I've been working out here coming up on a year, and there are many things I appreciate so much…read moreabout this place: - this ministry gym combines spiritual growth with physical stewardship (we start each workout with prayer and a short devotional message based on Biblical text). - Robbie and Yvonne pour their heart and soul into this place, and it shows. - Robbie and Paul, the two trainers I've worked with, are so knowledgeable. I've worked out in different capacities for years, and thought I knew what I was doing in certain areas, and they have added so much and corrected many things I was doing wrong. - the place is kept clean (no nasty skin infections or chronic awful gym smell). - you can work out in a class setting or go solo during open gym time (5:30am class is where it's at!!!). - workouts are created and led by trainers, taking all the effort off my brain to think up what to do. - I'm stronger than I've ever been in my life, both physically and spiritually. My walk with the Lord has grown deeper for many other personal reasons, but Christ Fit has been a significant part of that. - as Robbie is fond of saying, "Get comfortable being uncomfortable!" and "Get used to doing hard things!" Now, I'm no paragon of endurance or fortitude, but this constant encouragement to get out of my comfort zone has been incredibly important for me this past year. Thank you, Robbie and Yvonne! See you in the morning!

My family has enjoyed using the facility for several years. After several months of gym membership…read morewe realized they even have a church too! We frequent the center for plays, events, and classes. It's a very welcoming environment where you can feel safe and spend time with your family. The rock wall is so much fun and paths change periodically so you can keep it new. We love the pool areas. I swim in the competitive pools and enjoy the lazy river with friends and family. My only critique would be- that there needs to be more hours open for families to enjoy swimming. We have a very flexible personal schedule however several times this past year I've gone to take the family swimming only to have the swim area designated for "adult swim only" or the pool is closed for cleaning etc. As others have mentioned, lane swimming can be a challenge also with water polo or team swim events. Using the playcare area has been a true blessing. Childcare costs are insane, especially for large families. Paying for a monthly membership with playcare options is very economical whether or not I use the gym for that two hours. Other than that I've been very pleased with the facility, its cleanliness, and staff that appear to be working with good attitudes and at the best of their abilities.

I've been a member for nearly two years. Overall, the facility is very nice and staff is friendly…read more My complaint (i.e. warning to potential new members) is regarding other members. I primarily attend water fitness classes. The instructors are all great; however, many middle-late aged female attendees are territorial about "their" perceived spot in the pool during class. They double-down on their disdain for females not in their pack by being rude and unfriendly. It feels a lot like high school bullying from 40 years ago. I have brought the issue to a couple of the instructors and they just shrug and agree that they've seen it but... I don't expect Kroc staff to do anything about it necessarily. It's just sad that the environment exists, especially at this Christian based facility. Apparently, some of the female members didn't get the memo.
