I've been a member at 5 in 1 for over 5 years. Owners are always friendly, willing to give advice or answer questions, and at the gym daily. Employees greet you when you walk in and leave. Gym is the cleanest gym ive ever been to. Facility is amazing and the equipment is always ready and very rarely out of service. I've made life long friends with a lot of the members. read more

First gym I have ever gone to. My father in law recommended them because the owner is so great. I have been using a trainer through the gym they recommended to me so I could learn form and movements before attempting group classes. Nate ended up being great. I was in Post Falls for a couple of days with some friends that were doing a half Ironman nearby in Coeur D'Alene and needed a place to train. I walked in and bought a week-long pass at a super competitive rate. The other nearby gyms were almost twice as expensive. This gym has everything you need: at least three squat racks, a bunch of benches, dumbbells from 2 pounds to 100+ pounds, cardio machines, five water towers, a tire flip, two dip stations. The restroom was clean and tidy. The on-line photos of the gym give you a fair idea of the place. The owners, Bob and his wife, are some of the friendliest people I've met (and a great source of information like what to see and where to eat.). My husband and I joined 5 in 1 Fitness nearly two months ago. We are not new to gyms, as we have been working out for over 20 years. We are seniors and have to be a little more careful these days. First and foremost, we've never seen a cleaner gym. No dust bunnies here. The staff vacuums the floor and sprays down the equipment throughout the day. There are spray bottles with cleaner and towels available when you enter. There is a vast array of equipment, classes and trainers. Even if you aren't working with a trainer, the staff is more than accommodating when it comes to questions. The owners and the staff are just plain nice and happy to see you each time you come in. They have a long stretch of grass about 6 ft wide in the front of the gum. It's great for pushing the sled, stretching or whatever you can dream up. It's everything we could want and more! 5 in 1 Fitness is the WORST gym EVER!!!! DO NOT JOIN! They are clearly all about the $$$ and do not give a crap about peoples health and mental wellness..... Long story short, after joining several months ago, recruiting multiple friends and my son to join, spreading the word, etc.... A friend of mine and fellow member recently befriended a very sweet TIMID "new to gym" lady to work out with us. She clearly was intimidated by the equipment and was looking for a support system. My friend and I show up each day to do a little cardio, a little weight circuit we look up online, laugh together and motivate each other. Apparently, because this new friend wouldn't pay the high personal trainer fees that the owners kept pressuring her to pay and chose to join us, they harassed her and told her she couldn't work out with us and told me I could only work out with one friend!!! Has anyone ever heard of such a thing?!?!?! It is hard enough, especially for women, to get and stay motivated to go to a gym where it can often be very intimidating. I would think there is great value in connecting with other women, finding friendship and motivation to keep you going! This gal was so excited to have met new friends and they were so forceful with her she went home crying and didn't come back to the gym until we texted her. The owners then jumped on her again and when my friend and I came to her defense, they proceeded to have a very nasty, very personal shouting match and kicked all three of us out and canceled our membership. Their behavior was INCREDIBLY unprofessional and I can't believe stopping a couple of stay at home mom old ladies from hanging out together at their facility was more important than the potential damage they were doing to the reputation of their business.... wow! And let me be clear, I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT portray myself as any kind of trainer or someone with any certification, I was simply sharing my experience and supporting other women! So if you're looking for a friendly "community" environment to work out with your fellow moms and friends - DO NOT JOIN 5 in 1 Fitness! They are only interested in your business if you plan on paying their expensive training fees. read more

5in1Fitness is a fantastic facility! It is equipped with state of the art weight and cardio equipment as well as plentiful dumbells, plates, barbells, benches, and power racks. The facility is well maintained as I have yet to see the dreaded "out of service" tag in the nine months I've been a member and it is by far the cleanest gym I've ever been a member of in over 40 years. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the personal trainers will assuredly help you reach your fitness goals! Just moved to the area and stopped by 5-1 Fitness. We've known the owners Bob and Robin from the previous gym before relocating here. Bob is by far one of the best trainers I've ever used. Wether you do one on one, group classes, or a simple membership, Bob's always willing to help you meet your fitness goals. Bob and Robin keep the atmosphere in the gym like the old tv show Cheers. Feels like every time you walk in some one greets you. Makes you accountable for your work out. If you want to lose some weight or just get ready for summer, give 5in1 a shot. Hands down the best gym in area. I've been lifting in commercial gyms for 20 years and this is by far my favorite I've found. Weights and Equipment is new and high quality, lots of selection of great cardio machines. The gym is super clean and the staff is professional and helpful. read more
