Great food but dismal service. We used the drive-through; asked for 2 forks and received none. We ordered Grilled Nuggets and received Fried Nuggets. Check your order before you leave or eat somewhere else. Chick-fil-A has higher standards than this and it's disappointing that this location doesn't live up to them. read more

While the service is usually okay, the food has definitely changed. The Cobb Salad used to have two sliced eggs and now they only give you half of one egg. The salad is filled with lettuce not chicken. Higher prices and less food. read more

Service is as to be expected at a Chick-Fil-A, courteous and efficient. My husband's favorite order is the #1 combo, no pickles, with a Dr. Pepper. Had the Cobb salad, which was missing some items. Also ordered the Chicken Tortillas soup, Chicken Noodle came. When asked about the soup was told Tortillas soup was not available. Normally, everything is good but they seem to be starting to miss the mark. Especially the attitude of workers and Manager. I recommend but check your order carefully. I drive by this Chick Fil A a lot during g my trips to MB. It is fairly new and has a humongous parking lot. I had a delicious cool wrap today and as usual all of the employees were very friendly and the drive went very quickly. Great addition to this long stretch of boring road. read more

I used the drive thru. I was the second car. I was pretty much forced to order without being able to see a menu. The girl taking my order was outside and suggested things. I finally asked if they just had an egg and bacon biscuit. Got my food. It had a very cold unmelted piece of cheese on it which I did not want at all. The entire sandwich and hash browns were lukewarm. I'll go to North Myrtle location in the future. read more

This restaurant is the only Chick-fil-A I've NEVER been to a location that struggles so much with the app. It's supposed to be for faster, quicker service. The food is never ready you wait if you go in drive thru line for the food with the app you wait if you go into this store to pick. This location cannot get it correct!!!! I have been to many others that have NO issues!! Corporate Chick-fil-A needs to come HELP them and try to get them set to be able to use the app appropriately. read more

We were so excited to find out we were getting a local Chick-Fil-A and have been very disappointed with the drive thru service. We just went this morning, and we were the second ones in line. We ordered a 30-piece nugget and sat in line for 20 minutes while 12 more vehicles ordered, picked-up, and left while we still waited. Finally, the young guy comes out with our order and said they got really busy and needed the nuggets for those orders, so they dropped fresh ones for us and made us wait. Does anyone else see what the problem was here. How are the orders behind us more important than ours? This was not our first time there and the service in the past hasn't been any better. read more
