It is a hit and miss with this Happy Pizza store. Sometimes the items are super good and at times it can be so bad. Their pizzas was some of the best in years past but the last one I ordered was not good. It was a X-Larger Meatlover one and there was very little meat on it,same with very little cheese. Ordered my food through DoorDash and it was honestly terrible. I ordered Mac and cheese, onion rings, cheesy bread, and a pepperoni pizza. The pizza was undercooked and very doughy. The cheesy bread had no flavor at all, not to mention it also looks like they dumped a whole bottle of grated parm cheese on it. The Mac and cheese tasted like burnt plastic. The onion rings were the only thing really edible and even then had very little flavor to them. I honestly don't think I would ever order from here again, it was overpriced and tasted awful. I purchased an order of wings and half slab of ribs yesterday morning (around 10:15 am). The staff was friendly and courteous and the food was ready when promised. The wings were some of the best I've had. The reason I'm giving a grade of three is because of the ribs. They are some of the worst I've had. They were not cooked sufficiently in my opinion; very tough, No smoke or grilled flavor (even though they look pretty). I will be putting them on my grill today in an effort to make them edible. If you are looking a good BBQ look elsewhere but if you want some kick ass wings, give Happy's a try. read more

I want to love this place because I love the taste of the food but they keep ripping me off. Story time: The last time I ordered from them was the very first time I ordered from them. I got a 4 piece fish and chips dinner box with a small cheese pizza, light sauce, a Greek salad, and like a box of fries. There was no sauce on the pizza (which was okay) but we only got 3 pieces of fish in the dinner. It's fine. We loved the food anyways. Well tonight I ordered another cheese pizza (regular sauce), garlic butter wedges, a tossed salad with only lettuce and cheese, and a 4 piece fish and chips dinner. But this time I asked I asked if I could add more pieces of fish - to be sure we got enough. I asked how much it would be to add 4 more pieces (so 8 total) and he told me it would be $10 More dollars (the dinner is 4 pieces of fried fish with fries for $10.99). I said okay so what about just 2 more pieces of fish and he told me it would be $5 more dollars... For two pieces of fried fish the size of my palm (and I'm a small lady). It's fine though, we like the food so I said okay I'll do 2 more (so 6 pieces total). I picked up the food 30 minutes later at 11:45pm and took it to the house (less than 3 minutes away)so everyone could eat but I then left to pick up some things from Walgreens on Leavitt and would eat when I got back. I got a call from my partner on the way back who told me that the "salad" was just cheese. He sent me a picture and I passed the house up to try to get to Happys go see if anyone was there. Luckily even though it was 12:10am there was still 2 men inside. I jumped out of my car and told the men that I needed lettuce with the cheese salad and he said there WAS lettuce. I showed him the pictures and I said "it's pretty much all shredded cheese as you can see". He chuckled and said that he made the salad and he should know and pointed at the picture which was clearly a picture of shredded cheese with some pieces of shredded lettuce here and there. His friend/coworker said nothing but had a little chuckle as well. I've never felt so unheard and embarrassed in my life. I thought, how could he be looking at this picture and really think this is a salad? It was a clear plastic container of mainly shredded, white cheese. If I can post the pictures I will but I am not seeing a place for that. He then asked for my number and name and said I could come back tomorrow and get a refund of $5.99 for the salad (but I do believe it was only $4.99). I then went to Walmart on Leavitt since it was the only place open at that hour and got a bag of salad. The salad was for my daughter so of course I had to get it somehow, you know? I get home and ask how the food is, everyone likes it. I ask how many pieces of fish were in the box (because my partner and I were to share the 6 pieces) and he told me 5. I tell him that I paid $5 for 2 more pieces so that we could have 6 (3 per person) and at that point we're both just so unHappy. read more

Not Happy with our Happy's pizza order. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, salad and breadsticks. I ordered extra dressing and pizza sauce that I paid extra for. On a side note i always order extra pizza sauce, the last two times I ordered I didn't receive the extra sauce. This time in the comments I asked to please be sure to include the extra sauces (that I am paying for mind you). We waited an hour and ten minutes for our food to arrive. Low and behold it was cold and not only did I not receive mypizza sauce but I didn't receive my extra pizza sauce (that I paid extra for). We received a half sausage and half bacon pizza (which if you remember it was supposed to be pepperoni) burnt breadsticks ( minus the pizza sauce) salad that did include the extra dressing. Immediately called Happy's and told them what was wrong. Spoke to two different managers ( the second one did not want to come to the phone. Both refused to send out another pizza. Told us they would give us $5 off the next time we ordered. They would bring us the sauce (for our burnt breadsticks, they called slightly brown. So they knew they were over cooked and sent them anyway) (yes I am including a picture and no they are not ribs).we ended the call with the manager that they lost a good customer over this. ordered the ribs- don't eat them as there is nothing but fat on them and they are drenched with BBQ sauce. You can't taste the food for all of the sauce. Chicken wings wasn't good. The fish was bready and not taste of fish at all. Looked like fish sticks- I was under the impression that it was a fillet of fish not a fish stick.
