Zero. The food is terrible, the staff is arrogant and rude and the restaurant is disgustingly dirty. They don't even follow their own guidelines and procedures. A terrible blow to the franchise. It should be shut down but the location draws in tons of unsuspecting travelers who only recognize the national brand. It literally is nothing more than a bathroom stop but be sure to cover the seat and don't touch anything but certainly don't eat here. There is a nice elderly gentleman that sits at the front register and has been there a long time. He is kind. It must be very hard for him to be surrounded by incompetent, inconsiderate, rude coworkers. read more

Would not recommend extremely slow service employees seem disinterested in customer service

The food is NEVER ready despite not being particularly busy. I've been waiting for 20 minutes for 2 cheese burgers.

Terrible service. Slow as molasses. Fries were cold and older than my grandmother. Food was soggy and cold. Would not recommend.

Would absolutely NOT recommend this McDonalds. We went on Friday night (2/9) and the manager working the drive through was super rude. The food took forever despite there being no line and us ordering ahead. The manager had us move to a waiting zone immediately even though there was no one in line behind us because there is a timer on the drive through - their words, not mine! I've worked at a drive through before, and that timer is to make sure they are getting the food out to customers in a timely fashion. There are other McDonalds within a couple of miles, definitely go to them instead of this one. Or the chick fil a down the road.... read more

Absolutely rude drive through worker. Was not finished with my order and had to sit there for 5 minutes and wait on her. She didn't even apologize when I said I wasn't finished with my last order. She advised me to 'pull through' with a grunt. WORST McDonald's ever. read more

Love their hearts at this McDonald's ...at 6:30 am on a Saturday it took 17 minutes to even place an order with 3 cars in front of us. Once we got to the order window we waited and waited for someone to ask if they could help us. People were nice but the service was extremely slow. read more

Stopped here on a morning drive to Myrtle Beach. The food was perfect, light and crispy. It didn't taste greasy, even if it was Service was very purposed, and II had my food as I stepped away from the cashier. Very pleased with the experience. Maybe they stepped up their game from the previous ratings. read more

listen im not one to leave reviews or get angry when a mistake is made, but this mcdonalds location is so disorganized and mismanaged its insane. honestly if it wasnt so annoying it would be hilarious, employees arent rude, but i wouldnt say they ever seem happy to be there which is fine i dont expect people to be trilled to work drive thru, but i have not once out of the dozens of times ive been here left without something from my order missing or messed up. EVER. SINGLE. TIME. to the point that i dont even drive back anymore and have probably paid for 50$ worth of food i havent ever gotten at this point. the only reason i continue to go here is because its the only reasonably priced fast food location close to my home & i dont eat out enough for it to be a huge bother. on top of missing food they also just randomly close, their hours as advertised arent the hours they operate so dont be surprised if you try to pull up for dinner and you see the lights on AND employees inside but they just wont answer the speaker or say "closed" when you pull up and nothing else. its baffling to me they are allowed to operate this way. read more

Manager freaked out when we tried to trade happy meal toy for the same one we received the night before. My 6yo loved it but our dog chewed it so we returned the next day to get it again and the manager refused to switch out the toy when we got a different one. Said once we touch it, we keep it. Terrible service, they messed up our order twice and we had to pay both times. The bathrooms were very dirty, the tables were wiped but the drink machines were dirty and so were the floors. We had to wait a long time for both orders and the bottom buns were stale and the burgers were missing pickles. Poor food and poor service. read more

This McDonald's is clean. But the service is horrible. I waited 20 minutes for my food and the bread on my Big Mac was hard or stale on the bottom. The burger wasn't even hot enough to melt the cheese. The fries were good but everything else was awful. Won't eat at this one again. 2 Stars only because the fries were edible. read more

I went to McDonalds at about 2:30 pm on Thursday. I ordered 2 Big Macs, no pickles, no onions. On my way home I checked and sure enough, pickles and onions were on both burgers. I turned around and took them back (showing my receipt that stated no pickles, no onions). They took them back, had me pull forward and wait. Once I got the new ones I figured this time they got it right..So much for assuming. The first one had onions on it and the 2nd one had both pickles and onions on it. IT'S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE. I THINK IT'S LAZINESS AND LACK OF MANAGEMENT QUALITY CONTROL. Just beware and check your food before you leave. If you have to take it back, only deal with a Manager. Maybe they'll get tired of all the returns and start doing their job of quality control. read more
