Poor customer service shop owner is racist to black American women He sits at the front lying that he is the shop owner when u complain . He will rush the workers when he wishes to close early He will speak to those in his language disrespecting the black women who patronize him daily. He also has went up drastically in basic nail pricing Do not patronize this shop . I will continue to post the results about the bad business and customer service given at this facility, regardless of the reviews given in favor of this business, they model an unprofessional customer service they don't even give you the courtesy of trying to rectify their issues. I recently came here to get a full set acrylics done. When i first walked in, the place is very large, welcoming, and organized. There are many techs here so that wait time was only a few minutes. I ended up with Pro as my nail tech for that day. I showed him my image inspo and before i even asked, he let me know that it was going to be pricey and why it was. So then I changed what i wanted and he did exactly that. He was quick and did a very nice job with my nails. I am very happy with the outcome. The pricing for this place is on the more pricey side but it came with great service to make up for it. I will for sure be making my way back here again in the future! read more

Happy nails is the spot to go. My aunts, friends, and my mother go faithfully every 2 weeks. I have been going to Sara for 5 years now and I will not allow anyone do my nails because she set standards so high. Her work is always amazing, very clean, and she takes her time to make sure every nail is perfect. I followed here and they are still great. Very nice set up, great customer service, and I never leave unsatisfied. I walk out every 2 weeks with a great no chip manicure. After visiting many nail salons, this is now my favorite. Great variety of colors and services. I can also do my eyebrows and mustache while I do my mani-padi. One stop shop! And you find a favorite person to do your services, you can book ahead and the same person will take care of you. Although this place Can be very busy they make sure you get the quality you deserve. I love that you don't have to wait like other nail shops for a fill-in. They work as a team, one takes care of your pedicure, while the other preps your nails to get new color, design, etc... I am very pleased with their services, highly recommend if your in the area. Very unsanitary, my nails looked horrible, the guy did not sanitize the equipment all he did was wipe the equipment Off with his hands and put it back in the plastic for the next client. My nails were shaped horribly, the polish was awful, the lady said she was able to do the design and was not able to. I LOVE CANDY! I've been going to her for YEARS! She is the best and so cool. I love a regular Mani/Pedi and to have it done right. The worst is someone who doesn't know about the little details that matter. I love how big this location is and the fact that you can have a whole ladies day.
