I wish I would have followed the initial referral of my doctor, as NW Ortho has either gone way downhill or just don't have the staff to handle all their patients. I was suppose to go to a doctor, Timothy Powers. I never did meet Dr Powers, the the initial appointment I saw a PA. This was ok but he didn't really explain my x-rays or discuss anything else with me. However when I got the second notification for my appointment it was with another P.A. Still no doctor, not even an introduction. I called the office manager and let her know I'd like to discuss my condition with the doctor my appointment was made with (Timothy Powers). She basicallty told me, without any explanation or policy discussion, I was out of luck. So I went in and talked to the second PA who told me I probably had a pinched nerve and needed a MRI. Fine, I go get the MRI that detailed several spine changes, including several bulges and effacement of the cord at one level. When they called me to come back for the results, the appointment is still with the PA. To be clear: I have no issues with PAs, often preferring a PA to the doctor, ONCE CARE IS ESTABLISHED. Frankly, I am still wondering why over the timeframe of 6 weeks, I never saw one doctor. Does Medicare and the insurance still pay the "doctor rate"? It just seems like extremely poor patient service and care with no explanation from the office or the business, I won't be going back! By the way, total patient face time with both PAs was less than 8 minutes per visit.

She has an excellent network of other doctors and physical therapists that she works with and is well know and well regarded in the Inland Northwest. Her staff is attentive and kind. Went back to Dr Pearce who ordered a $900 MRI that was not covered by insurance because there was no supporting diagnosis, just a fishing expedition. When I called Dr Pearce's office to review the findings, all normal according to the office receptionist, he would not talk to me. Instead I was told I had to make ANOTHER appointment, because he does not get reimbursed for talking on the phone. Well, neither do I, but it is part of quality patient care.

I was referred to Dr. Philip Lenoue by my primary after having several different specialists…read morerecommend multiple surgeries to address and correct several tears in my acetabular labrum, a calcified IT tendon, a disc tear/bulge in my back with corresponding pain in my type 1 endplates, tendinosis of the gluteus, sclerosis of the SI joints, and bursitis that extended the full circumference of my hip. By the time I was able to get an evaluation, I was in extreme pain, my mobility was compromised to the point where I found it difficult to complete daily tasks, and I was unable to enjoy any form of passive or active exercise. After completing a very thorough evaluation under ultrasound and reviewing my medical records, Dr. Lenoue was confident that he could resolve my medical issues with three rounds of protein rich plasma (PRP) treatments. Together, we developed an aggressive but highly effective PRP treatment protocol that began providing relief within one month of the first procedure. As we concluded my third treatment, I was already feeling diminished pain across all targeted areas, my mobility was significantly improved, I was sleeping better, and I was highly optimistic about regaining my active lifestyle. My daughter and I both left multiple voicemails attempting to get this information and never received any calls back. Fast-forward 7 months... I finally talk to a human and now they're telling me she has to be re-seen because it's been too long since she saw the surgeon. The woman who helped check me in was kind and patient. Didn't pry like some may. My wait was a long time. Do not let the "express" fool you. This is similar to waiting at an urgent care or ER. I waited for almost two hours just to get back to a room, did x-rays, and then waited longer for a doctor to come in. It was a lot of waiting. Everyone was pleasant, no complaints there.
