We had a large budget, and were willing to shop local and support our community, knowing we would probably pay a little more. When we arrived we spoke to a man we assume to be the owner. We had taken a picture of the area we wanted to revamp, and showed him the picture, giving him wide latitude to make suggestions. We gave him some ideas of what we liked. He proceeded to fumble through the nursery, having no real ideas or suggestions. After much prompting, we finally came up with a plant idea. He said he had some in back. After a long pause, my wife suggested we see the plants. He said "no, they're way back there." Apparently not willing to make the 50 yard trek to these plants. He came up with a few alternatives, which we agreed sounded nice. He then informed us he didn't carry them. We asked if we could pay ahead and order the plants, he simply suggested we come back in a few weeks and see if he had them in stock. This guy could not have been less interested in selling us anything in his nursery, and lost out of a big sale because of it. Simply lazy and disinterested would be the best way to describe him. If he doesn't care, neither do we. We went to another local nursery in Auburn and spent our money there. They took one look at the pictures and came up with hundreds of ideas for us to choose from, and could not have been more helpful. I will not return to this nursery, it's people like this that make it impossible to shop local. A huge disappointment.

They did the downstairs installation of our wood flooring. Which took them one day! They came took care of everything, listened to every concern I had, because I'm a major perfectionist. I loved their team. Very nice young men. We decided to use them again to remodel our upstairs bathroom. Installed new tiles for the shower floor and new granite for the vanity. They sent out Viorel who was a very polite and educated man. The tiles I choose were textured and he listened to exactly how I wanted them placed. Also the granite I wanted was very specific and they found me a great deal. I'm really happy with their work and I will use them again if we choose to do any more improvements in the future. Over the years, we have discovered multiple issues that reflect poor craftsmanship and a lack of attention to detail. The quality of the work performed by the subcontractors appears to be below industry standards, resulting in repairs and concerns that homeowners should not reasonably expect from a professionally completed remodel. The attached photos show the condition of our primary bathroom shower. Notably, this shower had not been used after the first two years we owned the home, yet significant deterioration and workmanship-related issues are still evident. Based on our experience, we would advise prospective customers to thoroughly evaluate the quality of work, materials, and subcontractors used on any remodeling project before proceeding. Our experience has left us with serious concerns regarding the long-term durability and quality of this remodel.
