I'm so used to being in a packed salon where no one is speaking in English or to me and it's a very cut and dry experience, but he is also so personable and also just the most professional and skilled artist! I told him what I was thinking and let him use his creativity and I'm so thrilled with the outcome!!! Will definitely come back if I'm in the area again! Also, I think the other worker is Lucy??? She gave me the best pedicure, just in caring for my feet and really working on my calluses (I'm a dog walker so my feet get a lot of work), but also taking the time to not hurt or tickle me but also be thorough. When I walked in, there was only one woman (assuming the owner) who was working on 1 woman. There was nobody else waiting in the place either. She asked me what she could help me with, and I asked her for a pedicure and gel mani in which she automatically responded "Oh sorry, I'm all booked today. I take appointments only." Which is totally fine if you only take appointments since you are the only one running the place, but when everyone is in hurricane panic mode and the town is getting vacated, wouldn't you think she would grab at the opportunity to make an extra $50-60, especially if you are the owner yourself. Who knows maybe she was booked, but the right thing to do would be to ask if I would like to come back at another convenient time because I'm sure she likely wasn't busy all day. Anyways, I didn't put up an argument and just walked out the door and gave my business to someone else. Their loss, won't be coming back that's for sure.

I started with a relaxing massage with Monica. She provided just the right amount of pressure to get a few knots out while still keeping me comfortable. Then I had a facial with Angel and my skin hasn't felt this smooth in a long time. She thoroughly explained what each treatment was for and what to expect before applying any product, and provided some practical advice to help keep my skin healthy in between treatments.
