At the end of each class you really feel like you got a great workout, but during the class it's fun and calming and feels like just hanging out with a friend. She is very good at helping you to focus on your strengths while also being open to making adjustments for each individual. I also love the music that she plays. Our kids LOVED every single one of the classes they have tried. They get super excited every time I tell them that they get to go to jiu-jitsu that day! I'm 6'3" and benching is nearly impossible unless you want to put your feet up on the bench or don't want to use any leg drive.
