Love this place because of the wide variety of colors and attentive technicians. Thank you!

Get my dip powder nails and pedicures done here for 2 years now! Love Tom and Natalie for my nails, they are both attentive and work fast!

I've been a customer since the beginning at thr other location, but at times, the management of the line and who gets who is not done well. Was just there for a service and another young lady went in front of me. She seemed to have some issues when I said I was next, but the staff never fixed the issue. I'm not about to be in no fight because they can't manage when it gets full. Unfortunate because their work is quality, but there are just some crowd management issues here that don't make it worth it to come. read more

This establishment has the worst manager/management I have ever experienced. I asked a simple question and was berated by the manager. He got loud and belligerent with me. I will never be back and will never recommend for any of my family & friends to be subjected to the type of disrespect I was confronted with. The manger was equally rude to his staff and they seemed scared and afraid to speak up against the manager's attitude & behavior. read more

The owner is very rude and lacks customer service skills. Happy Nails will continue to lose loyal customers due to the owners for their extremely poor customers service skills. They lack integrity and refuse to fix mistakes that were made. They are very disorganized as well. Don't be fooled by their check in system. It's useless! Smoke and mirrors. Furthermore, I will never patronize at this place again. I don't care if they offered me a free service. Don't waste your time coming here. You will be very disappointed. read more

I have never been treated so rudely in my life before! Pro has a nasty attitude and needs to humble himself I will never go back here! I booked my first appointment online when I arrive to my appointment he seemed irritated that I was only getting a full set of long acrylic nails and no chip polish. He said he only does fancy nails I explained I wanted to give him a try before I get any designs. He tried to put me with another tech and when I agreed the other tech didn't know how to do long acrylics and told me Pro would do them. After being shuffled from the front to the station to back to the waiting area I asked who's doing my pedicure can I start my pedicure since Pro is working on someone else even though I had an appointment. They then brought me back and a woman name Tina did my pedicure she was very sweet took her time and did a good job. Once she was done she walked me to the front to Pro station, he had a very nasty attitude and came off as if he was annoyed to have to do my nails. He was rough and was annoyed at every request I had he never asked me what shaped I wanted and told me he doesn't like doing old style nails. He was a complete jerk didn't even bother giving me any cuticle oil or anything once he was done he just got up and walked away. My nails came out how I wanted but the experience made me never want to come back here. He was rude and yelling at the workers and just very condensing he doesn't deserve any business with an attitude and poor customer service that he has. I feel bad for the workers there because they all seem really nice and care about there work. If you want good customer service don't go to Pro I don't care how good you do nails no enployee or paying customer deserves to be treated that way! read more

This salon is horrible. The decor is nice and that is the only thing they have going for themselves! The customer service is horrible and service is subpar at best. read more

I've come to this nail shop in a bind a few times. ALWAYS RUDE , over worked employees. Someone is always complaining about the quality of the work. They are expensive and will have several employees checking out what you want and then laughing in Vietnamese at your requests, avoid if possible!!! They are the worst..not a relaxing experience at all! I will take the drive to get quality, respectable services. Also, dirty pedicure stations and tools don't look sanitized on top of really old towels that could be reused who knows. read more

Beautiful inside. I got great service. Would've gave them 5 stars, but.... they need someone to clean after people. There was used shoes and toe cushions around. Also, Used paper towels. Clean up after yourselves people. I threw all my stuff in the garbage. Also my guy was a lil rough. Im used to women doing my feet and nails. Women are a lil gentler. Finally, to the lady that snapped about prices, Thank You. They gave me your same discount. read more

I went to Happy Nail today for the first time, will be the last time. I don't know how they came up with the name happy Nails the tech that waited on me sure wasn't happy she was very rude. I only went for a pedicure for $25.00 and was charge $33.00 and she didn't try to communicate with me at all and the polish was very different from the pictures and was told they prefer cash rather than a card. Told me next time to bring cash. one of my nail got messed up with those paper thin shoe she told me I fix it this time for free next time I charge she had just painted my nails and one got messed up and I hadn't paid her yet. she-was very rude before she got paid and she didn't do a good job. The owner pro is very rude and aggressive with his clients, there's been several occasions where he's made rude comments while doing nails and he's very aggressive when drilling, he doesn't listen to the client requests instead he does what he wants. read more

Very disappointed with the service. Salon is huge and brand new looks okay, too goldish details for my taste but whatever I wasn't there to judge decor. Well, I was set with a male technician I already forgot his name and I did not like the service he provided. He made fun of my pinky toe, yeah I know it's little but I am not there to get made fun of.... But oh well, I did not respond to his laugh. The service felt very rushed, the whole process I feel like he was trying to get as fast as he can to the next customer. Once he painted my nails-Pictures attached, very poor job and very much uneven he told me to go and get my nails dry. So I sat there doing my own business but here he comes back with the receipt which didn't match the posted prices but again whatever I am not gonna complain because he dis include 20% off on the total price but then he asked me for the tip. And I was planning to tip him in cash once I get to check in/oit person and get myself organized but he just wouldn't leave my side. I found that very rude because he was rushing me his new client was already waiting in the chair where I was before. So finally when I was ready to leave I was walking by manicure stations and tried looking in their services and prices because that is the only place where is posted they were rushing me out to the register. I said I am checking out other services but they kept pointing to keep moving. So I found that also very weird, rude and unprofessional. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Also color choice is not the greatest. read more

Very very very Disrespectful front desk staff....... too bad............because the technicians try hard under rough manager conditions

I asked to be deleted out of there system and posted the same feedback in there system that I'm posting here on Yelp. Happy Nails has really upgraded their nail shop. It is a beautiful shop but they are grimey as hell. They are charging 3% to use your credit card. They are not honest. Please pay close attention when paying cash; they will definitely short change you. They got me for $10 and I'm done. read more

Well... I went twice and i just don't care to go back. It's not that I wasn't happy with my nails... they were "just ok". And after the okayness of them one actually broke which "never" happens to me sigh. I honestly don't have much more to type other than... go at your own risk. I would love to see what you think about it. read more

Worst nail polish I'm sorry And my nails fell off the 4 day .. Sad but I thought it was gonna be cheaper than other places read more

Let me start by saying the inside is nice but the people who are running it are not. I had services done on Saturday May 25th (No Chip Manicure). The man who did my nails was nice but at the end of the services he told me 4 different times Tip in Cash. Now some of you might not find that distasteful but I do. Do not haggle me for a tip. Especially if your services were not up to par. I had nail polish under all of my nails and the presentation just wasn't there. I then looked at my back account on Tuesday May 28th I notice that they charged me twice. At first I thought it was a glitch or something but then Today Thursday May 29th both charged went through. I went up there and the man at the front (Pyro) I believe was extremely rude saying well don't you see we are busy and you have to wait then proceed to talk to the man next to him in his language. I said I don't have to wait. That's not how you speak to people. He then proceeded to talk on his language. Then said DON'T YPU UNDERSTAND WE'RE BUSY. At this point I'm livid but trying to keep my cool his wife finally comes over and says she can Void the transition I'm like how it's already went through you can't Void it. Being livid at the time I should've known she meant refund but I was already upset with her husband. He continued to talk in his language and as I was walking out the door he said that fat girl to his customer. I am done with business. Do not support them. That (Pyro) guy is just plain ol disrespectful. UPDATE: All the funny reactions are from the owner. So since I know you're reading this instead of laughing maybe you need to educate yourself and your staff on proper customer service. read more

I decided to try this place after not getting my nails done for 5 months due to COVID. I've heard good things about Happy Nails and a family member even receives services here. I asked for short-medium square. The lady was getting ready to paint my nails and I thought she was joking about leaving my nails how they looked. Unfortunately, it was not a joke. I asked for someone else to fix my nails and she did not do that much better. I was frustrated and said I would go home and fix them myself. I left before even getting them painted because I was that disgusted. Zoom in on the pictures to see how terrible my nails were. I will never cheat on my regular nail tech again. read more

Been here twice and they charged me whatever they felt like. My nails looked good - worth the money if I was charged appropriately... they must have not given me the 20% off ? Nice place to try but the search continues for THEE nail salon to be loyal to. Sigh. read more

First they burned me and then I said i wanted curve and they said no chip and i wanted regular and said I know what I'm doing.

First time...ask for a basic manicure. Several idle ladies are standing around. Signed in ticket show manicure. They gave me a man who proceeded to wave me onto the pedicure station. It took me a few minutes to convince him no manicure! Go to the nail station he now said dip, we go back and forth. there is no manicure. The manager comes over. I tell her he took the instruments out of his drawer and doesn't understand basic manicure. She claims it's ok because he sprayed them. I told him that it was not legal. She then goes and gets a sterilized packet. She then said we will let you have someone who understands english. Ok, now I sit down to another lady who is sorting and opening her mail! Ask if she should be doing that. She said, "Not my business pick color for dip! Once again, there are no sterilized tools and repeating MANICURE BASIC MANICURE. I decided just to leave management and said they were sorry sometimes they didn't understand English, I told her if that is the case, train them to read the tickets at least. 20 minutes no manicure. All the glitz and beverage/snack bar means nothing if you don't have a happy customer especially a first time. I had to give one star because it doesn't allow no stars read more

Went the first time and got Pedis for me and my brother. It was a great pedi and the lady that did them was so nice. Went back to get a no chip. The manicure was awesome, the no chip not so much. 3 days later I had entire nails peeling off, not just chipping but literally completely peeling off. Maybe use a better product? read more

The man who did my nails used way too much acrylic. When asked how long he had been doing nails, he became very annoyed and assured me that he knew what he was doing. I told him I did not like thick amounts of acrylic before he started. After 2 years of going consistently every 2 weeks this week was the last straw I do not recommend this place, the prices are going up with the quality going down. My finger and toe nails look terrible. I've notice the workers treat people terrible the only person I would recommended Kevin now that man is all they have going on. This place has such a limited amount of colors and they are over charging for acrylic nails and saying they are gel and smacking no chip paint on top of it. read more

I started going about 2 months ago to just get a pedicure and my experience was great! Then I started getting my nails done, the first time was great. I got dip powder. I will never go back!!! read more

I've been here at least 3 times and my last time was the last time. I asked for a fresh ombre overlay and it took forever. Every time the tech went in to fix his mistakes it made the nails look worse. Shape was off, he used way to much acrylic and clearly was uncomfortable doing an ombre. I left unhappy and dissatisfied after spending almost 2.5 hours there. I went to my regular nail tech at another shop to fix my shape. now 3 weeks later I look and see my one of my nails are tuning green. I would never go back. I have never had this happen anywhere I go to until I came to this nail salon. My other two experiences here weren't bad, but they didn't leave a spectacular impression either. The salon is very pretty though. read more
