My hands were handled much more aggressively than usual, communication was dismissive, and after all of that, I left with gel that is visibly lumpy and uneven on my nails. I don't expect perfection from any business. Mistakes happen. What I do expect is professionalism, respectful communication, accountability when something goes wrong, and quality work for the service I'm paying for.
