Abel from 2nd Generation Carpet Cleaning hand-cleaned my large leather sectional. Beautiful job. I knew it was dirty but it came out three shades lighter. He was on time and was very professional. Knew what he was doing. And ended up charging me less than original quote. I had contacted another (chain) company that was going to do it by machine in about an hour, for somewhat less money, but I did not want to trust my Italian Leather to a water-pressure system! This was well worth the extra cost for the hand treatment. Abel also cleaned my marble floors. Came out great. Not much you can do with stains on marble - they are etched in - but the layers of "cleaner" I had been using came off, and the grout returned to it's original color. This is the second time I have had Abel come and do his magic on my carpets. I have a sweet rescue dog that is deathly afraid of EVERYTHING. Recently when the storm came through Elk Grove, with LOTS of thunder, and my dog was too chicken to go outside to relieve herself. We have had a problem with carpet tacks poking our feet. I have hesitated calling and having someone come out because I feared the worst. Wow! These guys did an amazing job!!! They had an amazing $299 whole house special (up to 4000 sq ft). I had some pet stains from a long long time ago. I had the pad replaced but couldn't afford to replace the whole carpet and these carpet cleaning geniuses got all of the stains out!! I've had other companies that have tried to remove these stains but couldn't. My carpet looks new again. Able and his crew were not only professional and friendly they were super fast. They gave me an estimate of 2 - 21/2 hours for my 2600 sq foot 2 story house and they only took 1 1/2 hours!! They also helped my husband move some furniture to make sure they cleaned every possible inch of carpet they could.
