We drop in to check it out every time we're in town and always find something we want or need. They've got regular hardware items, plus all kinds of nuts, bolts, tools, and more. They also have a great selection of nice homewares and cookware, English tea pots, high quality Le Creuset cooking pots, skillets, etc., and small items like mini spatulas. They have a lot more stuff as well. It's nice to see an old, traditional hardware store like this hanging on in a downtown. They have good prices, giving a good value on things we've bought, and service is friendly.

Unfortunately, the customer service has been declining for years especially in regards to knowledge. Last straw: they closed their bathroom to customers. I know this shouldn't impact a rating but sometimes an emergency occurs and the lack of a restroom ruins a shopping experience.
