 'manager' -- I'm assuming -- merely said "I didn't see you there" Even though an employee had walked past me twice as she filled two other orders for drive-thru customers. I like to think customer service hasn't slouched to this level -- not even acknowledging the people who pay your salary -- but my faith in Hardee's certainly took a dip last night. It's no wonder Chick-Fil-A is kicking butt. Their service model is unparalleled. I can get a quick, decent burger anywhere else. Step up your game, Hardee's. read more

3 strikes and you're out. This is by far the worst Hardee's/carls jr I have ever been to. All 3 times I have ordered the same thing, all 3 times it has been messed up. Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger meal w/o sauce. This meal is like $12. Strike 1: My first trip their employee over the drive thru was extremely rude. They had to redo the burger because they made it with sauce, they also forgot the onion rings that come on the burger. Strike 2: Inside the location was dirty and they seemed very annoyed that I went inside to order. One employee even dropped an F bomb in the lobby but I am no prude so that didn't bother me. Burger was once again missing the onion ring. Strike 3: Once again rude drive thru service. Then they forgot a whole entire patty on the burger, but they finally had onion rings on the burger. I will never be returning to this location. I advise others do the same. The McDonald's and the bojangles on both sides of the establishment are far superior eating experiences. read more

when i first walked in i was hit with an awful smell. the place was extremely dirty. there was food on the floor and it seemed like the place hadn't been cleaned in weeks. the drink area was absolutely disgusting. and the bathroom was the worst part. in one of the stalls had a cockroach about the size of my thumb, and there was a mess all over the floor. by far the most disgusting places i've been to, do not recommend. read more

Probably the dirtiest Hardee's I have ever been in. I've been twice, but that's gonna be all. The drink fountain area is a mess and the booths and tables are apparently never cleaned, unless a customer wipes off their own table. And fast food is not even in the vocabulary. read more

This is by far the worst evening stop. I have tried twice for the evening quick meal for the family on a busy night. The first time there was a disagreement between the front staff and the cook staff. Food was being thrown around and people were yelling at each other in front of the customers. The 2nd time we were completely ignored for more than 7 minutes. Staff saw us, looked right at us and just ignored us. If you go there in the morning, it's great. I just rolled through the drive thru at this Hardee's. I ordered a large sweet tea and a big roast beef(just the sandwich). She handed me the tea then asked me to pull for ward and wait with the other car who was waiting. I said beside that car? She says wait, hold on. Another female is putting a sandwich in a bag and handed it to her and in turn handed it to me. I come back to the HOSPITAL to sit with my husband and open the sandwich box and I have a ham and cheese sandwich. I call up there and a lady answered the phone. I told her I had just been up there and what I ordered. She said are you sure it's not roast beef? I said it tastes like ham. She tells me, "we dip our roast beef in au jus and it's cut just like the ham. I asked her if that also made it taste like ham?!?!? She said YES!!!!! Then she said unless there's cheese on it it's roast beef. I opened the sandwich up and low and behold......cheese! I guess ham really does taste like ham. Now I have to go back and get the $4.77 SANDWICH I ordered and give this back to them. Who argues over stuff like this. Not everyone you encounter is an idiot and people need to remember that!!!! You know that oil they use in restaurants that sort of tastes like butter if you've never seen a cow? This whole place is saturated in the stuff. The biscuits were heavy. They weren't so much greasy as they were oily. I couldn't eat it. It was large. It blocked out the sun every time I took a bite, both times. Service was ploddingly slow. So slow that it had me wondering if it really was fast food. Then I tried to eat it and my suspicions were confirmed. The sausage wasn't very good and it was impossible to tell if it was hot or mild. It was just greasy too. There was this film all over the floor that I am sure they had tried to scrub but I don't think anything will cut it. They don't make eye contact here hoping not to get any questions and just pay, take your sack and go like nice customers. On a positive note it was right off the highway and easy to get in and out of and in my case I couldn't wait to put some miles between me and them. Skip it, there's better out there. read more

Let me start by saying that I am a local. with that being said, over the years, I have see Hardees go down. to start off the place just looks dirty all of the time. it takes it seems like forever to get your food, doesn't matter if they are busy or not. they never can seem to get the order right if you are ordering carry out, so with me living 20 miles away its kinda hard to take it back. tonight I ordered chicken and biscuits. the chicken was great but the biscuits,,well,,elly may had nothing on them. they were the HARDEST biscuits that I have ever had,,i called them and all I got was im sorry...I threw them in the trash ,,,I will never go back to Hardees in Supply !!! read more

If I wasn't in a hurry that would have kept me from eating here once I saw it..The chicken tenders were half the size of what I usually get at Hardee's and greasy my husband got a cheeseburger and it was dried out and had to scrape off onions as they were piled on. This certain location was a bit dingy, and the cashier was not very friendly. In fact, I don't believe he even spoke (or smiled) once, other than to ask dine in or carry out! And to top it off, my girlfriend's biscuit had a long, crusty hair baked into it! Yuck! Definitely could use some improvements! read more
