Once upon a time, this Bojangles was ok. I have eaten there many times. For the last 6 months or so they have gotten so horrible I can't believe anyone eats there. I have revisited more than I should because it is located near where I work, but I'm done with them now. I recently went there an observed a cashier speaking very rudely to multiple customers. I also noticed their current sanitation rating of 84 which should have been enough to deter me from returning. I revisited again. It wasn't even rush time and the drive-thru was extremely slow. The staff were impolite. I had ordered a 3 piece dinner. I heard them say they needed chicken dropped. When I got to my work destination, I noticed they only gave me 2 pieces. They probably wanted to save face and not make me wait even longer. On a previous visit, I also overheard a rude cashier tell a customer they could not put the white gravy on his potatoes, and another location he eats and can do it because they are corporate location. If this Bojangles had a franchise partner, it is high time that corporate takes notice of the way this establishment is being run and the quality of staff that is managing it. Was in there around 5:30 PM ,9/5/2025. An elderly woman was in there with her young grandkids. She asked if her sides and sauce was in the bag. He was very rude and when she left made a joke about the woman. I ordered dark meat on my family meal and received total opposite. No one listens anymore. The worker in there was racist read more

Cold fried food with insanely slow service, no idea why since the food was just already made, sitting there. Employees too busy talking about hand lotion. Good buttery crispy biscuit though! Religious pop music piping throughout restaurant, just wondering if this is normal in these parts. read more

If I could give a 0 I would. The worst Bojangles I've ever been to. We should have known when we pulled in at 7:45am and the parking lot was empty. There were 4 or 5 cars in the drive thru. We walked in and waited to order, again no one else inside. Guy finally slowly walked over and asked for here or to go. When I said here he never replied. Finally we just started ordering. We paid, and walk over to wait.....and wait... and wait.... Every drive thru customer was asked to pull forward to wait on their orders. The biscuit container was full of biscuits. Each time one of the guys would slowly walked to give a waiting drive thru customer their biscuit, he would walk back in on his phone. Not work phone, his phone. Finally after about 15 we asked if ours was ready. The guy that took our order began to look and all 4 biscuits were ready and getting cold. The 2 chicken biscuits were cooked to death. The steak biscuits were cold. Fries were cold and ice tea was old tasting. At least the one of us that got ice water was happy with his drink. Just awful. read more

Would give it zero stars but rest room was ok to use. We traveled through the area. Wanted to order food and the lady wouldn't come take my husbands order. He said he stood there and she had had her back to register and glanced at him. Then walked away stood close to edge of drive through and turned and look dead at him and turned her head. So he stood few more minutes but no service so we walked out and took our money somewhere else. Keep going people. read more

Terrible food, terrible customer service, employees literally threw a temper tantrum and ran out the door. The wait was over an hour and we had an ONLINE ORDER. Other employees were just walking around doing nothing and cashier didn't know what he was doing. read more

Don't believe the negative reviews. Went thru the drive-thru this past Wednesday morning at 630, they got my order right, quick and delicious and they made sure I had napkins with my food. In and out of the drive-thru in about 3 minutes. read more

We were traveling to MB. Staff who took the order and at the window were great. This is where great ended. We waited 15 minutes for food. We did not order anything special. The guy that brought us our food was not nice. The fries were completely cold and were thrown away. The Sandwiches were warm and dry. We had no condiments that we asked for. We had no napkins. And ordered a Mac and cheese and of course they gave us no spoon. No worries for you reading this as you can keep driving because there's a Smithfield's Chicken and a Chick-a-Fil down the road. The lady that took my order had a baby on her hip and the lady that made food in the back was licking her fingers, then handed me my meal and said have a great day, and the place was very disgusting. Bojangles corporate should be absolutely embarrassed to have a location as horrible as this one. The slowest fast food restaurant on the planet. Dining room closed at 2:00 on a Sunday afternoon, drive-thru line just sitting still with the same car waiting to have their order taken for 15 minutes. I don't think you could be this terrible if you tried. Absolutely shameful. If staffing is an issue, maybe try harder not to be an awful place to work. read more

I am a student at BCC and I was really hungry after my first class, thought I'd skip my second class and get some food. I managed to get off campus, get my food, then return to campus in 13 minutes. The drive alone is 6 minutes each way. Within 1 minute I was able to order, pay, and receive my food. It was all hot and fresh and I didn't even miss my second class. I will definitely be returning to this location. read more

I stopped here while traveling back from Myrtle Beach area, and I realized that it is different from all of the other Bojangles' that I have been to. The first thing I noticed was when I was ordering, they charge extra for tea. That was a shocker to me because all of the other Bojangles' I have ever been to in my life give a free tea with any chicken dinner. Which meant the same chicken dinner at every other Bojangles' that I paid $6 for, cost me $7.50 here if I want something to drink other than water. I fell out laughing when this other customer came in behind me and was also shocked and amazed that the chicken dinner he was ordering didn't come with a drink The next thing was that service was not the fastest, or best at this location. I honestly thought that the location had just opened, service was so bad. But one guy in line waiting said," no, they opened last year, and were an established location, the staff here was just not trained very well." They were not busy, but were moving slow, and screwing up orders. One older lady asked for fries with no seasoning. She had to bring them back because I saw the guy putting extra heavy seasoning on the fries. I almost had a high blood pressure heart attack just watching him put the seasoning on the fries. So I would order fries with no seasoning at this location also, and just add it myself. The last thing was that at all the other locations, they have somebody working the dining room, taking up trays, talking to customers, etc. That was part of the Bojangles' feel and charm. They cut that out at this location. I guess they want it more like a McDonald's or Hardees. If I am ever passing by here again and decide I really want some Bojangles' I would get it to go, and just get my drink from a gas station. #389 read more

this place sucks! the guy that answered the phone hung up on me twice. when I picked up my food at the drive they window, they totally ignored my question and closed the window in my face. The dining room was closed and there was no one in line at the drive-thru. I get that everyone is short staffed and I can be patient with that, but pure rudeness is uncalled for. read more

There is mold growing under the drink machine on top of the drain. Also, people working with long hair should really use hairnets because my husband found a hair in his food but would not let me say anything. It could have been cleaner than what it was considering there was only four customers in there at the time and a kitchen full of workers. read more

7pm at night, staff told me it would be 4 minutes to wait for Bo rounds so I said okay. I went to the window and the manager walked over and asked me if the ones that have been sitting for a "little bit" were okay and to try one. I said they weren't for me and would prefer fresh ones. We have really enjoyed this restaurant. Building is nice. Food is good and nice price. Bathrooms are clean. Staff is nice. We were on vacation and came here several times and enjoyed it each time. read more
