My daughter and I had a full set ($50)/French tip (additional $10). i had a no-chip pedicure as well. Total should have been $175. i was in a rush at the time, and after paying, the kind receptionist in spanish asked me if i spoke spanish and asked to see my receipt. I said why did she overcharge me?" and she said no its fine. i get a call the next day by either her or a manager that i had been overcharged and would discount me $10 at my next visit. I asked for the itemized receipt. Now i see that she basically charged me more to pay out for her tip. i had confirmed with the receptionist if they are charging gratuity, and she said no. PLEASE AVOID SEEING NINA WHO HELPED HERSELF TO OVERCHARGE ME! She also kept pushing for designs. not to mention today's visit, a different lady rushed my nails, so the clear polish looks tacky. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ASK FIRST WHAT THE CHARGE IS AND ASK FOR AN ITEMIZED RECEIPT!

They use disposable tools where possible, and the rest are sanitized. The pedicure tubs don't have jets which I love. They take their time to do your nails properly and to protect the health of your nails. The best thing about this salon is the heel it pedicure. They list it on the website like it's just another service. But this is seriously the best pedicure I have ever had. I have developed mom feet, and my heels are horrible. No matter how many pedicures I get, my feet never actually feel soft anymore. As in, even if I do a chemical foot peel, everything peels except my heel. It's terrible. These women made my feet look and feel almost as good as they did before I developed mom feet. My socks aren't clinging to my heels like Velcro anymore; it's like a miracle. I highly recommend you give it a try.

I had some time to kill in downtown LaGrange and came across Nail Station when dropping off mail at…read morethe post office. On a whim I walked in to see if they could accommodate a walk in appointment. For $15 plus tip I got a nice basic manicure using OPI nail polish. I noticed they also offer Dazzle, gel and powder dip options. They take credit cards for payment. I provided a cash tip so I don't know if tips can be added to a credit card payment. My only reason for not giving a five star rating is due to the decor. The walls are painted a bright gold and burgundy which I don't find to be a relaxing color combination. If you are looking for a quick manicure I definitely recommend Nail Station.

I hate to leave a negative review but I'm compelled to do so today. I have been going to this nail…read moresalon for several years with a great experience. I have probably been there at least 30 times. I woke up sick today and had an appointment this afternoon. When I called the salon to reschedule to another day, they informed me that because I was cancelling the same day as the appointment, they would have to charge me a 50 percent cancellation fee. I said that I wanted to reschedule to another day when I was not sick. I was informed of the policy and told that I had cancelled once before so I would have to incur the cancellation fee. I said I would never come back if they charge me for cancelling and they indicated that was fine. That it was my choice. They are right, it is my choice and I will find another salon that appreciates my business. I guess they don't realize sick clients have the potential to infect other clients and their staff. Elysian contacted me this afternoon and said they would reschedule my appointment and not charge the cancellation fee. I have changed my review to 5 stars. As I said at the beginning, I have had a great experience at this salon for a few years. Their reconsideration of the policy is appreciated and I look forward to enjoying their services in the future.

Salon was clean & inviting. Nice selection of colors to choose from. CONS.... Although my nail technician was friendly, she was trying to push me on the $65 King pedicure. I was originally going to do the $50 pedicure and decided to go with the $55 pedi. I enjoyed the ocean scent & neck warmer but was super disappointed by the leg & hot stone massage (or should I say lack of.) There was another customer who came in shortly after I did getting a lesser pedi and ended right before me. I expected a lengthy massage considering the amount of money that I spent. The expression, "You get what you pay for," was not applicable in my case. Lyn was highly recommended. I will give her a try on my next visit.

Michelle gave a a lengthy leg massage, foot massage and ended with a neck and shoulder massage. Most salons do offer this but they usually aren't that long and relaxing.
