I really appreciated how honest and thoughtful she was. I knew then and there she had a lot of integrity and care. Once I arrived, everything felt relaxing and intentional. They're appointment-only, which I loved because it meant my time didn't feel rushed at all (unlike other salons I've been to). It truly felt like protected, one-on-one service. After removing my Gel X, Kim recommended I not do builder gel YET and instead use a strengthening treatment for a few weeks. She didn't push a service just to make money, which says a lot. Also, their tools and cleanliness really stood out. The electric file was super gentle (no burning at all), and everything felt high quality and well cared for. Kim and Kevin were so kind, the space was relaxing, and the espresso was amazing. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and their work. I had a pedicure. I think Kim does the pedicures and Kevin the manicures, but they might do both. They have been in this location for several years. They do not take walk-ins and pride themselves on a personalized experience. Kim served me a drink and guided me to her pedicure chair. The massage chair was very comfortable and she didn't rush the process. There was plenty of time to rest and relax as she tended to my weary feet. It looked like they had a steady set of regulars. I feel like the service was way over priced. They charged 15 dollars to add the wax but the worst part was that the girl exploded the bag of wax all over me, my shirt and my pants. When I asked the workers around us how to get it out of my clothes I got 3 different answers and nobody seemed to care that they just ruined my 75 dollar pants and 50 dollar shirt then proceeded to charge me 80 dollars for just a basic manicure and wax I didn't even get polish. When I walked out and my hands dried you could clearly see that my cuticles weren't hardly touched. My partner really liked her manicure but her nail polish came off in just a few days and we spent almost 200 dollars for two basic manicures. She was a bit on the rougher side, but not unkind. The part that threw me off a little was when she said I'd be getting a 25 minute massage. She started the timer, applied cream to my legs, dropped something and then said sfed be back and walked away. I noticed the clock ticking down by the time she returned, four minutes had passed. I was tempted to ask if she'd reset the clock since the prep should've been done beforehand, but I decided to just relax and enjoy. The massage itself was ok. I've had better and while the foot soak, hot stones, mask, and hot towels were nice, my right heel still felt a bit rough afterward. When I paid, I let the front desk know the service was just ok and still left a $5 tip. Overall, it's a lovely spot and a relaxing experience.

Yeah that's me. Well, this is exactly what you're gonna get at this location. And I love it. i was recommended this place by a friend. there were some off putting reviews, but i gave it a try. the space reminds me of caesar's palace in las vegas, with the cloud ceiling and pillars. i was told to see tina, upon arrival- the owner tiffany, who was excepting walked me over to the pedicure area they had ready. to speed things up- tina did my pedi and tiffany did my mani. they were both really nice- the perfect amount of engagement and attentiveness, but still gave me time to myself. tiffany was so sweet- she custom made a color for me with bubbly bath mixed with funny bunny to give me exactly what i wanted- without me having to ask. tina would check in, to make sure the color was right, to go back for cuticles, asked to check for ingrowns, etc. i normally get russian mani/pedis, but this was a great substitute- i got gel mani/pedis- they paid a lot of attention to my cuticles, listened to what shape i wanted, took their time and was v neat.
