The employee working before closing she was awful to deal with. We walked in about 45 mins before closing and she had already started putting stuff away.. fine I get it. But when I asked if they had something she gets an attitude and was like NO WE ARE CLOSING I said ok (the coolers were EMPTY) I asked if they had any ice cream to go ready because sometimes they do. She says to me WE ARE CLOSING... it was literally 45 mins before closing. She did NOT want to help at all and after that experience I refuse to try again. She clearly didn't want to help customers and was only focused on leaving.

If you are familiar with Sweet Frog, the concept very similar. 2/5 star rating because the toppings were not fresh tasting or quality like. Oreos were not actual oreos but alternative like Oreo branded cookie. Brownie was super hard and dry and eating into it crumbled immediately. I got hot fudge and the pump seemed to encounter some issues as the worker said she just filled it but after 10 pumps of air, I received maybe 1 pump worth. I gave up on the hot fudge. The environment itself was great. Very kid friendly, colorful, and had a lot of heart to it. It was roomy and looks like the host birthday parties there as well. Again, unsure if I came on a bad day but it was not enjoyable and wish I had saved money and got the Hershey's scooped ice cream instead.

I picked the chocolate Moose Tracks, as opposed to the regular Moose Tracks option they offer and it was delicious! Pete's Sweets has various hard candy, salt water taffy, and fudge. We picked up some dark chocolate, Carmel, with sea salt and it was phenomenal. The peanut-butter and chocolate was amazing too! They even have a deal that you get a half a pound free for every pound you buy. Which is awesome but dangerous. Service was friendly and quick too! We came in yesterday and their chocolate ice cream was as the youngins say "goated with the sauce." I tried a couple of otter flavors and they are also good. This may be the best ice cream around.
