The first evening I was there, Brooke introduced herself, chatted, made sure if I had any questions to just ask. Every staff member I've interacted with has been accommodating, polite and eagerly willing to assist with any demo of equipment I wasn't familiar with. I'm an average gym guy, in shape 66yr old been worked out my whole life, just wanting to keep in shape. This gym is full of younger men and women, some in incredible shape, yet the vibe of the gym made me feel comfortable and not out of place. In my 35yrs in LA I've been to a lot of gyms, I find Chrome far above in quality, equipment, staff attitude and helpfulness. They are a bit pricey but it's a serious gym and well worth it. It's not a premadona gym, it's for people who want to get out of a gym what they put in! For those of you here that have left negative reviews, I'm sure, like most, there's been some bad experiences like any place, some due to ones own expectations and behavior and attitude. Remember; you need a good attitude to get our of life what you expect and are willing to put in, same goes for a gym. suck it up! : )

We are seniors and have to be a little more careful these days. First and foremost, we've never seen a cleaner gym. No dust bunnies here. The staff vacuums the floor and sprays down the equipment throughout the day. There are spray bottles with cleaner and towels available when you enter. There is a vast array of equipment, classes and trainers. Even if you aren't working with a trainer, the staff is more than accommodating when it comes to questions. The owners and the staff are just plain nice and happy to see you each time you come in. They have a long stretch of grass about 6 ft wide in the front of the gum. You can tell they all love fitness and CrossFit, and are really invested in coaching, not just phoning it in. The owner Mike is super awesome, and very welcoming, and I think his coaching philosophy and overall friendliness really permeates with the rest of the coaching staff and all the members. The price is good, but for the same price and more facilities, you can go to Spokane Fitness Center or MUV. Their employees are almost always on their phone which I get, its boring, but at least be available for help. I've seen people waiting at the desk for a good 10 min while they're walking around on their phone. I eventually had to leave because I saw one of the blonde girls that wears a gallon of make up that works there doing some kind of shady deal with money outside the gym as I was leaving and she would bring her kid in and he'd run around the weights area while I'm power lifting. I'm not trying to have a kid run around me while I'm lifting. To top the experience off I went to cancel my membership, I cancelled it and they cancelled it on their end, but then restarted billing me out of nowhere a month after my membership was cancelled and the manager, Randy, wouldn't refund the $100 I got charged for those months even though it was a fault on their part when I just found out about it. Save the headache, go somewhere that's more professional and puts their gym goers first.
