Need more help people were walking out left and right. People behind counter were very unorganized and seemed confused

Most of the time I have to wait and even when waiting my food is cold I haven't been here in a while due to this bc every time I go I have to throw away my food bc it was not fresh and if u buy Zaxbys u know it's not the cheapest so I'm pissed when I buy 40 dollars worth of food and can bearly eat it Better timing and making sure they are not over cooking tenders and wings when it's not busy I'll be glad to wait on hot food but will not be happy when waiting and it's still not up to standards read more

After a HORRIBLE experience at the Zaxbys in North Myrtle (I live in the middle of NM and Shallotte) we decided to give Shallotte Zaxbys a try. The service was fast and friendly, the food was good! The size of the tenders were like Zaxbys is suppose to be! I have absolutely zero complaints about this location! If you live in between here and NM Shallotte is the better location for sure!! read more

The wait time is absolutely too long for some chicken. The menu is literally based around chicken fingers. Why does it take 15 minutes for one food item to be prepared. Why does every car have to pull up and wait. It's some mid CHICKEN FINGERS at best. We will find another place to eat. read more

Order two sensation salads, but they were out of Asian slaw so I didn't get that, ordered an extra egg roll, but did not receive it, ordered, added bolded egg, and did not receive that, ordered five piece, chicken fingers, and only got three, and no Zack sauce. The store manager would not accept this accountability or responsibility, instead blaming DoorDash. read more

This location can't seem to get it together. I've been there numerous times and my order keeps getting messed up. They also take your order and have you pull up or over to a parking spot, even when there is nobody else there which is extremely inefficient. They obviously need to stop doing that since they give people the wrong orders by doing this. The restaurant needs new management. read more

My Zensation salad was DRENCHED in the teriyaki sauce, including the egg roll that was soggy and horrible. I had a gift card to use but was told their machine was down. Had to pull up and wait on my order even though there was hardly any cars in the whole parking lot. I should have gone elsewhere since I couldn't use my gift card but wanted that salad. We saw the commercial and had to try. Wanted the chicken fingers but all they had was chicken nuggets. Took a star off for that reason. How you gonna be a chicken place and run out of tenders service was quick and friendly. We ended up spliting the nugget basket with fries and Texas toast. The nuggets were really good. High quality meat and so crispy. The medium wimpy sauce was delicious. Texas toast was yummy. I didn't care for the fries. Crinkle cut and bland. I would get again. Well 5 of us gals went there today for lunch at 1. It wasnt crowded at all. We each placed our order separately. 4 out of 5 were wrong. Go figure those odds! And the soda machine was "out" of almost everything we tried to get. I ended up with water. They ordered tacos. 2 out of the 3 were the wrong taco. They just sucked it up and ate some of it. The other gal asked for cheese cake treats and she got some other cheese item. She DID go back to the counter for the right product. I ordered the cobb salad. I pulled up to the drive-through and ordered cheese fries, at the window, I was handed my food looked inside, and found COLD fries with non-melted cheese (first photo) I asked if it was supposed to look like that and the lady said yes when you close the box it will melt... the fries were cold... how was that going to melt the cheese? They decided to make me another one, it took 20-25 minutes for another order because they needed to make fresh fries, and then I was handed this...(second and third photos) idk what to say they burnt the cheese so bad the BOX melted. Today was the first and last time that I will eat at Zaxby's First the menu is totally confusing. You look up at a disorganized mess of options. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a coffee. What ? No coffee, nope they don't sell coffee. The young lady that took my order could not have been colder. Not the least bit friendly. When I retrieved my sandwich after hearing my number called, I went to sit down and eat. It was then that I noticed the tray ( see photo ). Disgusting! The bun ( see photo ) a cold wrinkled disappointment . The chicken just barely warm. Did I tell you about the dirty tray ? Well it was really bad. Well I went back numerous times and I believe today was the last. When I first ate here it was great, cooked just right, friendly employees and a clean restaurant. Now restaurant has been fairly clean and the employees have always been friendly but the chicken strips have changed. Not sure if its a different company they are getting them from but they are crunchy and rubbery at the same time and have shrank. Finally able to get in for dinner and very disappointed. My wife had a lot of wilted and brown lettuce in her salad. I ordered the buffalo sandwich and had very little sauce on it. I have to say that the over-all ambiance of the restaurant was very good. The staff was very friendly and courteous. However, the wings were not very meaty and were overcooked. The French fries looked and tasted like something I could have purchased from the supermarket freezer section. The cole slaw probably came from a five-gallon bucket. First impressions are usually lasting ones. I don't know if this particular restaurant is indicative of the quality of the overall organization but it gives me pause when considering patronizing in the future. read more

This location opened this past Monday so I went in for lunch and ordered the wings. First the place was done right. Really gorgeous inside. Hopefully they're able to keep it that way. The staff was very friendly and easy on the eyes. And the place was packed for opening day. Now to the food. I got the wings with the sweet and spicy sauce. They were very good even tho it was quite as spicy as I had hoped. I'll need to remember to tell them no celery next time as there' no need to waste food I'm not going to ear. So why only 3 starts. These had to be the smallest wings ever especially seeing as how they're charging $1 per wing. I joked with the owner that it explained what happened to the seagulls normally around. He refunded me $2 and gave me a coupon for 10 free wings. Being new he said they would have to adjust prices depending on the market, which makes sense. But the wings were very good and I hope to be back soon. I just don't know about a $1 per wing price point. read more
