I had to get my carpet cleaned again after I found out my dog pissed or puked under my bed for who knows how long ago when we moved our bed furniture out. I waited 6 months to write this review to see how my mattress faired after I used their services. I used Crystal Clean Carpet Pros to clean & eradicate pet urine stains from my mattress. I was really impressed, not only did they guarantee they could get the stains out they even said if they couldn't get the stains completely out that I wouldn't pay anything for their efforts. Making an appointment was easy, service was very affordable, the gentleman that showed up was professionally on time, and most of all he was able to get every pet urine stain to disappear! Cory is amazing! First of all, he will give you an honest quote based on what you tell him, so no need to have him come out first and all that. The price was reasonable fair! His price didn't change when he saw how gross my carpet was lol I added on a couple of other areas and the price to add those was fair as well! He literally worked a miracle in my house! LoL I wasn't expecting the result to be perfect, but that's just about what it was! Cory is honest and respectful, knows his work and is passionate about it! He will explain the chemistry of it all too, if you ask He will text and/or FB message you, if you prefer (which I do!) He helped with my couches (a little), left them elevated on foam blocks so they won't cause issues. So this is the second time that Corey has come out to clean the office that I manage. I wouldn't have called him back if I didn't already know he does an excellent job. Over the weekend we had LED lights installed and not only was the carpet in the office dirty but it was DISGUSTING. I called Corey and he was actually able to come in the same day. That's right. The same day. He texted me to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. He quickly scrubbed the carpets and then extracted the nastiness... The best service ever! I called this company randomly, based on reviews on google and Cory the owner actually answered the phone. I had had a long 2 months of trying to get my mom's carpet replaced and ultimately decided to get the carpets cleaned. A week later, I was not disappointed. Cory arrived promptly, looked around, took measurements and gave a reasonable estimate, not only for the carpets but to clean the tile floor and the sofa. He did our 4 bedrooms upstairs, loft area, hallway and stairs. This is the only cleaning service I trust to get my furniture and carpets cleaned and santized. I am very specific when it comes to how my furniture and carpets look. I am also somewhat of a germophobe, so I'm a little hard to please in that area. My children and pets have left stains that I worried wouldn't come out - or the smell from the pet stains wouldn't be able to be removed but Cory got them out AND got rid of the smells - no problem.
