I do wish they had an alternative side, even if it was like an up-charge for tots, but the old-school simple burger and fries vibe works fine. I also appreciate that they have an online ordering system, and it worked out well. I know most people probably don't care about this, but I'll mention it for anyone looking to book them for an event or something. This is one of the few trucks that has come out that arrived ready to serve anything on the menu flyer that they sent out ahead of time. I appreciate that the prices and items matched, and they weren't out of stock for anything, which has been unfortunately rare lately.

However, and this may be just my opinion but, if you're going to call your food truck "The Fried Egg" perhaps eggs should be a part of the make up of most of you menu items. Given the current menu options I think a better name for this truck would be "The Fried Egg is a $1 add-on option." I mentioned to the young lady taking my order that it surprised me that, given the name of the truck, I would have to pay an up charge for an egg. She relayed my sentiments to the cook, who may have been the manager or owner. Nevertheless, I ordered the Classic Smash Burger and did ask for the fried egg add-on. The food was prepared really quickly and the burger looked perfect. However, the young lady informed me that unfortunately they only had 4 eggs left and that they all fell and broke on the floor before my burger was ready. So she handed me a $1 bill as a refund. Obviously disappointed (and skeptical of the story) I accepted the refund and went on my way. I wanted a hot dog, but they were out (we got there 15 minutes before close, so totally understandable, and they were Nathan's hot dogs so you know they're good!) and my husband got the Azar sausage with peppers and onions (pictured). Very delicious! In the morning they have a breakfast menu with biscuits & gravy and breakfast biscuit sandwiches, too! To our surprise, they actually have a little seating area with two table clothed picnic tables right behind the food truck, which we had never noticed before, so that was a nice surprise! They have all the condiments there, including spicy mustard for the sausages. We can't say enough how nice this couple was, even for such a quick lunch! We'll definitely eat here again, and hopefully I'll get there in time to get a hot dog next time!
