A health hazard as it cannot be properly cleaned. Cup holders are missing on much of the aerobic machines so you cannot put your water bottle there as it will fall to the floor. The club needs a dedicated cleaning team and not rely on front desk staff to clean the place and equipment. Put twostair climbers together so work out buddies can exercise together.

However, what sets them apart from the rest is that they are a women only environment. This is awesome for me because I get intimidated at gyms fairly easily. I'm not in the best shape (round, I'm told is still a shape:) ) and I have wobbly bits and bits that continue moving when I stop. I'm self conscience. Here that doesn't bother anyone!! All different women from all walks of life with all sorts of shapes can come here and get their workout on! A typical routine consists of kettle bells swings, side lunges, burpees (aka the devil), ring swings, running/rowing, and wall balls. As you workout, you use your body weight against yourself.
