I've eaten here at least once a month for 15 years. Don't eat out a lot. Every single time my food is perfect! Great service! Always fast. I talk to the staff and they are friendly. Always go through the drive thru so can't speak about the inside. It's the best fast food burger in town. I drive past a dozen other places to eat here. Love this place!!! read more

Food was good but very unfriendly staff . Ordered Mozzarella wedges with my order. When I returned to my hotel they were not in there. I went back and they said they were out. Why didn't they say something when I picked up my order? Good thing my hotel was close by. They said I can get a refund on my app. Again why didn't they say something when I was there? They ended up giving me a large order of fries. Definitely not going back nor do I recommend anyone to go there. read more

Lunch was calling and we needed to get out to stretch out our legs for the adventure home. It was kept up inside and we were greeted by the cashier quickly. We put in the order and it was ready in about 10 minutes. The famous star combo was good. It was a single burger on a bun with fries. I ate most of it and it was fulfilling. I can't speak for the reviews before mine, but we had a good experience and give it a solid 3. read more

If I could give this place a 0 star review I would! I'm not one to leave a bad review but this was my personal experience! Mold MOLD MOLD EVERYWHERE! Disgusting the bacon with mold, chicken uncooked. The soda didn't even have flavor, just bland! They need to shut this restaurant down! So many health violations! read more

When we walked in the restaurant, we met with Kimora. Kamora was very attentive! She was multitasking, clean the restaurant, taking out garbage and when she saw us come in she immediately took our order. She was very professional! She took our order promptly. The restaurant was clean. We will come back again. read more

I bought a steak and a chicken biscuit and both were way overcooked. It's been a long since I've had a biscuit that had a crunch, overall, it was terrible. read more

If I could give this Hardee's Minus stars I would. First it took almost 15 minutes for " Susan C " the Cashier Finally acknowledged my self and my two companions. She was already stressed and had a major negative attitude . She didn't want to be bothered . She barely gave us time to place our order which she got wrong we were ordering breakfast products she placed the order got lunch products . She wasn't listening as I say she was obviously in a bad mood and overly stressed . When we saw the order and the bill and we disputed it. She started to rant .. we took the food to the table The order was wrong. She hadn't listened and was over Verbal loudly about it. Now let's talk about the food we ordered ( we thought breakfast sandwiches. We got hamburgers which incidentally we cold Instead of hashbrowns we got fried because she put the wrong combo down. The fries we not only cold. But hard as a toothpick ( the were old ). We asked for 3 maple cinnamon biscuits we got two. Which again were old and hard as a rock This was the worst experience In Hardee's ever I recommend you go anywhere else but this Hardee's ANYWHERE ELSE !!! I've had better service and fresher food in a convenience store This Hardee's is Disgusting read more

The service is quick. The food is edible. But not the first place I think of when I am hungry. The staff however, are amazing.

Shakes were made halfway/disgusting, and the employees told us that that's how they are made. No effort was made to correct the issue, but it looks like management didn't train their employees properly!!!!!!!! read more

Got food poisoning from here. Service was slow and the food was terrible. Should have never stopped.

Worst place I've ever been in a long time!!! Giving them 2 stars would be unfair and I'll tell you why. I rarely go an eat at a fast food restaurant like this one but I did it because I was on my way to Florida so I stopped for a quick bite. First of all, this place what the opposite of quick !!! For starters the lady taking the order had no idea how to operate the counter so just taking my order took a long time. Then they took about 30 mins to get me 4 burgers !!!! And this supposed to be a fast food place !! Then when I ask for Mayo and ketchup they also spent a fair amount of time finding it and kept me waiting also for a while. In the end I ended up spending about 1 hr for 4 lousy burgers ..... Burgers were not even worth the wait .... Please run away ‍ from this place and don't look back .... read more

Completely got my order wrong and when I complained they told me I was wrong basically as if I didn't have the proof right in front of me. Totally disrespectful. But then again that's expected from an area such as Gateway Blvd east. read more

This place is a hot mess! My wife and I stopped yesterday for lunch and it was a horrible experience. I have lead Marines into Iraq and that was more organized that the two burger meals that I ordered. The manager was putting the burgers together and was yelling at her employees that were trying to keep things organized. After 20 minutes of standing there, and watching all the orders placed after mine come out, I finally got my order. As soon as my wife opened the wrapper to her burger, a noticeable black hare was on her burger. As that doesn't faze me, she refused to eat anything. Brought it to the cashiers and I heard them say that there was another hair in the food. Was so looking forward to hardies as we don't have them in MD. I now doubt that I will ever go back to one again. read more

As many other fast food locations, this is convenient to stop at, while traveling north or south on I-95 through Savannah, thus the reason for our stop at this location. I believe I have made the effort to review this location positively before, and it is worth repeating...this is the best Hardee's I have ever been to. The restrooms require a code to enter, so they are kept clean and neat. The employees are nice and appear to be "proud" to be working at this location. The store itself is clean and efficient. But top of the list...the french fries are fresh. When I made a comment to the employee about how good they are, she (Susan C) responded that they change the oil often...well, it shows. Thank you for making the effort to make a "fast food place" the best it can be!! I highly recommend this location!! read more

Customer service was pretty bad here. We didn't use drive through, but came in to order and eat. The cashier seemed very confused with our order ... and was sighing and exasperated that we were there to order food. Very odd... a smile would be nice ... or even a look. It may be that I asked for a lettuce wrap for my burger instead of a bun! What a crime! Anyways - the lettuce was so soggy and hot by the time we got our order, I couldn't eat it.. yuck. The rest of the food seemed fine, but the service, hmmmm Sad moment in our trip this summer. read more

Everything went well, food was good and hot and staff was friendly as well, I'll definitely be coming back

Employee had a shitty attitude and poor customer service we standing there for 5 minutes before the guy in front of us got to order.

Alas, service is extremely slow. I've eaten in world class Hardee's establishments elsewhere. Alas, this one is not there with it. A shame, as I adore their Frisco Angus Burger. As to the taste, it's still the same Hardee's flavor I expect. Took nearly a half hour to complete the order. Inexcusable. Good food, but not worth waiting 30 minutes. read more

Topped up gas at BP station next to Hardee's. Thought maybe a quick and easy lunch at Hardee's may be a good idea. No, it was a bad idea. A very bad idea. I got a little too excited when I saw Mocha Chocolate Shake. Can you blame me when the picture of those shakes look so appealing?? The staff then burst my bubble of having some yummy shake by informing they ran out of chocolate. Huh? What? :( Ok, I would take a Strawberry Shake then. I also ordered a Swiss & Mushroom burger and onion rings. Then the same staff informed that unfortunately they too ran out of the ingredient making Strawberry Shake :( Really? What's worse than not having the milkshake I wanted? Burger was just mediocre as expected. The onion rings were greasy. The Vanilla Milkshake tasted so weird. The staffs clearly need a class in cleaning 101. I do not expect the bathroom to smell of diptyque or 100% sparkling clean like in a bathroom in Conrad Bali. It should at least be acceptable which was not the case here. I see litter even in the dining area. I have no words for it :( read more

I won't go into a long rant about how long it took, because it's pointless. The owners are asleep at the wheel. Who owns this dump? Yes, it took a very long time to get the food. Why you ask? Because there was only 2 employees working the whole entire store. One girl working the counter and drive thru. One guy cooking. That's it. Really. It was sad to see these 2 employees working so hard and frantic. The 1 star was because the burger was very fresh off the grill. The manager and owner need to be horse whipped !!! read more

The cheeseburgers were awful. What little bits of pickles and onions that were on them looked like they were pulled from a garbage can. The guy who was working the drive thru window had on a filthy uniform. It looked like he had just cleaned out the dumpsters. I'll never be back! read more

The heavy set woman with short gray hair is a nasty person! My father who has prostate cancer that is on his way to treatment (been in the car for an hour) had to stop on 03/29/24 approximately 7:10 am. He goes in and the rude woman told him that the code to the restroom would be on his receipt. She did give him a code. However, he cannot stand for long, so when he came out of the restaurant to get back in the car with my sister who was driving him to go the drive up window to order, she starts yelling across the parking lot in a Nasty tone " you didn't order sir". Well Heffer you just lost business! I was on the phone with them and heard her yelling! I pray that when Karma catches up with her she is shown the same kindness she used to treat my Daddy! I hope the owners and other customers see this and treat her the same way she treated my Daddy! read more

If I could give no stars, I would. This establishment is probably the worst Hardee's to stop by. I've been here on 3 different occasions. ALL were terrible. 1) It was breakfast time. If you're familiar with Savannah, you know that this is the CLOSEST Hardee's around. I decided to stop by for a sausage biscuit. The first red flag was the price of it. $2.xx for a SAUSAGE biscuit? I've never known them to be this price. 2) I decided to stop by for lunch time. I ordered the chicken tender combo. I placed my order & was told to pull around for my total (which is questionable because why can't you tell me the price now????). I arrived at the window after waiting 5 minutes only to be overcharged. At the menu, the price was said to be $8.19. The total on my receipt $9.61. I know taxes and I know what it's not supposed to be. Come to find out, the cashier upsized my order without even asking. I decided to disregard that and chalk it off as a loss. 3) I decided to stop by, this time for FIVE tenders--there is NO way you can mess this up. Fortunately, they didn't. Let's start by saying if you're on lunch break or need to be somewhere soon, this is not the place for you. You will be waiting for at least 15 minutes. The service here is extremely slow--as if 1 person is cooking, tendering change, AND running the food out. I've decided I've had enough. There was not that many customers in line to be as slow as it is. In a nutshell, drive to a Hardee's/Carl's Jr 30 hours away before coming here. You will get serviced faster. read more

Friendly staff, they take your order and give you a little table flag for a eat in order. They bring the food to your table. This location wasn't very crowded for 1:30 pm on a Thursday. Easily accessible from the i-95 South, with ample parking and a drive thru Living in NY, having seen commercials for Carl's Jr/Hardees, I was excited to try at least one half of the marketing concept. (I haven't seen a Carls yet) The menu is basically a heart attack waiting to happen. The Meal boxes are all way too much food for only 5$ so I recommend if you are a fatty fat fatster. I ate my two sliders and stuffed in as many fries as I could and wrapped the cookie in a napkin for later. I was originally going to get the 1/3 cheeseburger meal but that would have been almost 8$ The sliders had raw white onions and mustard on top and a pickle on the bottom. Wish I knew that beforehand bc I wasn't expecting all that. Fries were decent, didn't need additional salt. Cherry coke at the soda machine so that's a plus. Overall, quick filling lunch on my long long drive. read more

Horrible Service!!!!!! All Hardee's in this area are trash. No one answers when you drive up to order then they have you wait forever. They completely missed half our order was not in the bag we went back around and asked for our missing food. No stars! This places needs to be shut down. I can't believe they're even open and still operating. I decided to stop here for a chicken tenders combo. Not only did it take about 20minutes but right before the employee walked outside to bring my order, the car behind me pulled up beside me to get my attention to let me know that she seen the guy rub his nose repeatedly then bag my fries with no gloves. And this employee was not wearing a mask btw. I immediately went inside to request a refund. I was totally disgusted to see the inside... food on the floor, trash, and dirt. Smh. This is not a busy location so there's no excuse for this place to be so dirty. I will never return. read more

What a disaster. There were 10 people standing around waiting to get their food with some waiting over 20 minutes. We waited 10 minutes to place our order and when we heard they lost two orders we cut our losses and bailed. Either half the employees didn't show up today or it has terrible management. "We have stopped taking orders for now." That is what the lady at the register told my friend after the other three in our group already placed our orders. My friend stood at the register for 10 minutes waiting for them to "start taking orders again," as nobody was at the register or front area at all. They were no more busy than any other day at any other fast food restaurant so I'm not sure what was happening. My friend, who ordered the absolute least out of all of us, eventually just said "put the breakfast sandwich on regular bread it's fine," because they said they were waiting on fresh biscuits. Even getting a regular piece of bun bread took a long time. How does that happen? We waited 45 min total for all four of us to get our food, in which we all each ordered one single item. I'm truly confused as to what was going on today. read more

I prefer to not eat in my vehicle, so I typically walk in and order food at the counter and then sit inside to dine. I visited this Hardee's yesterday and went inside to order - the drive thru line was quite long. There were 4 others waiting at the counter inside when I arrived. There was a young crew member and an older gentleman (whom I assumed was a manager, as he was dressed in a dress shirt unlike the other employees). The manager and crew member at the counter were facing the grill away from the register and dining area, filling orders and handing them to the crew member at the drive-thru window. After several minutes, a man in front of me said to the manager, "Hey! There are people inside who want to order, too!" The manager turned to the dining area (for the first time since I arrived) and SHOUTED "I've got cars in the drive thru that need their food!" Then he turned back around and continued filling orders for the drive thru customers. I turned toward the door to exit, and was actually shocked that only 1 other person had decided to leave. I can only surmise that food and service at this Hardee's is only for the ones in the drive thru. Solution: lock the door and post a sign that reads "drive thru only." Not only will I never EVER visit this Hardee's again, I am done with ALL Hardee's. read more

Good place if you want to buy meth. Not a good place if you want good service or the right food for your order.

The bathroom has a filthy Dyson hand dryer and the toilet paper roll was on the floor. An employee was making phone calls in a bathroom stall. I should have left then but we are hours from home and stopped on the highway. We ordered 2 chocolate milks for our kids, they only had 1. The lemonade and Coke Zero from the soda fountain were both just water so I started writing this review in real time. No one was in line for food when we arrived yet we are waiting an unreasonable amount of time for food. Another customer finally got food but brought it back up because something was wrong. The employees up front seem frustrated at the kitchen. Someone else ordered and got his food and might finish eating before we get ours. We've now been here 35 minutes without food. My husband just asked and they picked up a pile of receipts and had no idea where our food was. Someone just admitted they had an employee "walk out" but I'm still not sure that excuses how bad this has gone unless that person also cut the power to the building. The other customer has now finished his meal and is leaving. Still no food but they did just ask again what we ordered. Omg they just made the wrong sandwich and are asking if we want that. Yes please just feed us! I'll eat the lunch you brought from home at this point. Please tell me there is a hidden camera. We have food! read more
