I place an order for a butter burger. That is it! When I got to the window to pay I got a ticket added to my window as I had to wait even longer to get my food. They ask you yo park in one of the 7-8 spaces dedicated to waiting for drive thru food. As I pulled forward every space was taken! Even a few parking illegally. This is a problem they really need to figure out as I will now hesitate to go to Culver's drive thru because it takes too long to get your food.

The fries were seasoned with some bomb seasoning. This filled me up. I could barely finish the meal. The meat to bun ratio was spot on, which is crucial. Nothing worse than a bread heavy burger. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh, the build was balanced, and even after delivery, everything held up beautifully. So far I've tried two burger spots in Charlotte, and this one takes the top spot. I'm not ready to declare it the best in the entire city just yet because my burger tour is ongoing, but right now it's leading the race. The guy that took our order was super chill and even gave recs for the spice level my group and I should get. All the food took about 10 mins to be prepared. We were able to grab a seat in the dining area while we waited. We got a variety of sliders, tenders, and fries.
