Aside, I had the Samsung French Door Refrigerator serviced in August 2024: The Samsung Service Tech bluntly stated the off-brand Samsung H2O filters doesn't efficiently filter the H2O whereas, the Home Depot Appliance Dude stated Samsung's Service Tech's Samsung H2O filters recommendations are just mere fabrications of a fabricated POV in order, racking up making more dough off me! Hey~I'm not a clueless fool, ya know--I'm not buying their money-scheming ploys . . . Ya get my drift--you know what I mean, eh? Anyway, I seriously can't differentiate between the quality and performance between the OEM Samsung H2O filters verses the off-brand Samsung H2O refrigerator filters. To my utter surprise, the Appliance Dude informed me Home Depot sells TWO Samsung H2O filters in a package for $59.00 verses OEM Samsung H2O filters sells only ONE in a package for $49.00. This was the same tank they had sold me a week earlier. They were unwilling to fix the issue, offer a replacement, or provide a refund. I left the bottle there with no resolution. They are selling old, out-of-date propane tanks, which is illegal and unsafe. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Now Diamond Pacific (through their insurance company) is denying us fair compensation to properly replace this reliable car, which our daughter uses to get to work. Rather than do the right thing and replace the car and make us whole they are playing the low ball game. If this is how they treat a victim of their negligence then you should look elsewhere for good service.
