Diligent. Reliable. Got my security deposit back. I reached out to David from Hard Water Movers for help with move out cleaning of a 2 bd 1ba apartment. He was kind to come in for a estimate inspection, free of cost. He provided me with an estimate which was above my expected budget but he promised to get my deposit back. And that he did, over the long weekend. David helped clarify doubts in advance and expectations in advance via Yelp. On the day of the cleaning, he was here with 3 other team members. They spent ~6 hours cleaning the place including but not limited to the blinds, the internal and external window panes, entrance door and gate, refrigerator, behind the refrigerator, stove top, oven, cabinets, laundry area, back door, bathroom, etc. He provided me with verification of payment upon my request and sent me an invoice later that evening for my records. I was informed by my landlord that no money was subtracted for cleaning from my security deposit. This speaks for the knowledge that David and his team possess as far as understanding what is the landlord looking for. Thank you David and the team for your hard work, patience and help over the long weekend. On a personal note - when I inspected the house with my father, while there were major wins as far as how David managed to clean the stove top and the oven, I found there was lesser attention to detail for simple areas such as the floor or the entrance door. THE REVIEWS ARE TRUE! I am always super skeptical when I see a business with a bunch of positive reviews...like EVERYBODY can't love their service, right? Weelll, I was wrong. This business definitely lived up to the hype. I was preparing my home for a gathering of some friends after this long shutdown where I've been pretty much hibernating with my two dogs. I'll be the first to admit that I had turned into a slob...i meann, why clean when nobody's gonna see it but me? Sooo, there was dog hair EVERYWHERE, DUST EVERYWHERE, my floors were dirty, windows filthy, baseboards, fridge, oven...allllll disgusting! It was OVERWHELMING to even THINK about cleaning. So, I decided to TREAT MYSELF for my birthday and hire a cleaning company to come in and give me a fresh start. In comes David and his crew. It was easy to set up an appointment for him to come in and check out what he was up against. He was very friendly and gave me a really fair price for what I needed done in my 1600 sq ft, 3bd/2bth home. I was really concerned because I had hired a cleaning company before and they were HORRIBLE. They left my place dirty and I had to call them back over and they STILL didn't clean everything they promised very well. David was really patient with me and answered all of my questions and concerns. He was very specific about what was included in a "Deep Cleaning" and assured me that customer satisfaction was very important to him. On the day of the cleaning, crew arrived on time and immediately got to work. I think when it was a full team the most people he had working was 4 or 5 people. The team members were friendly and did what they were supposed to do. It was a LOOOOONNNGGGG DAY...by the end of the work day it was just David and another worker but they stayed until like 7 or 8pm after starting at like 8 or 9! But when I tell you these people CLEANED?!!!!! Omgosh...they put in some SERIOUS WORK. BTW, I would give them 5 stars on the MAGIC he worked on my glass shower door in the master bathroom alone! If you know Elk grove water, you know it is HARD AS HELL! sooooo many hard water splotches. I had tried to clean it on my own and ended up damaging the glass...but David came in and it seriously look brand new (aside from my dumb ass scratches that I created) Now, was the cleaning 100% PERFECT? No, not at all...they ARE human beings --not robots. After they left, I noticed a few things that had been missed. I called David and he was apologetic and came by the very next day to fix the issues. And THAT is what pushes this review to 5 stars...the fact that he STANDS BY HIS WORD that customer service and customer satisfaction is important to him and he wants to do what he can to make SURE that the customer is happy. BTW, the party was AWESOME and I got a couple of comments on how nice my house looked. I needed to clean our glass shower panels. I've tried to do it myself many times in the past but the results were mediocre at best. I needed to actually find a professional to do it. I called about 4 places before I decided to go with Hard Water Masters. Mostly because they offered the best rate. David was very friendly and was straight forward with me with what he could do and how much it would cost. He came by the house to look at the condition of the shower and gave a quote. We have a standard size shower enclosed on 2 sides with glass. It took a couple hours, and a bit of smelly cleaning solution for it to be finished but the results were nothing but amazing. The glass was completely cleaned. Almost new looking. All the hard water stains were gone and he even put a "Rain-X" kinda seal that helps water bead right off it. He was even able to get most of the mildew from the bottom edges of the shower too. David did a great job on the shower and I would recommend them for this service. They also offer many other home cleaning services but I just needed them for the shower glass. Just give them a call. I'm sure that if its dirty they have a way to clean it. read more

Worst money I have ever spent. Things went missing in my home and then they tried to blame me and claim that I misplaced them. Funny how I never saw them again. Way overcharged me for a horrible job done. Whatever you do, do not hire them. Responding to your comment - I have already been in contact via email and in person regarding the missing item and was told that I probably misplaced it. Hard to misplace something like that. So basically got me no where. For 6 months, I tried every chemical from hardware stores and Google home recipes to remove Elk Grove hard water stains from two glass shower stalls in our rental without success. His prices were the cheapest we found but the quality is serious on point. The shower was moldy and dirty but he cleaned it and re-grouted the moldy grout.
