A $2,400 candelabra, a Smeg toaster, an excellent selection of flatware, tablecloths and glassware... pretty pajamas, $90 votive candles... But what to do if you want to know the price of that set of Wedgewood china, or the Rialto flatware? Prices are missing on so so many objects. And you cannot find a staff member... And you only have so much time before you need to meet mom for lunch. Ah well. Many of us are trying to ween ourselves off of online shopping. Apparently he couldn't be bothered to read two whole sentences of email and only read the one half of the word "hardie" and I was supposed to understand that he had disregarded the rest of it. Listen: Maybe if you are a builder or something that is going to buy 2000 board feet they will give you the time of day. But even then I wouldn't want to support their dishonesty. I can understand not selling the products to unlicensed amateurs but not being able to quote a price to the person who has to make the decisions about where money is spent I promise you is a huge mistake.

And when they learned he was just starting out, they said "hold on, we've got some scrap that's too small to sell" and handed him a box with about 10 pounds of small parts and told him to go practice... which he did." Then they told me after they had charged the $200 that if they even looked at the mower there would be a $68 charge whether they did the work or not. They finally told me to just come get the mower.
