My daughter who is 30 she had a brain aneurysm at 24 but she's got all her wits about her ordered pizza her favorite pizzas are the spinach and feta with the white sauce. And she made a mistake and put it to the original sauce because in her mind she thought that the original sauce is that alfredo. We spent $58. And the two largest was supposed to be spinach white sauce and feta. Domino's wasn't wrong they made what they came across the screen. But I asked him you know courtesy could they please switch the spinach and feta with the red sauce that we got cuz we're not eating it with a feta and Alfredo and Julio said that he did what he was supposed to do which he did and they're not going to switch it. I understand that we made the mistake but I just asked them for customer courtesy if they would switch them out they could have these other ones we didn't touch them and they said no. So I will no longer be using that Domino's thank you read more

When I walked in I was greeted IMMEDIATELY by a representative she asked how my day was and greeted me with a smile and a warm embrace and asked was I picking up a order. The bathroom was so clean and the whole restaurant was clean as well the dining area was immaculate you could dine in and feel comfortable about not being in a dirty place to eat the food was fresh out of the oven and made to order steaming hot I got 2 different large pizzas because I had a group of 8 people with me there was music playing on the speakers non e explicit of course I had 4 children under 8 with me and it felt like home I would recommend this dominos for a party or anything you need my food was made to perfection striking hot absolutely amazing 10/10 read more

Today at work we ordered, via the Domino's App, two medium pizzas using one of the listed coupons, "choose any 2 or more $6.99 each". We chose the $3 upcharge medium hand-tossed ExtravaganZZa pizza (no olives, please!), and a medium crunchy thin crust pizza with Alfredo sauce & Premium Chicken (50¢ upcharge). The ExtravaganZZa pie was absolutely delicious, with very juicy & fresh toppings, ample cheese, and well portioned sauce. The thin crust pizza also exceeded our expectations, as we had never ordered this combination before and weren't sure what to expect. As far as I'm concerned, if you haven't had pizza from this Domino's location, you don't know how good Domino's can be with a good team on board! read more

One orders Domino's pizza usually out of necessity, not of desire. It's not the worst pizza out there, but no where close to the best. I placed a small order for delivery, a medium pizza with two toppings, at 12:38PM and the estimated delivery time was 20-30 minutes. When the estimated maximum delivery time has exceeded a half hour, I call to inquire about the order. I am told that the driver is out on my delivery, but going the other way first for another order. Fifteen minutes pass and I see the driver pull into a neighbor's driveway deliver my pizza to their door. They decline delivery and she dawdles in front of their home to make a call. I know if I receive a pizza now it will be barely warm. So much for a piping hot, fresh pizza on a cold afternoon. I call the franchise to cancel the order and see about a refund on my credit card payment. The man who answered the phone is non-apologetic and doesn't have much to say at all about the abysmal service. I ask if I can speak to the manager; he says he is the manager. He says he will cancel the order. I say, "What about my refund?" he says, "There's no refund, you haven't paid." Somewhat speechless about the level of customer service, I asked about a refund because I had already paid for the order. He insists several times I didn't pay online; I tell him I did. Finally he says, "Oh, I see it." No apologies, he only says I'll have to trust that he issues a refund. AVOID THIS DOMINO'S PIZZA. read more

Ordered Pizza for the family and a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich for myself because I have a very bad lactose intolerance. I ordered the sandwich without the 2-3 cheeses it comes with. Everything arrived cold and my sandwich was literally bread and onions. When we called up there to explain the situation they told us we ordered it that way and when we asked why anyone would order just onions on bread they agreed and said it sounded odd. They got the manager which would only offer credit. I have diabetes and this was going to be my last meal to get my blood sugar up but who would eat cold onions on bread? I feel like with the obvious error somewhere they should of just drove me the order. It's not like it was the only thing we ordered, we literally also got a specialty large and 2 topping large. read more

When the family gets pizza I get wings and salad to avoid carbs. This place disappoints every time but this time is the worst. Wings were disgusting and the salad stingy. Thanks for nothing again!!! read more

95% of the time everything is awesome. 5% of the time they take care of minor mistakes. Drivers are friendly during delivery, counter employees are nice, but my favorite is the online order experience. I just wish that Domino's wasn't the best pizza in the area. However, dominos is the best pizza in the Amherst, oh area. read more

Ordering from here is best online. When I order online, I get my pizza(s) in a timely manner. I've only been in-store once; when some friends came to visit. We ordered 2 pizzas with 2 toppings each and it took over an hour to get them. read more
