I have been affiliated with this gym for a few years and my health and lifestyle has only gotten better. Either it be weight loss, endurance building, or wanting to gain muscle- this is the place. I have learned so much in regards to fitness and nutrition thanks to Kurt Salquist (owner/trainer) and all the other great trainers. They all bring a special something to the gym. Not only are the trainers supportive and encouraging, the members are inviting, supportive and it feels like a huge family. We work hard together, we sweat together, and we laugh together. Everyone wants each other to be successful. I have been able to create new positive behaviors and apply what I have learned. Kurt puts together awesome workouts that get you motivated. Kurt's knowledge, expertise and the time he takes to develop each members ability is amazing. This is a gym that always offers modifications for your needs. You also will get 2 trainers per class and there is personal training, a nutritionist on staff, and other great classes and education offered. I have been going to CoreFit a little over a year and the benefits I have gotten from this gym are endless. The most I have gained is overcoming my migraines with their unique training and approach to nutrition. Who would have though lifting weights and pushing yourself would alleviate something this traumatic. I have found myself with more confidence, energy and strength and its all because of the fantastic trainers who will help you every step of the way and modify whatever you need at the time. They encourage and motivate you to do your best and that's a huge reason I have gotten to where I am today. This gym is for all fitness levels! I have been going to CoreFit for a few months. I started with the Summer Slim Down program to test out the waters. After about a week, I knew I found the right gym. I have tried other fitness programs, gyms and personal trainers. But nothing has come close to CoreFit. Kurt and the other trainers are committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals and will push you to do one more rep or add a little more weight. The two best parts about this gym is that the trainers are all about form and the other CoreFitters. I have never felt more welcome at a gym. I joined Corefit about 8 months ago and couldn't be happier. The owner and coaches are top notch and they are encouraging but push you to always do your best. This is a terrific gym. Kurt (owner) has a professional staff that will help you transform your whole body- nutrition, workouts and motivation. I highly recommend both the personal training and (my favorite) the group sessions. Best part: I was a beginner at "cross-fit" type training.
